We didn't have Les Schwab on the East Coast, so I was elated when I moved here and saw them. This place specifically I have been to a couple of times since moving here and every visit has been amazing. They always take such good care of me and my vehicles, which I very much appreciate. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and I've spoken to the manager a couple of times who is very nice and knows his stuff. I won't go anywhere else.

I've always used les schwab and now I feel like I never should have. Was told I need new bearings, but I couldn't afford it at the time so I waited. Took it to a different shop a couple months later and turns out, bearings are fine! Just needed an alignment. Makes me wonder how many parts I bought through them that really didn't needed replaced.

Les Schwab has always been my go to. My tire recently blew out and so I went over to the Selah location hoping they could fix it since my tires were purchased from a Les Schwab last year. Unfortunately the tire was beyond repair and I needed to replace it. Since I drive an awd car they told me I have to replace all four because I can t do just one. Not uncommon to hear something like this. However, I just got a new set of tires last year and I figured there was something they could do to help me out. The gentlemen told me they couldn t and that they could order me a whole new set. I wasn t happy with the outcome so I went to the Les Schwab over on 1st near the mall the next day instead. The lovely woman who helped me went out to my car, measured the tread on my tire and, because they were still under warranty she was able to replace it for free with the same one in stock and the same tread to match the rest of the tires. Why couldn t Selah do this? Instead of trying to upsell me into getting a whole new set. Never going back to the their location again.

The only Les Schwab I go to in the Yakima Valley. They are fast and efficient and always go up and beyond! I have all my vehicles rims, tires and vehicles serviced at the Selah location. Pretty awesome guys. Front desk lady is really sweet too.

Did me dirty impounded my car when we were trying to pay off account to fix, I will no longer recommend this Les Schwab to anyone I will continue to pay my account but not at this one, someone owes me the tow back to my place for my car....

On my way home from Watershed my wheel bearing blew I had to have it towed there as soon as I got there they got it right in Ryan helped me he is a super nice guy they got it done as fast as they could got me back onto the road for my drive home!!!

This is the very first negative comment I ever leave online about a business. But I wrote several follow-up e-mails to Shawn (Management) and never got an answer. I spent 836 $ on brake repairs and parts and was told (and got paperwork) that there's a 36 months or 25000 miles warranty. A few months in, I had issues with my brakes again and went to a shop in Canada (where I live) to have it checked out. They told me that the previous job was done poorly. I provided proof, pictures and descriptions to Shawn via e-mail (as previously discussed over the phone) and he told me he'd get back to me. I followed up on several occasions and never got an answer or a refund. Highly disappointed in this customer service experience. I sent this comment to Shawn's E-mail, let's see if I get an answer now.UPDATE 18.04.2023 - still no one got in touch with me

We had been having some trouble with tire pressure and the warning light in the car coming on. We thought we had it fixed but about half way to my daughter's the light came on again. I checked all the tires and found they were all okay so we continued to my daughter's house. The next day I took it to Les Schwab. They used a little sensor machine to diagnose a bad tire pressure sensor. They found the bad sensor right away! They replaced it and all is good! Great staff from the desk to the repair guys outside. Fast and efficient done in less than an hour. Would definitely use them again!

Tire light came on and dropped by for some air, but when I got there it was completely flat. Stetson had me pull into a far bay immediately and got it off and tested right away and the bead was leaking! He was able to grind down the corrosion on the wheel and seal it and slap it back on in under twenty minutes and didn t charge me a thing. Great customer service! Thank you Stetson!

The guys are busy and even the nice lady at the desk is out there huckin tires, I just wish they could have told me they'd be 2+ hours out for a scheduled changeover. Manager just standing around chatting while everyone else is buried.

I recently went to Les Schwab in Selah for a set of wheels for my new car. I was pretty specific on what I wanted, and I was told they had a set in stock that would fit my car. Little did I know the adventure I was embarking on. After waiting for an hour, those wheels wouldn t work on my car because they hit the brake caliper. So, we found another set and ordered them. Again, after an hour wait, those didn t fit either. I figured I was out of options nope, not according to Shawn (the store manager). He did some research and found another set that was supposed to fit my car. Again, they didn t fit. He wouldn t give up. He did more research and found a fourth set, and they fit my car! Now my car looks beautiful and I am happy. He took some time off during all this and he had Ryan fill in for him. Ryan was just as awesome. He kept me up to date on the tracking of my new wheels and made sure I was taken care of when I brought my car in. Les Schwab in Selah still believes in customer service. Their integrity shows through and through.

