Kept my car hostage for three months without returning calls or giving any update or clear synopsis of the problem. I finally had to go take my car back with no work being performed. Under no circumstances would I ever recommend this place.

I don't think it's a coincidence that after they "fix" one problem, three more pop up. The mechanic ignores every single call no matter the time of day, never gives updates, never gives a timeline. After months and months of radio silence, we finally took the car back home. NO work had been done on the car in those months. I wish I could give zero stars.

These guys are great, Paul the owner immediately took my car out for a test drive to check out what was making strange noise. They pin pointed the problem and gave me a very very reasonable quote. They also did a couple of fluid flushes, but only what my 2004 rave4 needed. They are now my go to trusted mechanic. They have been taking care of my husband's 2006 vw passat for years. They are honest and very reasonable priced and on Greenwood Avenue opposite Ken's market.

These brothers rock. A mechanic friend who services vehicles for UW and who was a former VW dealership mechanic referred me to these guys. Their prices are fair, they use quality parts, have super reasonable labor charges, and do a great job. Plus, a few weeks ago I had an emergency light pop on and immediately drove over to them.. within minutes they found the problem, cut off a piece of a leaking hose, and sent me on my way without charging me a penny. AND they fixed my door which was practically falling off. These guys have a heart, and they are good. HIGHLY recommended. Really grateful for the referral.

I came in after my BMW went haywire. The crew there ran the diagnostics and gave me the recommendation to not do the repairs. This saved me thousands and endless repairs. They didn't even charge for the diagnostics! Highly recommend this team.

They service my '95 Audi S6, '98 BMW M3, '00 Land Rover Discovery 2 and my Ducati M1000S. They own Ducati's, BMW's, & Audis. Replaced the transmission on the LR. Full suspension on my M3 track car & Audi S6. BBK upgrades for more braking power. I've been using them since the 20th Century more than 1/2 my life when they were at Rabbit Service on Roosevelt Way in the 90's. I'm a nationally certified driving instructor for Audi/BMW/Porsche clubs and I cannot afford to go anywhere else. It's not a fancy shop with high overhead for receptionist & advertising which keeps your cost low. Hungarian is spoken here. Brought my 1988 BMW 325is here for a fuel tank replacement, and was pleasantly surprised by their incredibly reasonable rates for a European shop in the city!FYI their driveway is a bit steep for a lowered car, but entering at an angle helps.Service: General repairs & maintenance

A day after I brought it home from having a major service (60k) done at this garage, I noticed that my card had started to leak oil something it hadn t been doing before I had the car serviced here (I had a brand new, unstained concrete driveway, so it was VERY apparent when leak started). It cost me over $500 to have the leaking valve covers fixed. Not cool!

These guys are the best. I live in the neighborhood, and I feel so happy to have good honest mechanics right up the street. Don t hesitate to take your car there.

i ve had multiple extremely good experiences here, in terms of diagnoses, turnaround time, knowledge, and cost. paul is awesome, and he stands by his work completely. highly recommended.
