What an amazing company! Bob will come to you wherever you are! Preformed some rock chips. What a blessing to have Bob come out and fix the chip where my car was rather than leaving my car at a shop. Made the insurance paperwork complete easy. I would highly recommend.

Had Bob fix a driver side window that wouldn't stay in place because it fell off the track. Took him about 45 mins to get it done! I have a couple cracks in my Jeep windshield that I will be having him fix here in the future. I have recommended him to countless people in town and I've never had anyone complain about his work. He is the main man for heavy equipment window replacement in the area.Does amazing work for a one man operation you would think he has 10 plus trucks running based off the great service they provide!!Services: Auto power window repair, Installation, Auto windshield replacement

I have known of Bob Dexter for several years now. He is a well-known name in Selah not only for his quality of work but for supporting our town. When the firefighters had their windows broken while parked at the firehouse, he was there to replace them for free. I asked around and had several people refer me to Northwestern Auto glass. I have spoken Bob about fixing my windshield on my car. He was very professional and I have no doubt he will do a professional job.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I called them for my car back window glass, their phone was breaking and maybe couldn't hear me well but gave me a low price, after one week waiting somebody arrived with wrong glass, then they gave me much higher price, and more than other atoglasses in the region. I doubt that they did intentionally putting me in a bad situation and limiting my choices to take more money.Even if they made mistake, still highly unreliable.
