This place does great work. Had my car in for a coolant leak and wanted everything checked out while there. They gave me a full assessment of my cars condition as well as recommended repairs and severity of issues. Their prices are excellent and their turn around time on service was as well. Very good at responding to texts as well.

Brought my first car here for an inspection, been going since. Really appreciate the welcoming and consistent service.I ve had my older cars serviced pretty much just by them. They have helped me out with getting a 1980 633csi bmw running wonderfully, as well as 93 260e and mid-late 80s Mercedes.Its really great seeing everyones care, and knowledge about cars and their history.would absolutely recommend.

I took my Volvo xc90 here because of the good reviews and the price they gave me. I did end up having to have it towed there myself but I know there are many places that don't offer that so it was not a deal breaker. I had pre-ordered the part with them from the Volvo warehouse in California. I was slightly frustrated at the fact that I was not told ahead of time about the power system diagnostics I had to pay for and that without that there would be no guarantee on the new alternator I paid over 800 for so it really not an option I felt. Once the truck and part were there it was finished that day however when I picked it up it started having issues it didn't have before. As soon as I made it home I called them and they said bring it back and we will get you taken care of. I was not happy about having to bring it back but they did fix the issue and had it back to that day. The customer service was outstanding! I would like to say thank you to Joey , Brittney and Max for making me priority and not charging anymore for fixing the issue that started after the initial work was done. I spent over 2200 but now have my truck working great and they guarantee their work. Thanks guys!!! I won't take my truck anywhere else!!

I had a really positive experience with Precision motorworks on my Audi. They diagnosed my intermittent heater issue and was able to repair it temporarily (loose gear) and provided more information on a long term fix if the issue returns. Also got some routine maintenance done. Very fair parts and labor rates. They are super busy which is a great sign but was able to schedule me in later in the week. I worked with a few different people but everyone was really knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Would come back for future issues and maintenance. Thank you!

This is the only place I will trust with servicing my BMW E90 335i. They have a very fair hourly labor rate and will work with customer-supplied parts. I've had both my valve cover and oil pan gasket replaced with zero issues afterwards. The service advisors are nice people and good to work with. Turnaround time is good.

Without sounding TOO pretentious, it's the only place I trust to work on my jaguar. Taken multiple cars there over the years and have always been treated fairly and they have never tried to do me dirty.

First time buyer of a Range Rover and first time customer other then to a Auto Dealership to get repairs done. I was a little skeptical because of that but found these people were awesome. Bad at remembering names but S (still can't think of owner's name) was very knowledgeable and surprisingly the office staff, Jennifer, Brittany, Joey and Max were totally on top of their game and very caring and professional. They told me I needed new air and cabin filters, a month after I replaced them myself. They told me I needed new brakes, and I ignored them and have been driving for 9 months with no problems. Maybe a little honesty is too much to expect, but I'm going to try someone new.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have a 2004 mini cooper R50 that is having clutch issues. I brought it in for a diagnostic appointment and the fee was pretty reasonable compared to other places. I also found their report to be accurate and honest. Everything they said made sense since I did a lot of research about the possible issues before taking it in. I didn t feel like they were trying to add on things I didn t need like other places did. They were cool about me sourcing the parts for the repairs and the labor cost was reasonable too. I wasn t able to afford the repairs unfortunately so I can t speak to that. But I would have felt comfortable asking them to do the repairs if I could afford it.

I wanted to thank Josh, Stephanie for their outstanding service in getting my vehicle back on the road after I purchased my first Audi last month. Josh was very knowledgeable and explained what I need after they done a full inspection of my vehicle. I would recommend them than using any dealership. They are reasonable and only specialize in European vehicles. The bonus is if you need to leave your car at the shop you get a free loaner car just pay for the gas that you use. I give them 5-stars. Professional, Good Customer Service, On-time and friendly. You guys are the best.

After a 2,666 Miles ride with a trailer, my front driver side wheel bearing began making a humming sound. Took it to precision they replaced the bearing price was fair. All the weird sound stopped.

Great work, fine quickly and priced fairly. Good at explaining the procedures to be and good about making sure I understand what is necessary and what is optional. highly recommend for your Volvo.

