These guys are awesome. Went through an uneven pavement and caused my front liner to partially fall out and drag on the road while driving at night. Went in right when they opened the next day and they were able to remove the damaged parts that same day within a few hours. Very grateful to have gotten this done that fast as most mechanics are booked a while out.

Except for the period during which a texter totaled my car on on a freeway (forcing me to be carless for several months), I've been coming to Rick's for over 10 years. What I like best about Rick's is that they are honest - besides doing expert work. Finding a skilled and honest mechanic is like finding a skilled and honest dentist: Not easy. I've kissed a LOT of toads and these guys are the BEST.

Ricks is my go to for all my auto repair needs. I am treated respectfully, the work is done quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. Any questions I have regarding my car are answered in language I can understand and explanations of how things work are provided every time. It s always a pleasure to do business with ricks.

There was some complications on the supply side of things, but Rick and the crew here were very gracious in elaborating the situation as it developed! Very complimentary with services and got me in and out as quick as they could!

Found this place on google when the tire places I've gone before were fully booked. I've gone here twice to swap out snow tires and service is always great. They pointed out my regular tires have maybe one summer left and so I'll be getting the new tires from here when it's time.

These guys always take really great care of my vehicles, my family has been going to them for 15+ years and I don t plan on going anywhere else for repairs I can t do myself. It s hard to find honest auto repair, in Leavenworth last summer I needed to get my fuel pump replaced and the mechanic tried telling me there was a whole bunch of other stuff that needed to get done right then and there. I said please just do the pump, and when I took it to Rick s they gave me an honest assessment that was thousands of dollars under what they had quoted. Mechanic s are notorious for lying about pricing because the average person has no clue what repairs actually should cost, which is why I will always take my cars to Ricks. I really appreciate you guys for keeping my family safe as we travel.

As always, the crew at Rick s provided solid and timely service, this time in response to brake problems. They are willing to think through various options for addressing issues with our 2003 Subaru Outback, and never aggressively push repairs. I ll be back.

I've taken my 2011 dodge caravan a few times now into Rick's and Mark walked me through options and possibilities. I have done my own brakes and oil changes and know when I need professional diagnosis and repair and Rick's has got my car back on the road each time. Reasonably priced work every time.

Quick assessment of the problem with my cooling system. Was able to make an appointment for a day and time that worked for me. My van was in and out within 5 hours with no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend Rick's Auto and plan on using them again when needed.

My very old car had so many problems with it. I was able to get it in and get all the major stuff fixed for a good price. They were really nice and explained everything. Definitely will be bringing my car here in the future.

I called all of the big name tire places to help me with a flat tire on a day that I had only a few hours from work. Everyone turned me away and said that it would take a week. Rick and Mark were incredibly kind and were the only ones who offered to have me come by the same day to see what they could do. They were professional, hardworking, and efficient. I am so appreciative of them and will now use them for any of my car repair needs. Thank you so much Rick and Mark!They also had the cutest dog on site

I went into ricks and bought all four tires, and when one of them had a lump on it and I came back to him. He told me it was because of a pothole, and that he was not covering it, but he told me that over the phone before he even looked at the tire . Customer service is very horrible and I do not follow through with warranty s. On the receipt it says it all four wheels are bent so I don t understand. How do you put tires on if all four tires are bent. I m just warning you if you go there just be very careful with them because they re scamming people out of their money.

Really great people, service and work! Prices are fair and comparable! Been going here for years, as has my whole family! My Father loved Rick's and my father passed away about 27yrs ago. AWSOME place for your vehicle!2023 update: Just coming back to say service here is still TOP OF THE LINE, first-rate! When I became a car owner I started taking my vehicles to Rick's because of the great service they always gave my dad and the way they helped us take care of our family cars growing up. Building off of this, and because the mechanics are friendly and communicative and reliable, I developed a relationship with the shop and the guys who work there. Recently I purchased my current car from one of the mechanics there who talked me through the work he had done on it and has been a great help during my ownership of the car.I have never experienced anything there but friendliness, honesty, and fairness. And speedy turnaround time. And they definitely always stand by their work and do the right thing by their customers. I recommend the shop to everyone I know in Seattle, even if they live comparatively far away. If you live within limping or towing distance of Rick's you will not be disappointed.
