The team at One Stop Wheels and Auto did a great job of setting up my new winter tire and wheel set for my Rivian R1S. They are helpful and friendly.

I want to preface by saying that the actual work done on my car by JE Wheel was done well and I have no complaints there. My issue is that my car was returned to me with grease all over the door arm rest, and two of my valve stem caps were missing. I paid about $550 to have the silencing foam removed from my tires and then to have them rebalanced. Cheaper than the dealer, for sure, but for that amount of money I would have expected my car to not be returned to me with grease all over it. The valve caps are easy to replace, but it s the small things. I d love to give them another try in the future but my experience was overall just okay.

Needed a same day repair- Carlos and Brian are THE BEST! Absolutely worth the money! No complaints from me! I will most certainly be returning in the future!

Taken my cars here for the last year after getting tired with dealing with big box shops. I try to support local businesses but I also value the service and convenience of dealing with local shops. I have an older modified Toyota that needed an alignment after 5k miles of heavy off-road use. They fixed the alignment and my fender rubbing issues caused by my aftermarket lift. If you re looking for a new shop in Ballard area I highly recommend these guys.

Yeah I stopped by this place today to see if someone would help me disconnect my headlight assembly from the main wiring harness. I unbolted the right side assembly OK but I've been struggling for three days looking on YouTube for hints on how to unsnap the electrical connection with no luck. These things are tricky! I just went up to the front desk and explained my predicament to a guy named Javier. He stopped what he was doing and he and the other mechanic on duty came out to my van and with a small tool and with some finesse unlocked the connection. Javier let me park in the lot while I unbolted the assembly on the other side. Then he came back out and after some finagling, unsnapped the connection on that side. Afterwards, I offered him twenty bucks for his effort and when it looked like he wasn't going to accept it I insisted. I'm an old man and I used to work on cars a lot before they became computerized but I can still spot a sharp mechanic - and a generous one too. Javier and One Stop are my new shop.- Robin Hood

If I could give this ZERO stars, I would. Do NOT take your car here. Ownership has changed which has resulted in incompetent workmanship and dishonesty.I took my car in for a seasonal tire rotation. When I returned, they told me they had problems removing the valve stems for each tire pressure sensor, and that they had to resort to using "special" tools. According to them, three of my four valve stems were damaged and therefore the sensors needed replacing. I asked what happened and they said the vehicle was brought in this way. They told me that the Toyota dealership was at fault as they "installed fake OEM parts." They said they could tell because of a code on each sensor.They tried showing me the code on each sensor as it included a date, but I didn't have my glasses on so I couldn't see the tiny print they were referring to. He said this date would tell me when each sensor was made. He said mine were made in ~2007, so I took his word for it and left. Later that day I was able to read the code and did my own research. NO part of the code contains a date, it's simply a part number for each sensor.So, they lied to me and tried passing off their TERRIBLE job on something I've been doing twice a year for the last number of years. In addition to them lying about breaking the valve stems using their "special tools," they also told me my valve caps were all missing, which they were not. All four of them were on each stem when I delivered the vehicle.I ended up taking the car back to Toyota of Seattle who did verify that valve stems were damaged. My Service Manager said they had never seen that kind of damage in a valve stem and I would indeed have to have them replaced.So basically JE Tires damaged the valve stems (probably by accident) and tried passing the blame off to someone else when they should've taken ownership of their mistake(s).It's a shame because the previous ownership was responsible, professional and courteous. New ownership is terrible.

My new go-to shop for all things car-related!After trying 3 times to get a tire fixed at Les Schwab (where it s first-come, first-served and the line was 20 people deep when I arrived at 8:07am), I called OneStop. So glad I did! Carlos fit me in right away and provided excellent service, including texting me a photo of the issue and making sure my car was drivable by the end of the day. I brought my kids car back for an oil change and tire check and received great service again.Ultimately, both AWD cars needed a new set of tires. Carlos quoted me a fair price, but I had a cash-back offer on my credit card that would save me 20% for buying online. Carlos was very accommodating and said no problem with having the tires shipped to the shop for installation.I have been super happy with the service and quality of work at this shop. Highly recommend!

Had a slow leak in my tire and called them same day to see if they could squeeze me in (after being pretty much laughed at by Pep Boys after asking about a same day appointment). They said if I came in I'd wait less than 30 minutes. Sure enough I came in, they immediately took my keys to take a look, had my tire off in a few minutes and found the screw and plugged it. Was out within probably 20 minutes. Amazing service!

I recently had an encounter with a piece of construction debris on a Seattle street and I took my car to JE Wheels in Ballard to have it looked at. The crew was great and quickly found the problem in the sidewall of the tire. I decided it was time for new tires all around and ordered a set of Vredestein Quattros from Tire Rack which the JE Wheels crew installed quickly and professionally this morning. Everyone there has been really good to work with. They kept me informed about what was going on and delivered the service on time and at a very fair price. I highly recommend them for anyone with tire issues and I will definitely be returning for service when I need it in the future. Great job everyone there!

100% customer satisfaction! I was a headache that s for sure but Carlos was patient. Willing to work with me and make sure that I was taken cared of.I definitely 100% recommended going here for literally anything for your car.

