Fast response and service was awesome. I run a shelter in Seattle and have to be on site. So they met me at my place of work and replaced my auto glass window in 30 minutes. EXCELLENT service and will recommend to others. Thank you again!!!

I called the shop on a Saturday and they told me they wouldn't be able to obtain the glass for my vehicle until Monday. However, they offered to keep my car in their shop (for no cost) until they could fix it. I ended up leaving my car at a different garage but the offer was a good option.I was communicating with a gentleman named Rolando (tambien habla espa�ol) and he walked me through the simple process of how they can go to my car's location, even though it was at a parking garage, he would try to fix it in the garage if possible. I ended up just having to park my car right outside the parking garage and left Rolando with my car for about an hour and fifteen minutes. No hassle, simple, windows look like new and work perfectly fine now. Rolando was communicative, helpful, and professional. This man even WORKED IN THE RAINRolando also cleaned up and vacuumed all the glass that had shattered into the inside of my car. Just a heads up, the address on here (north Magnolia) is where they dispatch from, if you want to leave your car in their shop, or just go directly to their shop for a fix, that is in Everett.Gracias Rolando! Toto Auto Glass had the best and most professional response time to our car that got unfortunately broken into. They were so helpful with replacing the exact type of glass we needed for our Subaru, and came out the next morning to replace it right in front of our apartment.Easy, fast, and amazing work!10/10 recommend them to anyone in need of glass repairs.

This company is amazing! They answered the phone immediately, were very knowledgeable on what parts I needed, and were super helpful! They were so fast and efficient. I got an honest and affordable quote up front. They kept me updated everystep of the way with pictures. I called them in the morning and before it was noon I had my car fixed. They made it easy and came to me. I would honestly give them more stars if I could. When the other reviews said fast and efficient I know now what they meant. So happy I found this company. Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but if I do, they will be my first call for sure. Thanks everyone for being amazing!

Absolutely amazing! They fit me in at the last minute and were so polite and friendly. It took just a little over an hour to replace the window and it looks great. Not to mention they had better prices than most places I called and fixed my window today. I would 100% call them again if I ever (I hope not) have to replace another window. Fast, communicative, professional.My car window was smashed when someone broke in on a Friday night downtown Seattle. I found the damage at 1AM, texted the shop number at 6AM, and had a new window by 11AM.The Everett location is well located next to food and shopping. The rate was less $$ than the insurance-recommended option, their time estimate for repair was even was accurate, would highly recommend. Thanks for making a bad situation turn around so efficiently.

Our car got smashed on Christmas Eve, they were probably the only auto shop open and quickly replaced our car window on the same day with a really reasonable price. The shop is at a convenient location in Everett with many shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this place to get your car window replaced!

I am so happy I found Toto auto glass. I woke up to find my passenger car window smashed this morning (living in Cap Hill in Seattle it s no surprise) but was worried I was going to have to pay a ton and wait several days to get it fixed. Quotes at other glass repair shops were so much higher. At Toto they were so quick to get my quote and got me in immediately- service took 20 mins and they vacuumed out most of the glass. Made me feel so much better after a stressful morning trying to find where to get it fixed. Well worth driving up to Everett if you live in this city for this quick and efficient service when you have an unfortunate broken window!

Someone smashed my passenger side window during the night (why?!) but Toto Auto Glass was able to come to my home and replace it same day. They were responsive, professional, and even cleaned up the broken glass around the car.

My car was broken into and we couldn t find a single place that was open. He said he could help us replace the window and even fix the tint. He cleaned up all of the glass and did an amazing job with the tint. Super fast super nice and did an amazing job when no one else would.

I had the best possible experience with Toto Auto Glass Mobile Service. My car had been broken into the night before and when I called the following morning they thankfully had the appropriate windows for my make and model and were able to fit me in right away. They did an exceptional job cleaning out the glass and replacing both passenger and driver s side windows. It looked as though nothing had ever happened to the car! I would highly recommend using Toto Auto Glass and am so thankful that it worked out to get both windows fixed in time for all the rain in Seattle!

We have over 30 fleet vehicles and will only use Toto for any glass replacement. Excellent quality and very professional team. Definitely recommend them if you have fleet needs or personal glass service. 10/10Update 3/22- found out Toto's is now doin window tint, and after the great care he took with windshield replacement I thought I'd give him a shot. He did a awesome job on my bmw M5cs! Couldn't be happier with the quality of his work. Great place all around.

Beautiful is the word im looking for.. my daughter needed a window fixed on her car which was broken..Toto auto glass came out to her house and fixed it perfectly and was quick and timely! .. he was very professional and even cleaned up the broken glass .. and the price was less than other people I called, I m so happy with the job he did .. I would recommend going to Toto glass for your repairs ..

Toto is by far the best service that I have used for auto glass in Seattle. They were able to get the glass quickly, and then make it to my location to do the work on the same day the glass was available. They were also friendly, and the pricing was fantastic. I wouldn t consider anyone else.

They fit me in their busy schedule today. I park in downtown Seattle and that s why I needed their help because there is no law or order in Seattle.Criminals are always breaking windows and the cops don t do anything and neither do the security guards at the 3rd & Stewart parking garage. But Toto came through for me within 3 hours of calling them. And very reasonably priced.

Toto glass has the best prices to replace the driver window of my car that was smashed in. The communication was efficient, repair was 30 mins and the repair person was kind and courteous. I highly recommend Toto Glass!

Rolando and his crew are consummate professionals. I called them on a Saturday afternoon and left a message about my car window. He called me back immediately and booked me for the next day (Sunday morning). How awesome is that! And my car was ready in about an hour - as good as new! What a relief! Thank you Rolando! If I ever need work on my car window again, you re my first choice!!
