Took 10 minutes to patch our tire for $27 ($25 + tax). Discount Tire and Les Schwab will do it for free, but this place was nearby, quick, and friendly! Would recommend.

I had a punctured gas tank a few weeks ago and they fixed it pretty quick, all at a reasonable price. I wish I can rate them 6-7 stars out of 5 because they were very patient with my vehicle claim issues with State Farm.

Best Auto mechanic in area. Fair pricing and honest. Pricing for bid was less than other shops. Was able to inspect my car quickly and turn off my check engine light that set off from dead battery. I'm definitely going to go back for all my auto mechanic needs.

Dropped my car off for an oil change and new front brake pads and it was ready in 2.5 hours! Very friendly and great prices compared to other shops in Seattle. I will be back next time my car needs service!

they steal your catalytic converters and replace them with junk! This is GRAND THEFT as they are the most valuable piece of the vehicle be careful. Don't recommend. i found out awhile after i needed to do routine maintenance at firestone and they were scratching their heads.

I can t recommend Your Family Auto enough! Fetene found the screw in my tire, repaired it quickly and I was on my way again in 20 minutes. He was very friendly and showed me the process of fixing the tire, which was pretty cool to see. I have taken two different vehicles here twice each and I recommend Your Family Auto to everyone I care about. I have had an alternator fixed, and brakes/rotors. The prices are so fair, the service is fast and thorough, the owner is kind. This is the best local place to get your car fixed.

I had a faulty starter solenoid. They listened when I told them the issue and were able to take my car on very short notice and fix it same day.Fantastic experience, friendly, easy to work with and cost efficient. I can definitely recommend going here as a woman who has run out of patience for condescending mechanics. They were lovely!

10/10 Would Recommend! Excellent service; excellent communication. My car was broken into and parts are backordered all of the country because I drive a Hyundai on top of all of my insurance provider s usual service shops being booked out several months. Really great shop. Been in a few times for general maintenance, and they've always provided reasonable quotes and pretty quick turnaround times. Fetene (who I think is the owner), is a really nice guy and has always answered any questions I had about repairs instead of brushing them off. Thorough and fair. The dealership had some recommended service for my call so I called around to get estimates. I've worked on cars and have a decent understanding of engines, but like to leave the work to the pros. Family Auto took the time to talk me through the suggested repairs and was super helpful and honest about what did and didn't need to be done.

Changed out my failed alternater. They took me in very quickly, and even ordered a new serpentine belt and changed it out at the same time when they noticed my was worn and ready to fail. I went to dinner at the chicken and waffle place across the street and half an hour after I was done with dinner, I was back on the road. Price was reasonable and everyone was very friendly and nice to work with. experience for me!Service: Auto maintenance

Yes, go here. I have never written any reviews. Ever. But these guys just made my day. Super friendly staff, professional and very reasonable price. I just went there for a flat tire. They were pretty busy. The mechanic took a quick look at my tire, went to grab his tools, and repaired it right then and there. And for the price, let's just say I had paid more getting my bicycle tire repaired elsewhere. This is where I will be getting my car fixed from now on!

experienced great service both times i've been here- first time to figure out why my transmission light went on (turned out that the sensor needed to be replaced, nothing transmission related- have driven a couple hundred miles since with no issues) and then again to get a hitch installed. they were professional, friendly, and fast... and way closer than trekking up aurora to the dealership. highly recommend!

The guys at Your Family Auto are very personable, honest, direct, helped me understand what needed to be fixed and why and explained it to me in a way that was easy to understand and not talking down to someone who doesn't have a lot of auto knowledge. The work they did was excellent and I was very happy with the price. Finally found an auto shop that feels like taking it to my family friend where I grew up.
