Point S and their crazy talented team deserve all the recognition! They ve had my 1985 Ford Bronco in their shop a while and I finally had the opportunity to fly up and drive it down the coast back home. We had such a great trip and the Bronco drove like it just came off the lot in 85! Be sure to swing by if your looking for the best help you can get, especially if you have an OBS Ford! My background: With over a decade in the auto industry, I've encountered numerous independent repair shops and technicians. Unfortunately, many of these shops, even if initially promising, tend to fall short over time.If you're seeking a reliable shop, this one is a keeper.By "good," I mean trustworthy and honest, not just skilled. It's rare to find a repair shop with both excellent Service Writers/Managers and skilled technicians. In my experience, most shops excel in one area but not both.The team at this Point S Tire has proven themselves to possess both qualities, along with exceptional customer service throughout our interactions.Sam, one of the kindest and most knowledgeable Managers/Service Writers I've encountered, excels in both bedside manner and automotive expertise. She's a pleasure to work with, and her expertise instills confidence.Robert, the technician who worked on our car, not only demonstrates excellent technical skills but also exhibits genuine enthusiasm for his work. His passion made the experience more engaging, and he went above and beyond by staying late to ensure our vehicle was thoroughly prepared for our 1,400+ mile road trip.I cannot recommend this team highly enough compared to any other shop I've used before. Just had the absolute BEST customer experience. Joe is a gem of a human being and was incredibly helpful. I pulled in just asking for more air in my spare tire, thinking that the nail in my regular tire meant it wasn t salvageable. Joe swoops in like the hero he is and goes above and beyond by repairing my tire, switching out the spare, and making sure every tire had enough air all in less than 15 mins!! This amazing example of customer service and just plain human kindness saved me from an otherwise stressful and rainy morning. Joe and Point S Affordable Tire & Service is the sunshine I needed today!

After looking into many shops in the area, Point S was by far the easiest to work with and schedule. They fixed my tire quickly at no charge. Everyone had great attitudes and were very friendly. It s unusual these days to still get this level of service. I will definitely be coming back when I need new tires!

Friendly staff, helpful and reasonably priced. Been going here for a few years and, assuming they aren't slammed are happy to explain things to you if you have any questions.Easy to schedule appointments and work with. A flat or leaky tire is always stressful but knowing Point S is out there makes it a little less stressful.

DO NOT GO HERE! They kept my car for 3 weeks just to not honor their warranty and put their FAULTY part back in! They ordered a catalytic converter on an ENGINEERING HOLD, designed for a 2wd to put in my 4wd. To replace their 2nd faulty catalytic converter from only a few months ago that was already a replacement for their 1st faulty catalytic converter!Point S have made my vehicle unreliable for over a YEAR, causing my vehicle to break down on the way to work, while they were already paid out by insurance.They cut corners at your expense and do not honor their warranty while laughing in your face. Yes literally laughing about it. The worst experience I've ever had with an auto shop after 10+ years of owning vehicles.

This place made my day.My car tire is leaky (not totally flat), took the car in, used the store internet to attend an online meeting, half way there my car was ready and good to go.It surprised me that there is no charge for my repair. No tipping can or anything (I also don't have cash with me so...)Anyway, guess the place was already popular, still I'll do my job too, starting with this review.

Recommend people who are looking for a soon reservation, affordable (even free) service and nice service team to this shopI gotta say this is the BEST tire service I ever received from a tire repair shop. My tire was leaking, I called Sam on Wednesday and they have availability on Friday, while pep boys and some other shops only have availability next week. So prob you can expect to make a reservation without waiting too longWhen I got here this morning, the service team was really welcoming and nice. They said it s gonna take around 1 hour and they finished it within 30 mins:)AND THEY DIDN T CHARGE FOR THE TIRE REPAIR, which is really amazing in these days. Will definitely recommend this shop to every single person I know. I give it 10/5Will definitely coming back:) thanks Sam, you guy really made my day

I had a flat tire, and called around about getting a replacement. No one could get me in the same day. Then I called Point S and they said I could come right away. Within an hour they had repaired the tire (I'd run over a screw) and they said "no charge". What? Who are these awesome people? : )

10/10 recommend! I m from out of town and renting a car and there was a leak in the tire. I called Point S and they got us in immediately and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Super nice guys working here too! Joe and Tyler were delights

After stopping at 4 different places due to a flat tire I finally arrived at Point affordable tires and i have to say super refreshing to receive GREAT customer service and EFFICIENT work! I was in and out in no time after all the unfriendly and unhelpful other shops i stopped at I left with a smile. If your in this area definitely go there, you won t regret it.

These guys have saved my butt more times than I d care to mention. It seems like my front passenger tire has a magnet in it that attracts screws and nails, and I always bring it here and they charge $0 to fix it and often can do it right on the spot. The peace of mind is invaluable and I can t thank them enough. I m lucky I live so close!