Precision Motorworks deserves a shout-out for swooping in and rescuing my BMW from a suspension nightmare. They tackled the issue on short notice and handled it like pros. These mechanics know their way around BMWs, fixing things up with the kind of precision that's right in their name. Quick, professional, and reliable service that turned my panic into peace of mind. Clearly no one wants to have to repair an engine after only 41,000 miles, especially replace a Turbocharger but that aside I can only recommend one place for your Range Rover repairs and Precision Motorworks has earned my business for life. So pleased! 1987 e28 BMW 535is with 240k miles. They were genuinely enthusiastic about the opportunity to work on my car! When was the last time anyone experienced that from their shop? Replaced original (!!!) clutch on my daily driver. Installed the performance flywheel I sourced on my own. Made a few exhaust mounts and replaced the original transmission mounts. Their work has been flawless after 5k miles, and the total amount charged was very reasonable (and under their original estimate). Communication was great (I was travelling while the work was being performed), and they called often to inform me of the progress. They even called specifically to let me know how cool they thought my replacement performance flywheel was as they were installing it. They graciously provided all the replaced parts at my request. This team knows what they're doing, they take pride in their craft, and they definitely satisfied a customer with exacting standards. I will be taking my e28 back to them for the more serious stuff that's coming in ~60k miles.

Brought my older bmw that was making some engine sounds in. Paid $550 to get the car looked at to see if doing the work was going to be worth it with the age of the car. They told me it was a go and that the work would get my car another 50-100 thousand miles. I paid another $1800 on top of the $550 diagnosis. Car made it less than 1/4 of a mile down the road when the engine completely blew up and the car was never drivable again. They wouldn't even refund me the initial $550 after obviously ripping me off and baiting me into sinking a ton of money into a car that should have been retired. I highly recommend never bringing any vehicle here. Ever. Cross yet another mechanic off the Seattle list.

I asked if they could do an oil change and safety check on my Mercedes before a trip I was going on.Even though they usually book repairs at least a week out, they told me to drop it off in the morning and they would try to get to it within the next few days. 2 hours later my car was ready to go. The whole thing was less than half of what I had been paying at another specialty auto repair shop just for the oil change.Now I can take that trip sure that my car is gonna be fine. I will be returning for any future repairs.

I had the oil pan gasket replaced on my 2011 335i, and the price was surprisingly low for such a big job. Prices for parts were fair and did not appear to be marked up compared to what I could find on FCP or ECS. Communication was great, and staff is very friendly and honest. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I recently had my vehicle serviced here after over a year of frustrating electrical and other issues. I had received steep quotes at two shops with added unnecessary work. PM quoted me way below the other shops! The owner worked on my vehicle & within a few hours, it was ready & better than I'd imagined. He even rearranged the wiring so it was more safe. I felt so relieved as I drive my children in this vehicle. I'm a very pleased new customer and will be recommending this place!

Just wanted to express my thanks to Josh, Anthony, Kevin, and Stephanie for getting me and my Range Rover back on the road. After Land Rover of Lynnwood spent 3 weeks and was unable to correctly diagnose a battery draw issue, Precision Motorworks was able to do so, including the repair, within 3 business days. I even got the choice of a cool Mini Cooper stick-shift as a loaner during that time. Josh handled the scheduling and explanations professionally and without me needing to call first, when other repair shops (Lynnwood Land Rover!) usually wait for the customer to call. I brought the car in before the weekend to get it in queue, and it was done by Wednesday afternoon. The issue was in the instrument cluster which needed reprogramming and a software update. It starts up quickly again and runs super smooth, and I couldn't be happier.Highly recommending taking your older-model European cars here when they need to be looked at; the manufacturer dealerships usually have techs that understand only the more recent models. Precision Motorworks has the experience, history, and the knowledge to handle those needs.

Took my car in for a brake change and they did an amazing job. They were on time, on budget, and extremely friendly. I've done all my own car work my entire life, but since moving into the city, I no longer have access to an area to perform any work myself. Point being, whether Precision knew of my car knowledge or not, I knew they weren't taking advantage of me and were being fair with their pricing and diagnoses with my vehicle. Will take my car there again.
