I have been coming to Mr. Detail for years and always have a good experience. I typically do a heavy interior/exterior detail and a light detail each year and my car always come home looking fantastic. The price feels a little high to me, but I have not shopped around and they might be in line with the competition. And as they say, "you get what you pay for" and Mr. Detail is worth every dime because they put in a lot of effort to keep your car looking great.

Disappointing rip off. Long story short, bubbles started to appear 3-4 days after tint install and never went away. They offered zero warranty and will not fix after charging me $1000+ to do the full car.Long story: I brought the vehicle by to have them provide a quote. They said it wouldn't be a problem and I booked an appointment online at the qouted rate of $390. My first concern while watching the install was the installer had their son in the back of the car doing the windows. It would appear that this person was underage and inexperienced which caused the bubbles to form in the tint. When I picked up the vehicle I was told the bubbles would disappear after 3-5 days. So I paid and went home. The bubbles never went away. I called the owner on day 5 after install and they would not return my call. They would only respond to text and were unwilling to help or warranty the bubbles. I then reach out to the onsite shop manager Chad. He said he would be on it once he returned from vacation. He asked for me to send pictures, which I did. I have followed up with him multiple times to be told, you have already talked to the owners and there is nothing I can do, I'm just the manager. Buyer beware at this location and others like it. Poor customer service, shotty work and zero warranty. Do not schedule here. The owners and manager ripped me off, they will not warranty their work and are potentially using 3rd part contractors that bring underaged workers with them to work on your vehicle. They need need to do better and warranty their work. Not being willing to fix mistakes days after install is ridiculous. Reputable tint companies warranty their work and shame on me for not asking... I ve learned my lesson.

Very poor detail for $400. Car had a number of places that weren t touched. Was told the car was going to be ready at 3:00pm. Showed up and had to wait until 5pm for car to be finished. Friendly team, but clearly started my car late in the day and scrambled to finish it.

I went to Mr Detail Auto Salon in Downtown Seattle in May for an "Interior Heavy Cleaning". My experience was extremely poor. Dropped the car off early morning, came back at the end of the afternoon and the car hadn't been worked on. They started cleaning it a few minutes before they closed for the day, and didn't spend adequate time cleaning it.After inspecting the car, I asked the washer if he could clean up a bit more and he did a bit more work on it but it was clear that he was exhausted after a long day's work and just wanted to go home as well. Overall, it was quite a rip off for the amount they charged. All this could have been avoided had the administration maintained quality control and not taken up too many cars if they couldn't give adequate time and effort to cleaning each car.I wanted to be a regular customer here, and the communication prior to drop off was decent, but the cleaning itself was lacking and disappointing. I'd encourage them to work on their quality control.Service: Auto detailing

Very disappointed. Requested Deep Clean interior. Carpets look great but they didn t vacuum the arm rest or glove box and windshield was streaky. In fairness they offered to fix if I brought it back but the drop and pick up hours are middle of workday and inconvenient. No where did they tell me must pick up by 3 since the pandemic . Will not be returning.

They definitely surpassed our expectations. The car looked brand new once the job was done.We originally brought our car in because of a spilled protein shake on one of the seats. They were able to get it out no problem as well as the pet hair in the back (huge bonus, we weren t expecting the back seat to look so clean)I work during the weekday so they let me bring it in a few minutes before they opened and it was done by 12:30p. Super speedy turn around and they re a Star Wars fan!;)

Super nice job, car smells so good! I went primarily to get COPIOUS white dog hair out of the black fabric seats, j can't believe that little 7lb dog shed so much.They did SUCH a great job. You would never know he was ever in that car.It was cleaner than the day I got it- seriously!

very good work and recommendations on the tint level (20% was perfect, not too much not too little) and got the ceramic stuff to enhance UV filtering ... interior heavy detail was done well and for a cheaper price than my car size. Chad communicated well, no issues except finding it and parking for the initial visit .. BUT hey we can't have everything right?would give 5 stars but they don't give lifetime warranty on tint work which I found out post fact, however they say they stand behind their work and you can come in if issues arise.

These guys are A1+! Super easy online scheduling, great communication and expectation setting. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. Most importantly they got my 650i looking and smelling factory new. I've not had a wax in a over a year and I had a terrible film on one side from tree sap. The car hasn't looked so good. Inside and out. Highly recommend this firm!Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I had a really great experience here. Dropped my car off of New Year's Eve - Aaron was working. He was really nice to help me figure out the best package for me and did an excellent job on the car, and even got a few spots of sap off the hood, which is definitely not included in the package I got.Their booking system is great, but you can also just drop in. I am making an appt to get my other car detailed and then am going to keep both maintained here.Highly recommend!