We were in Seattle for a concert. The day we planned to leave, noticed we had a flat tire. These guys squeezed us in. The gal who helped us was so kind and helpful. They patched up our tire and put air in it for NO COST! We were so grateful. Awesome customer service! If you're local, they're the place to go.

Wow, what a blessing they were! Just hours before starting our cross-country drive back home we discovered a slow leak in a tire. It was Saturday, they were booked solid, and we aren't from Seattle so they didn't have expectations for repeat business. Not only did they fit us in and complete the repair faster than projected...but they didn't charge us! Pretty sure this is evidence that they like to serve their customers and do the right thing.

I wish I lived here.My family came up on summer vacation from California and about halfway here we got a flat tire. I found Point S online and took the car down to get fixed up. Inside 30 minutes I had my keys back with a no charge from the employees!! I cannot express how much this turned around an otherwise bad experience. Thank you!TLDR; if you need help with your car in the Seattle area, take it here!

My car had a puncture with a screw and I went here for a repair. They were fully booked until next week, but offered to repair it throughout the day even though the shop looked super busy. They not only did an amazing job, but they fixed it in just a couple of hours. They even took the time to check my car s manual to make sure the repair was done per manufacturer instructions, massively appreciated if you have a not-so-common vehicle. The staff was super friendly and it didn t cost me anything. I definitely recommend them and absolutely come back should I need their services again.

I got a warning light that my left front tire was low on air. I figured it was because of the cold weather but when I stopped the tire was going flat. This was the second flat tire I'd had this month (I swear I have magnetic tires)! After using a can of flat fix, I called several tire shops to see if I could get it repaired. They were all very nice but because of the recent cold weather, the soonest appointment I could get was the following week. One store was booked until the end of January. I called Point S to see if they could put my spare on and I would leave the tired to be repaired. They said sure to bring it on in. When I got there, much to my surprise, they said they could fix it if I could wait for 20 minutes. They did it within 15 minutes and they didn't even charge me! I really appreciate Tyler and Joe because they were so kind to me and did not take advantage of me because I'm female. I'm so glad that I found them. They will be my tire store from now on!

Point S is amazing. Saturday one of my car tires got a nail in it and the pressure was down to 0. I was anxious looking for a tire shop and I found Point S. They offered to repair the tire for FREE! I dropped off the tire on Saturday, came back Monday, and Joe remounted the repaired tire in 3 minutes!! All of this FREE! I would recommend Point S to anyone who is looking for a reliable tire shop. Thanks Point S!

I was very happy with the service provided here and most importantly the price. $80 for winter tire swap out and wheel balance. Staff were very friendly and everything was done on time in the 1 hour time slot they gave me. Would definitely go here again.

Awesome place with great mechanics and reasonable pricing. Went in for a flat, Joseph took me in and out in less than 10 minutes at no charge. YES no charge, crazy right! . He was really friendly and a great mechanic. Will visit here for all my car needs!

Had to go back here yesterday with a flat front left tire, which they'd serviced three years ago (exact same issue). I still had the Oct. 2019 paperwork. They had me patched and out the door in half an hour, with no charge and no questions asked.And while I was there, I overheard them talking with another customer, giving them VERY helpful information on how to save money and avoid getting scammed on their own car repair issues. It's a pleasure to work with people who are genuinely interested in helping you and not giving you the all-too-typical BS you hear from too many other shops.

These guys really saved me today. I was in a rush to leave town for a 6 hour drive when my tire pressure sensor came up showing low pressure. A screw had punctured the tire within the tread. I went to a nearby Les Schwab for help and even when I explained the urgency of my situation they still didn't have time for this small repair. Luckily, after a Google search I found Point S and gave them a call. They kindly said they could fit me in right after the current job. When I got there the man at the front desk was kind and professional. Their lead mechanic immediately got my truck pulled in and got to work. He was also extremely kind and very efficient. I was all ready to pay when they finished and they told me no charge. What a great experience to make a stressful moment turn around for the better. I will let my friends know about you guys, you really helped me out today and I appreciate it so much!

Joe was truly amazing! We were able to make an appt to get a flat fixed when no one else would. The tire had two nails/screws and he fixed it FOR FREE. He was a super nice guy. Highly recommend.

Before ThanksgivingI had an appointment for an oil change and a front alignment that slightly needed to be corrected. I waited about an hour and the mechanic told me he couldn't do it because there were other problems with the wheel. They quoted me an outrageous price of $3,508.97 that was not needed to be fixed immediately. All I wanted for now was to have the alignment corrected. Therefore, I waited for an hour and I only had an oil change for $80 but the color of the oil is kinda brown like it has been recycled or have water in it.
