We unfortunately had the back window of our car busted out, and I called them to see if I could get it replaced. They were responsive, were able to get it replaced the same day, and even vacuumed out the shattered auto glass from inside the car, which I totally wasn t expecting. Excellent value and service. Would 100% recommend them for windshield repair and auto glass replacement.

I chose On The Spot Rock Chip Repair to help seal/reseal three chips in my windshield. Michael with On The Spot Rock Chip Repair was great to work with and I would recommend the service. I was able to book same day service that was flexible with my schedule. Michael was highly communicative at every stage of the process (giving me plenty of notice prior to his arrival). It was really convenient that he met me at my car in West Queen Anne and was done in about 15 minutes. I really appreciated how patient he was while explaining his diagnosis of the issues. Clearly he was knowledgeable about windshield repair. The price he quoted me was about the same for other similar services in Seattle. I paid via paypal and had no problem getting reimbursed through PEMCO insurance. My only suggestion was that he update the On The Spot website as it seems to include some old copy, which led to some confusion.Service: Auto windshield repair

Extremely satisfied with the quality, convenience, and professionalism of Michael/On the Spot. A rock hit my windshield Saturday evening and cracked it. I called Michael in the morning on Sunday and he was at my house less than two hours later. He fixed my windshield in 15 minutes and provides a lifetime warranty for the repair. Overall, 10/10 experience

Truly noteworthy customer service. I called in need of a driver s window replacement for my oddball Pontiac Aztek. I called all over Seattle, and I couldn t find one anywhere. Michael didn t have one in stock, but he went above and beyond and reached out to his network until he found another auto glass company that had one in stock for a fantastic price, and he called me and sent me right over to them. Hard to find genuinely honest, helpful guys like Michael these days!

I had a great experience!! I picked up a rock chip and within a few hours it was fixed. I called other places but some didn't even pick up or they had specific days. I didn't have time to wait, I believe it would've spread quickly. The whole process took about 20 minutes, and I am pleased with the quality and professional service. Small talk during service took an unprofessional turn. Topics of conversation included floating me a potential unsolicited job offer and suggesting my partner should be doing more work to maintain my car.Price increased after it was clear I was in a relationship. Not sure if that was a coincidence but Michale said it was because one chip was larger than expected.

I just had - On the Spot Rock Chip Repair and their team fix my small rock chip I had. Overall Im pleased, The repair turned out great, prices were fair, The best part was I used their mobile service and they saved me the trip. They were able to take care of it while I was working! I'll be using them again for future repairs. THANKS AGAIN!

i was scheduled a 12:30-1pm appointment with Michael. At 12:45, Michael called me to tell me he was changing my SCHEDULED appointment because he had another appointment "Closer and more convenient". i told him that was wrong and bad business. Michael then said - oh well, i can refuse service to anyone... DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH HIM!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cancelled on me one day and then didn t show up the next day either, this time without a call. I picked a place near my office but apparently you can t get service at the listed address. They tried directing me to a partner shop out towards Bothell which was well out the way. Pick a place with a physical location because who knows if they ll show up.

Very quick service!! They were able to come to my house same-day for a quick repair. At the tjme of this service, they only accepted cash, which would ve been nice to know advance, but he was able to follow me to a nearby atm. Would definitely recommend!