Major Kudos to the staff and owner of Mr. Detail Auto Salon. I wouldn't consider myself a "car" person but everyone can appreciate a clean vehicle. I brought my mom's 2006 mini cooper into their shop for a Tuesday before Thanksgiving clean. When I picked it up, I could hardly believe my eyes the car was so clean. Below is a description of the whole procedure.Originally, I was referred to Mr. Detail by my brother, who had an equally great experience. Dropping off is super easy at the Columbia tower. I brought the car in and even though I was quoted on the phone a rough estimate, the attendants walked me through a detailed on-the-spot estimate. The mini cooper is a compact car, but tough to clean. We walked through my concerns and we quickly resolved the best clean for my car and my budget. They were running a great special that week with a clay bar treatment. The car was so dirty and a pre-thanksgiving rush, I was called an asked if they could keep my car an extra day. I had no qualms with that and was relieved they were not going to rush my job to get it out "on time". I prefer quality over speed.When I came to pick the vehicle up, I was able to catch them during working hours. However, should I have needed to come after hours, they could have easily made arrangements for me to pick up my car. I could not believe my eyes the car was so clean and refreshed looking. The paint gleamed, the windows were spotless (dog nose print free), and the carpets were fur free! The leather looked shiny and new. My mom is a big tea drinker and I did not see any "tea stains" on the center console. Clearly a superior clean that I clearly could not dream up myself.When asked, Mr. Detail provided a detailed invoice for my records. I had a question on a charge and they were able to adequately explain where it came from. No matter what, they were always responsive to my calls, texts, and emails. Their customer service is top notch as is their cleaning. I would whole-heartily recommend their services.

From start to finish, my experience at Mr. Detail in downtown Seattle was incredible! Brandon was so great in explaining the different packages and unlike the other services I had talked to, he did not try to upcharge me for what I was looking for. He did a great job cleaning the car and pick up was very smooth! I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back for routine interior detailing.

Had the inside of my car detailed here while 8 months pregnant. The car was super dirty and I wanted it to be clean for our new baby, but I was unable to do it well myself. Mr Detail auto salon made my car look like a million bucks! It was probably the cleanest I've ever seen it, which I really appreciated because it's an older car and needed a little tender loving care. They were very detailed and I couldn't find any crevice that wasn't cleaned. Vacuuming was thorough. So glad I brought it here!

Best place for a detailed inside out clean of your car! They really pay attention to details and make sure every corner of your car is taken care of. Brandon at the 5th ave downtown location is the best. Super professional, efficient, and friendly! Just had my second clean done and I ll for sure keep coming back!

I have had Mr Detail Auto Salon come to my home and was very happy with the results. Nice guys, They worked on my car while I was working from home. Its a great service, and I will continue to use them. If you are limited on time, kill 2 birds with one stone.

Dent Repair-Wow!!!! I brought my car in for a dent repair which I was a bit unsure that Mr. Detail would be able to fix it. I was actually turned down by other dent repair men due to the extent of the damage. I was given a fair estimate and Corey did an AMAZING job! It looks like it never had any damage at all! You can definitely tell that he is passionate at what he does because it shows. I HIGHLY recommend him! Everyone at Mr. Detail were super friendly and accommodating. I will be back to try their detailing. Hopefully I will not be returning due to further dents on my car. But if I do, I will be going back looking for Cory! Thank you soo much!

I've been coming to the Ballard Mr. Detail location for a few years. Each time I have gone I have not been disappointed. They always go above and beyond what they need to do and my car ends up looking new.Also, everyone I have dealt with there is always friendly.I highly recommend Mr. Detail! You will not be disappointed.

Having had the opportunity to work side by side this team, I would have to say their work ethic and quality is unrivaled. These guys set the bar as to how true Detailing should be today. Their passion and attention to detail shows in their quality of work. Recommend to anyone looking to get the job done right!!

Those guys are great! Nice hand car wash fast service and the car is like new. Even with so many cars on the line still they are pretty fast. I go once every couple of weeks and it's always pleasure to get my car as new. Thank you !

After an accidental paint job when our car was parked too close to a construction site, it was time to detail our car. After reading the reviews on googleI decided to take the car down to Keatley.What I thought was just paint actually turned out to be liquid concrete and the guys at Keatley had to hand sand the entire body work down. This increased the amount of time and effort it would require to get the car back to showroom standards. Keatley were highly communicative throughout the pretty stressful process and the results speak for themselves.I was super impressed by the customer service and the attention to detail. I highly recommend Keatley to anyone.

This is the only place to get your car detailed! Fantastic Customer service and the most detailed final product yet! I've gone to Dereks detail and and some other small shops and MR DETAIL AUTO SALON blows them out of the water. The really made my day! Thanks for your hard work, and i will definaltly be telling my friends.

I was a little nervous going to a garage location, but it was actually perfect. Finding it is a little difficult though, so make sure you get detailed instructions before you go. Quality of work was superb. I will definitely go back again.

Quoted me one price on the phone, and another when I showed up. The price they gave me when I showed up was higher than what anyone else in the area was charging. After the cleaning I still found food crumbs.
