I was in Seattle, Washington last weekend from Orange County to visit my daughter at UW. Her Lexus IS200t was having a front brake quirking noise for a while. He replaced the front rotors & brakes on both sides and also changed the engine oil. He charged me $430.00 (I provided engine oil). The other shop charged me $755.00.He is also a hornet mechanic/owner. I told my daughter to bring the car to him if she has any problem due to the fact I am far and away from her. It is hard to find trust and reasonable price mechanics nowadays!I suggest him to everyone in the area!

Tony answers my call on a Saturday morning for an alternator repair. I m in town from Spokane, no way of getting home till it s fixed. It sounded like forks in a blender. He confirmed it was the alternator, quoted me and had it done in 3 hours! Kind Navy Veteran. Gave him a 25% tip. Ngoc (Tony) is the best! I bought a car and one of the cylinders collapsed. And I called around different shops and they wanted an appointment and charged an arm and a leg. I called Ngoc and he took my car in and the very same day, he explained what was wrong with the car. The price was more than reasonable for an engine rebuild. The other reviews may say he has bad customer service but you have to understand, hes a true mechanic, hands on type of guy. You have to know how to talk and negotiate with mechanics. This guy did top quality for the dollar. Well deserved.Service: Engine repair

We brought our vehicle in because our heat goes in and out. He quoted us $525 plus $250 for a water pump that supposedly had a leak. Thankfully he couldn't do the work today because there was no leak. When I asked about it he just said "I'm very busy, take it somewhere else" and hung up. Suspect for sure!

I was looking for a good mechanic and this shop and this place was suggested to me by tow truck driver from Blue Streak and I'm glad he did. When I first arrived the owner treated me like he already knew me and he immediately started working on my car. He is honest and likes to get people in and out because he has so much business. I'm glad I found Johnny because I was needing another mechanic after I had to fire the one in Columbia City.

Scam Artist Tony!I Brought in my car to have my brakes looked at because my brake pedal was extremely "mushy" Tony called me back and said the pads and rotors need replaced in the front and that was the issue. He said the price would be $548. Told him that was way too much and that I'll just bring it back home. I went to buy all the parts to install myself for $180 and climbed under the car to find that the brake pads and rotors are completely fine instead there was brake fluid all over the wheel on the driver side. I looked to see the level of the fluid and it was completely empty. Not sure if he even looked at the car!RIP OFF!

Save this place on your maps. I needed brakes and routers for my Toyota Venza 2011. Tony Got me an estimate after he called for the parts. Trust me i saved time & $$$ He did the job the same day. Dont go to Les Schwab. And If you do, it will be to compare. These guys know their vehicles.

This place have a bad customer service. I walk into it and the guys gave me a bad attitude. They need to learn how to treat customers before even meeting them.I suggest not to go there.

Very good mechanical and body repairs for a reasonable price. Ngoc is honest and performs the necessary work to save you additional expenses.

I went there to get my car fixed to be pacific its the bumper in the light and the old guy there is so rude and disrespectful, he don t know how to compromise with the customer in the right way, When I m negotiating with the price literally he told me to get out of my garage if you don t like my price I have really bad experience there and I m not recomment nobody to go there, I kind feel like I wasn t welcome there because my color of my skin.Service: Auto glass repair