Quick turn around on new wheels. Found out when I took my car to another repair facility a few weeks later that they didn t give me the wheel lock. I had to scramble to find one so that the facility could work on my car. Since I was out of town I called around and a Discount Tire place offered their shop one to me (they didn t have it in their retail shop). More frustrating is that I didn t know and I had been driving around for 1700 miles without the ability to remove my wheels. Not great.

This shop is run by honest, hard working and fair people. They gave me an amazing price, had my two front tires done in 30 minutes and were so personable and kind. I went to Les Schwab before and they told me to come back on Monday at 8am and hopefully get a spot, but these guys took me right in, gave me what I needed and even blew up my spare tire for me. I will be a loyal customer from now on.

Went in for a patch and plug, they brought my car in right away, saw the nail hadn t punctured, pulled it out and sent me on my way without charging a dime. I ll be back when it s time for new tires, great local business

Unbeatable service at a great price!Its difficult to find aftermarket rims for a Volvo so i imported a set from Japan, when they arrived i found that they were reverse mount, several tire shops in the area wasted days of my time because of this and i was even told that mounting was impossible. A friend recomended JE and they had the job (mount & balance) done within 30 minutes!

This shop truly goes above and beyond for their customers. Not only do they provide quality service, but they sincerely care about helping to the best of their ability. On our way to the airport, I got a ginormous bolt stuck in my tire which caused a flat and I had no spare. Called about 4 chain tire shops and about 8 local shops. They all required appointment, kept me on hold, or couldn't help. JE WHEELS took my call in SECONDS. The receptionist was the sweetest lady. They took me in my state of emergency and got it done in the fastest I've ever been helped before, even though they were super busy! My tire size couldn't really be found immediately in stock anywhere but these guys were able to get there hands on one in NO TIME. They gave me an amazing price on the tire too! You can't beat these guys' service, I swear. Eduardo and the front desk staff are the definition of EXCELLENT customer service. I highly recommend taking your car to get serviced with this shop.

Friendly, fast, good price. My tire was losing pressure and they found the tiniest nail- they removed it and patched it up in less than 30 minutes. Didn t feel pressured to do anything else than what was needed to get my car back on the road safely, which is always my biggest fear/annoyance bringing in my old car so thank you guys! Refreshing to have such good, solid service. First time here but I will definitely be back!

BEST CAR SHOP in Seattle/Ballard area! Seriously, they always take amazing care of me and make sure I am good to go with a great price too! Stopped be JE without an appointment to remedy a mistake made by another (unnamed) tire shop. The owner and staff went above and beyond with unrivaled kindness and professionalism to ensure I was taken care of in a timely manner. Coming into Seattle from Port Townsend, I got a flat that was unrepairable. The crew explained the issue and offered to order a tire for me overnight.I was able to find something locally, so they let me leave my car with there for a couple of hours while I picked up the tire. They mounted, balanced, and re-installed it for me and refused to charge me. (Yes, I tipped them).Great service, nice people, and there were even puppies to play with in the office

I came in as a walk in and explained my issue. One of my tires was leaking quite a bit and the other 3 very slowly. I was curious if the tire bead was no longer sealing to the rims (as they're very old) and they may need to be replaced.The guys immediately moved some cars, got me in a stall, and removed the tire that was leaking the most. They did some tests and found the valve core was loose and leaking. They replaced the core and checked at 2x the pressure. No leak!They checked the others as well.I was in and out in 15min without a reservation! Simply AMAZING customer service and no b.s.! Very impressed! Thanks again guys!!!

Stop what you're doing and go to JE Wheels! I really can't say enough good things about this place! I had a dead battery/bad alternator and didn't know what to do so called in. Despite it being his day off, he offered to coordinate a tow truck for me and looked at my car right away. He really went above and beyond to help me out in a pinch, and was transparent with the pricing. 10/10 would recommend!

Randomly got a flat the other day while I had a guest visiting from out of town. Called Les Schwab - they couldn t fix it until the next day. Showed up here without an appointment, and the tire was patched in 15 minutes for $25. Super friendly people and impeccable service. I m impressed!

These guys are upstanding and helpful and fair, a rarity in the world of tires (and service in general). I had a slow flat from a puncture, and needed it fixed right away. After being turned down by three different chain tire branches AND the dealership where I bought the car - all of whom were far too booked up to offer assistance - a local auto parts place suggested JE Wheels. I pulled in without an appointment, and Eddie (the manager) offered to help right away! Not only did he have his crew fix it in 45 minutes, they only charged me $30 (it would have been free if I bought the tires from them).I also inquired about a recommended quiet all-season set of tires, and Eddie recommended a brand and his reasoning for it, giving the price per tire plus $25 install fee - which includes free rotation, flat fixes, etc. - and a 30 day return policy (for credit to another set)! I checked just to see what Amazon would charge for the tires and it was the same price! Plus you support a local business with good people. Well worth checking them out, thanks guys!

Had a screw in n my tire..Needed a Tire Patch Asap...after driving around in the area...and being told by other shops near by I needed to leave my car for awhile...Rolled Up To JE Wheel and was attended Quickly with Ease...Thanks Guys!!!!
