I truly had the best experience with Seattle Auto Pro! They were able to get me scheduled within the same week and not only did they do a great job fixing the damage, but they went the extra mile cleaning the outside of my car (which was disgusting) and the inside. 10/10!!! Thank you Seattle Auto Pro!

Lived in Capitol Hill. Not surprisingly someone smashed my window, even nothing is in my car... Anyway I noticed the incident at 17:45, raining hard, no window. I called Seattle Auto Pro, which is around 10 minute drive from my home, about whether they can apply a temporary window film for me. Google map said they close at 18:00, but eventually they work overtime for my window film. They charged a very reasonable price. I really appreciate their emergency help.....Nevertheless someone cut open the film at night, just to search my car again. Ridiculous...

Fantastic job!I had a nasty long half-inch wide scratch/dent that ran across three panels on the side of my soul red mazda 3. This paint is kind of famous for being difficult to match well. I had the one Mazda certified crash repair place in Seattle give me an estimate of over $8k.I emailed Seattle Auto Pro, they told me to bring it in that afternoon for an estimate. I brought the car by, they took photos, then went back home. That night they sent me an estimate for $3k and said I could bring it in the following Monday. I dropped it off on Monday, got it back on Friday (they literally had it for only 4 days). The body work looks perfect! The paint is excellent. They fixed an additional dimple/dent that I asked them not to repair because I wasn't ready to take on additional costs, and they still kept the price at the estimated cost. I also asked them to refinish 2 wheels that had been chewed up badly with curb rash, they did it for half the price of what I had been quoted at a nearby wheel/rim place and the rims looks perfect, too.They washed the interior and exterior of my car too.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were very helpful and professional. Explained the process clearly and got the car repaired faster than expected. Can t even tell where the repair was made. Hope I don t have to get body work done again but would definitely bring it back to them.

Near my work and my car needed repair. They got me in fast and got me out fast. Granted, only the bumper/front needed replacing with no body work but the car looks back to new. They also did it with what progressive quoted. Thanks !

I brought my brand new car in after a hit and run, the car turned out amazing, I can t even see where the scratches were. Great customer service, and the car was out in less than a week.I would highly recommend their services.Well done.Service: Body & Trim

I damaged part of my fender on concrete, leaving some bad scrapes and paint loss. Got it fixed here and am very satisfied. These guys are professionals and do an amazing job and are also very well priced compared to a lot of other places. Not even a hint of damage left, and looks good as new! Thanks! Highly recommend this place for auto body work.

Fabian is amazing and nice. Scratched my car and ended up having dents. Went to several body shop to quote price and Fabian gave me a super affordable one (no insurance involved). Y all should save time researching and come here directly.

These guys are the real deal. I wish I had taken my car here earlier. I got rear ended and my lift gate and bumper were badly damaged. After dealing with a bigger "reputable" body shop in the city and waiting two months (let alone countless delays, miscommunication and runaround) on end for a lift gate due to a national parts shortage, Seattle Auto Pro gave me an unbeatable quote and offered to repair it with confidence. I dropped my car off on a Monday afternoon and got a call back by the end of Wednesday. The work these guys did was unbelievable and my car was super clean. I would give 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend.

Best body shop in town. Recent ownership change hasn't changed that. Have taken 4 cars here over the past 12 years and they are fair, fast, easy to schedule and do great work. There is little parking there, so be prepared to park around the corner wen you first arrive though.

I can absolutely recommend their shop for body and paint work. I babied my car for the three years since purchase that I've had it, but had a nasty hit and run in a lot recently. A crumpled rear quarter panel above the wheelwell, long scrapes down to bare metal. Their customer service for scheduling and an estimate were excellent. I got really unlucky with some more noticeable damage to a front door in a lot two days after scheduling my appointment with them. They rolled with the inconvenience very ammicably and got me a revised estimate later that same day. When I initially took the car in for an estimate they said it would be repaired like new. I care about my car and told them I might be annoyingly critical and demanding with the finished work. When I came to pick it up it sincerely looked as new. They flawlessly pulled the pretty substantial dents that were located in a tricky spot, along a sharp pleat. Beautifully matched and blended paint, applied clear coat totally consistant with the adjascent finish. I was impressed and absolutely content. It was a super quick turnaround, a great experience all around, and very reasonably priced for the absolute quality of work. Hopefully you never need collision repair but if you do definitely consider them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I came here after being turned away by a couple other mechanics. I had a stuck hood latch, and I assumed it was due to someone who backed into me (it was not). They were so friendly and helpful, and had my issue fixed in under an hour! They made sure to walk me through what they did and made sure that the fix held. More than reasonable prices too! Thanks guys!

I was so stressed trying to find a place to fix the deep scratches I got in my car from a minor collision with a parking garage arm, and I am so lucky I found them! They were the most affordable shop I found, got me in within two days of the same-day estimate, and were flexible around my work schedule for drop off/pick up. The quality of their painting job is amazing, they removed all scratches and scuffs, even made a plastic piece of my side mirror look good as new somehow. Do yourself a favor and give them a call if you need to fix any damage to your car, they ll take care of you and you ll be in good hands.

Fabian and the people there are great to work with and obviously know their stuff.I took my car with a dent and they repaired it so clean that it's not noticable at all even if you've a keen eye and they matched the color of the repair to be the same as the body.The best part is the location super close to my house so I didn't need to take a cab back and forth while my car was with them.

They are simply the best. Do not even bother with anyone else. They were so helpful in fixing a pretty yikes scratch I got. The whole time I felt incredibly supportive and in excellent hands. Most of the other body shops in the area are closed on Saturday, but Diego was able to squeeze my car in at the last minute after I found that my driver side front door was jamming about half way through opening. If you re thinking of taking your car anywhere but Seattle Auto Pros stop right now. Fabian and team are literally artisanal level quality, fast service, and the fairest pricing you will find anywhere on the West Coast. I had an unfortunate run-in with a very thick branch in my nearly-new car. The front fender and bumper were tagged pretty good and had several dents and mangled metal on the wheel arch. The fender is Aluminum, a notoriously difficult material to work with. Fabian promised to try welding the mangled section instead of replacing the entire fender. To my astonishment he did make the welding work and it looks perfect. Magical and it ended up lowering my repair cost by $1k. They also finished a day early. Exceptional work, fast completion, and below estimate-kind of unheard anymore. Fabian is customer obsessed and it shows!Service: Body & Trim

Poor user experience. Saying will charge me $50 if I cannot come to pick my car after half a day it got fixed. Also the work is very careless, tiny defect can be found if look closely.

I'd taken delivery of my new vehicle and was disappointed to see a front license plate bracket installed with (count 'em...) five holes drilled in the bumper at the dealership.Seattle Auto Pro refinished the front bumper, removed the holes and installed Lumar clear paint protection film to the front bumper, rear bumper and various trims around the car. Fabian worked on my vehicle during both appointments.Bottom line is I got significant amount of work done at a very fair price with exceptional quality: OEM paint match and application for removing the plate bracket holes. And clear film installation done with precision cut lines, and care and attention around curves and corners.I'm very particular to faults and I can see the work on my car was done with an artist's hand, without exaggeration. For this type of work, I highly recommend them.

Affordable without insurance compared to other places and the work we had done on some deep scratches/minor dents was done in only a couple of days! Their communication could be improved on (gal who answers the phone did not communicate very clearly) but part of the disconnect could have to do with the fact that she's working from home due to Covid. It probably isn't easy to relay messages back and forth to the people at the shop. But the results were pretty much flawless!
