Out of all the auto repair shops I called today, Dan was able to take a same day appointment, give me a transparent estimate and fix my car. The trunk wouldn t open because the electrical wires split. He soldered them and let me watch and learn a bit too. He was friendly and patient with my questions. He made sure the wires looked like new. I would go back to this honest business again. Five stars.

While my partner worked there I had gotten my car fixed from an accident. They did good fixing the main parts but never put in a part they needed to replace and fixing a support bar in the engine bay that still looks like it was in an accident so it wasn t actually fixed. They also stole all of my partners tools when he wasn t there and left massive amounts of overspray of paint all over my windows and mirrors on the outside of the car that it was hard to take home. So all in all they will lie to you about what they are going to do and won t replace things correctly. So in the end it s not worth spending a lot of money just for it to break in a week and that they will steal from their employees before letting them go.

Let me just say that I ve been going to this shop for several years. In the beginning, I had several positive experiences as they were able to help me with my car troubles. However, this past year has been a different story. I ve spent a lot of money at this shop, over thousands of dollars, and I ve left with electrical connections unplugged, failed to remove my check engine light, several coolant problems, etc.The reason I m updating my post is because I ve taken my car to an actual dealership and I ve been told that my electrical connections for my alternator and my vanos were improperly wired, and I ve had to replace the alternator three times now and several batteries. They replaced my vanos solenoids only to have the code come back, and advised me to drive my car as is because it s had the code for a while.I will never be coming back to this shop, as now I see that they were after my money or their mechanics are not trained properly on how to fix vehicles, causing me to have several return trips.It s also very unfortunate as I ve been a customer for so many years, and they had a change in management which I m sure is why they re having all the issues they have now.

This place is horrible. I took my vehicle there and was told it was to be fixed in a couple days. A month has passed and I still have no vehicle. I asked him and we'll I had to go on vacation and he was only person allowed to work on it and other people's vehicle's where no important. Don't trust these people.

Awesome spot! Very straightforward and transparent. Great customer service. They fixed my A/C for 1/4th of the cost that the Honda dealer was trying to charge us. I had to go back months later to ask for a receipt for insurance and they took care of my needs immediately. Definitely recommend this place.

We have been coming year for a couple years. Their service is fantastic. Daniel has been the guy who has helped me with all my car problems. He does a great job explaining the problems and whats necessary for the car to be fixed. Our car has 410k miles on it and still runs like a champ. They are amazing at getting our car fixed quickly.Hassle free experience. Love their service.

Woohoo! This is exactly the kind of service we all want!I called around to a bunch of repair shops, but this shop took care of me and the receptionist was the best - so patient, honest, and helpful. She made me feel like I was in control and the mechanics knew what they were doing when it came to my car.I'm definitely coming back to this place in the future. Thanks a million!

Came to this place as it was near and had good reviews. I originally was only going to get my rear reverse light replace but after talking to service advisor I was told they also make duplicate smart keys and I ended up finally making a copy of my car key. The staff was super friendly and efficient.

The owner was very nice. Getting in contact with them took a while had to call multiple times and the pricing was just too expensive for me. The parts in the estimate they sent seemed expensive. I was able to find the same ones cheaper online. And the labor cost for the work needed seemed exaggerated as it was only a very small parts that needed repaired. The estimate unfortunately was sent AFTER the work was already done and so I couldn t decline the estimate. Seem like a good business but just a little pricey

I was given a quote at another car place and called here for a second opinion. They were able to diagnose the situation and fix my car within 3-4 hrs. I went across the street to wait at a little coffee shop. Service was great they are so friendly here. Prices were great as well. I recommended my boyfriend stop by for a light he had on his dashboard.Service: Auto maintenance

I needed a weird fix from YouTube done, some odd little relays re-soldered. These guys were skeptical, but they did it and did it for a fair price and my issue was fixed! I'll definitely come back here if I need any other electrical work done.

A family friend of mine brought her car there for brakes and the caliper bolt fell out. The reason it fell out is due to improper torque. Meaning these people can't tighten nuts down. And to add insult to injury they're making her pay for the calipers they damaged. So they won't take responsibility for their own mistakes either. One of the guys tried to convince me they tried to sell her calipers because they "might" be damaged prior to her leaving. If the bolt hole was damaged she would have HAD to pay for new calipers before she left. That wasn't the case. They damaged it and could have seriously injured or killed someone and won't take responsibility. Don't ever go to this shop.

I had numerous electrical problems. This shop cleared up some. But ot the check engine light problem..and others. I will probably go to an auto elec. shop to get things 100% correct.

This workshop works with a car rental application called TURO, I rented a vehicle 15 days in advance and the day before they sent me a message exchanging it for another vehicle, due to how close my trip was I had no choice but to accept. The day I was supposed to pick up the rental car (which was not the one I had previously chosen, but the one they changed) they informed me that the vehicle had not arrived that I had to wait for (the car was at the airport), I was on time at the place because I had a trip to take. When I tell them that I can't wait, they tell me that they don't have any more cars, and that the other option is for me to look for the car myself at the airport (which is approximately 48 minutes from where I was). In addition, he was going to receive me in who knows what conditions because other people had just left him. When I reject his absurd proposal, the person at the workshop tells me that I must cancel the trip, which I refuse because it is not my fault that the car is not in the place, it is he who must cancel the reservation. He refused and told me to call the app. In short, the rude, irresponsible manager, terrible customer service (never apologized for the inconvenience caused).Este taller trabaja con una aplicac�on de renta de autos llamada TURO, rente un vehiculo con 15 d�as de anticipaci�n y un d�a antes me enviaron un mensaje cambiandolo por otro vehiculo, por lo cerca que estaba mi viaje no tenia m�s opci�n que aceptar. El d�a que debia retirar el auto rentado (que no era el que previamente habia elegido, si no el que ellos cambiaron) me informan que el vehiculo no ha llegado que debia esperar (el carro estaba en el aeropuerto), yo estaba puntual en el lugar porque tenia un viaje por hacer. Cuando le digo que no puedo esperar me dicen que no tienen m�s carros, y que la otra opci�n es que busque yo misma el carro en el eropuerto (que queda a 48 min aprox de do de estaba). Que adem�s me iba a recibir quien sabe en que condiciones porque lo acaban de dejar otras personas. Cuando rechazo su absurda propuesta, me indica la persona del taller que debo cancelar el viaje a lo que me niego porque no es mi culpa que el carro no este en el lugar, que es �l quien debe cancelar la reserva. Se nego y me dijo que llamara a la aplicaci�n. En resumen el encargado grocero, irresponsable, pesima atenci�n al cliente (nunca ofrecio disculpas por las molestias ocacionadas).