Les Schwab was the first company that I opened to build credit, then out of the blue they closed it no notice (25 years). Yesterday I went to have snow tires swapped out told person helping me where tires were and lug nuts were also that spacers were for front tires was told they couldn't install the spacers. Been doing them since 2017 but not now. Slow sevice,high prices, and ever changing policies done with this kind of service.

They were Great ! Fri. 01/20/22 got it done right. He was friendly, professional and Fair. After using them in, the Bay area, Washington Selah, and now here in Turlock on 01/21/22. I call Les Schwab 1st now. For Commercial Trucking tire repair. They're fast Good, and very fair priced. I do not have to worry they are going to Take me over the coals.

They were really slammed when I had to get a puncture fixed and it took a while but they fixed it for free. I don t know if other places do complimentary flat tire fixes but that s the sorta thing that will make me come back to buy tires from them in the future. Thank you Les Schwab Selah!

Each store is different based on the employees that work for them. Although an obvious statement, I have always enjoyed the warranties and service Les Schwab offers. But, this store is unique in how they treat customers, they great you as you are just pulling into the parking lot! I came in having issues with wheels I purchased and the assistant manager, Dustyn, was quick to help. He not only assured me they would find the issue but replace any needed parts due to having a warranty. Shout out to Marcos, one of the mechanics for helping educate me and fixing all the needed issues. Also, to Jeff for being professional and taking the time to answer questions and explain options. This place has a great team and it shows, even when they are busy they place customers first. Highly suggest for others to use, thanks again!

I take exception with that review that said Les Schwab in selah was fast and courteous. They were courteous enough to want me to bring my business to them but I've been sitting here for over an hour waiting for them to fix my flat tire.

BEST SERVICE EVER! They all were so quick to see what I was needing and helped. I have 4 kids so when a business is so fast and friendly, it really helps me out. On top of that they were really clear on what I was needing and why. Also, they helped me find the best way to fix my problem at the most affordable price. One of the best Les Schawbs I ve been too. It s also so CLEAN!

I dropped off a lawn mower tire that needed to be replaced on Friday. I was told it would be ready Wednesday. I showed up at Les Schwab on the afternoon of Wednesday only to be told they didn't have the tire. I was told that it was going to be overnighted to the store what most likely would have made it Thursday. I received no call Thursday or Friday or Saturday. I went back in today Monday and waited will someone went to the back to see if there was a tire for the lawn mower after waiting a few minutes I told someone at the front desk why don't you just call me when it gets here and it's ready to pick up. Les Schwab is known for its customer service but when nobody called me to tell me not to come in Wednesday that I was disappointed. The lack of communication to get a lawn mower tire is sad. We'll see how long it takes for that overnighted Tire. Meanwhile The Neighbors mowed my lawn for me. I'm 71 years old and I need my riding lawn mower before the neighbors offered to mow my lawn again.

These guys do an awesome job! They were able to get my tires from the factory the same day and stayed way past closing time to get my new tires on. They always have great customer service and that is why I will continue driving up from Yakima to see them.

I ve been a long time Les Schwab customer, overall Les Schwab is a pretty good company. After having 2 bad experiences of my own that required me taking my vehicle to another shop, and talking to others about their issues with the Selah Les Schwab I will no longer be a Les Schwab customer. There are plenty of better places to take your cars, with trustworthy employees and management.

always had good service here, but my last visit was extremely unprofessional. Was told there was no leak in my tire and that I was in need of new tires anyway. I declined for the moment and left confused, after going to Frank's they showed me a nail with what looked like sealant around it. I've never been so insulted by a business like that, I thought they were top notch at first. Apparently there are liars there so beware!

Although they were very busy when I went to Schwabs to get a flat tire fixed, the clerk told me how long he thought it would take, and he was right on the money.Courteous and polite, it would be 5 stars if the bathroom had been clean.

As a first time customer or Les Schwab I didn't know what to expect. The employee who helped me was named Josh. Josh was nothing but fast, attentive, and professional while getting me set up with a pair of tire chains on a very busy day.Due to Josh's diligence and caliber of customer service I will be switching to Les Schwab for my tire needs.Thanks again for your help Josh.

Jeff and his crew make up one of the best Les Schwabs in the valley! They are extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional! They service both our personal and business vehicles with the same level of detail and comprehensive thoroughness as you would expect from a Les Schwab.....Thanks guys and keep up the great work!!!!

Just got charged just shy of $90 to have snow tires taken off. That's a 30% increase just from when I had them put on. And, it took them 15-minutes (2-people). That means they are now charging roughly $180 per hour labor. Sounds a little ridiculous to me. I will be taking all my business elsewhere from now on.

Friendly and helpful folks. Don't feel like they try to pressure me into anything and have a good warranty on tires you purchase from them. Also I usually don't have to wait very long in my experience to get anything done.
