Wow this O'Reilly is great. Came in to get new headlight main bulbs & not only did Jeff get me the correct bulbs he explained the different types, he also installed them. Never complained when the install took longer than expected. Kudos to everyone

Beau is amazing. I would give 10 stars if I could. I was up from Vancouver wa, and my truck threw a severe engine code. He diagnosed the problem for me. Was able to purchase my bad coil pack. Beau installed and removed everything. Had the tools also seeing as I didn't have any. I would suggest anyone in the area stop in for some serious quality info and help. You are a great guy Beau keep it up.

Came in to purchase windshield wipers and have them installed. Leon was extremely friendly and let me know of a BOGO deal on a high quality set. After the purchase he installed the first one and showed me how to install the second one. Not only did I have great customer service but I learned a new skill! Will definitely return.

Bo was incredibly helpful, knowledge and professional. Answered all my questions while juggling multiple customers and got me the right part. He was patient and respectful. When I returned to pickup my part he was again helping multiple customers while another coworker dragged their feet with others. He recognized me and got me my part quickly. Give that guy a raise!!!

Helpful, knowledgeable staff with a good selection of items. That s why I almost never buy auto parts online. Went them during a road trip to find a particular rare wrench, they surprisingly have 10 variations available to fit my needs.

Super helpful and attentive! Riley was awesome at explaining the differences for each battery and how each one fits a different use case well. Interstate Batteries is my old battery :(

Super helpful guy who said he usually works at the Ballard store. He tried hard to get creative substitute for something out if stock.

After running smoothly for years, my old Nissan suddenly started flashing several dashboard lights and randomly shut itself off while driving. I brought the car in to O'Reilly's as soon as possible.Erik was able to quickly diagnose the issue (failing crank sensor), identify the part required for replacement, confirm said part was in stock, and recommend a local mechanic that would fix the car quickly and for a reasonable price. He went above and beyond, helping me to call ahead to the garage and ensuring that everything was in place for a smooth and easy visit to the shop. The whole repair was done for a very reasonable price in a very expedient amount of time.Meanwhile, I called the Nissan dealer who quoted me $700 and a minimum 3 day wait time with no opportunity for a loaner. If it wasn't for Erik and his immense kindness and professionalism, I'd still be out a car, and most likely out a significant chunk of change. Thank you, Erik, for your incredible patience and your willingness to help a gal out :)

"look I'm trying to teach you something"The old man in this location is the definition of rude. Maybe even prejudice. Cut me off from speaking several times. Gave me very wrong advice on my oil change. Doesn't listen much.I've been a loyal customer to O'Reilly since Denver. This is the only location that seems to have this problem. The other locations have never given me misinformation.

Just wanted to reach out and say that Riley was beyond phenomenal!!!!! I came in to get a battery for my car, he walked me through everything, went way way way above and beyond. even offered to help install it. When we started on it, we noticed the battery wasnt that old, so he helped me return the new battery and got me on my way to Honda. before I left he even came out with a remote jump start to make sure I got going.I am someone that knows next to nothing about cars, and am generally nervous about going to auto stores. Riley was the best experience i have ever had hands down.I went in today to look at getting some paint for a different issue, and all the older men stared at me and gave me weird looks like they had never seen a woman before. Much different experience than the one i got the other day.

I really appreciate the customer service. They are quick at picking up the phone and checking if they have the parts in the store. Meyer spent the extra time helping me with filling up the coolant that I bought from them and showing me what might have gone wrong with my throttle hose. Really appreciate the extra help you guys provide. Will definitely come back.

Asked about wheel lug replacements. The guy quoted me a price of $10 a lug. I pointed out some other brands, and the price dropped to $150 total. Grabbed them off amazon for $49, and they were not the cheapest. Very pricey place.

Extremely helpful staff at the (near) University Village store at the bottom of the NE 45th street viaduct. Installed the air filter that was giving me fits and gave me several tips after he installed it.I recommend going early, just after 7:30 when they are not so overwhelmed.

Went in to replace a simple plastic plug that receives a screw for attaching the rear license plate, and Raymond stayed with me the whole time, finding the proper sized replacement and helping me pull the old plug out using the store's loaner tools (and by help I mean he did all the work). Excellent, personalized customer service I wasn't expecting from a large chain. These guys are great!

Selection definitely isn't as expansive as I would have liked, but only once has that ever been an issue for me. Those working there were helpful in helping me find the proper parts, and helped me out with a few discounts I otherwise would have missed.Just know that if you're looking to drop by, the only way to get to their store location coming west from the direction of I-5 is to turn into QFC's parking lot, do a U-turn, and exit the way you came in.I also appreciate that their story policy requires masks. I find it unfortunate that it's a contentious enough issue for some folks, but to me I find it a positive aspect of my experience. It shows them looking out for both their employees and other customers, and I appreciate that.

Customer service fail!Acknowledge people in the store, not just callers.I was standing at the counter with two young kids for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. I was the only customer. There were three staff members behind the counter. One was glued to the computer. The other two were fielding call after call on the phone.Eventually one broke away from the phone to ask if I d been helped. My answer: no, I thought I was going to have to call to get your attention. You can do better than this! In person customer service should take priority over phone calls, right?

I had the absolute worst experience I think I've ever had in any store as at this establishment. Upon entering I asked the counterman to look up a part and he kind of huffed and rolls his eyes and I was taken back because I didn't understand why he would do that- it's his job. so he gives me the part and I ask him to please verify the fuse matches my make and model. He was again bothered by this. I get really worked up with this one so I said, "You don't like your job very much do you?""You should think about getting another one". At that point the manager walks up and tells me to leave as he did not like how I was treating his employee . When I get outside the fuse turns out to be the wrong one. Really had to discipline myself and cool off funny I still have the fuse.

Erik the manager at the store saved the day!! Few hours before my flight back the East coast, the charger port went bad on my daughter's car. I knew it it was a fuse because it was working the day before. I went to O'Reilly at U-Village and Erik was not only knowledgeable about this stuff but he actually swapped it out for me!!!! Could never thank him enough for his outstanding service and calm demeanor! Keep up the good work buddy! I hope the manager above you recognizes your talent and takes good care of you.

Really nice and quick experience here. I needed a new battery for my car key and the guy popped open my key, found the battery I needed and put it in for me. It didn't take long and he was really nice.

Super nice lady helped me with my battery problems. I thought for sure I killed the battery due to my attempts at installing an after market radio and my car sitting parked for a couple weeks (sheltering in place). The lady cleaned off some corrosion, tested the battery, saw it was low but not dead, recharged it for me, and ran a test out at my car to confirm all was good with the battery and alternator (all at no cost). The positive terminal was loose when I took it out and corroded. She suspected that was the issue. Anyways, I bought a multimeter while there just to ensure I didn t have a parasitic drain from my radio install - turns out that was fine. Lady was right - must ve just been the simple loose corroded connection! I ll definitely be back!! Very honest and helpful people! Thank you!!!
