Great, reliable service! I m always pleasantly greeted upon arriving. They are able to answer any questions you have about your car. I love the honesty here as well. They will communicate about what services are necessary and which can wait until a later time. You never have to worry about surprises or unnecessary up charges here! They re my go to car mechanic!

Thanks for coming in under quoted cost on my latest service, MastersI ve had a good relationship w this shop for the last few years, and I m happy to have them as my maintenance team. I really like their digital platform. In real time, they ll send you the recommended work, and from there you re able to accept or deny each recommended service based on your budget etc. Their service is always quick, and their communication is top notch.

We've been taking our car to Masters for at least 2 years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Their team is friendly, helpful, and very experienced. Very happy with the service we've received and love having a local shop we can trust.

I m very pleased with this business. Had a tire with low pressure. Asked them to repair if possible and look over the tires. They called to tell me all the tires were needed to be replaced.All were in very poor shape and I believe they were 13 year old tires. They quoted me the price and I looked up the tires online and the price was in accordance with the cost of those tires at other places. The extra costs the removing and adding the tires and balancing and taxes and cost to dispose of tires is all listed on the receipt. They told me a few other things that need to be done and I made an appointment in a couple weeks to get vehicle back in. There s no pressure. They are informative and I was happy that they were able to get me in same day. Great customer service. The owner/ manager is a really nice man. I trust him and his garage.Service: Tires

Totally professional. There's no upselling, work is done in a timely manner, and their prices are a little below what I've paid elsewhere for the exact same thing. I trust them to do a good job and I've never been disappointed. They're great.

Highly recommend, we have been taking our cars to Greg at Masters for over 20 years. They do excellent work at a fair price, with upfront estimates, & no hidden charges. Give them a try, you won t be sorry!

I've always had a great experience with Masters, super friendly shop of folks that clearly want to do right by their customers. They usually have availability with relatively short notice and I've never had any sense that they were trying to upsell me with stuff our car doesn't need. Even when I give them easy opportunities to do so, like recently when I asked them to check my tires because of some slipping that had been happening when it was wet, they let me know the tires were in great shape and that it was just the handling of the car (plug in hybrid, front wheel drive mini-van). Definitely plan to continue using Greg and the Masters team!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

This may be the weirdest review ever, but Masters Auto & Tire is the wonderful shop which opted _not_ to fix my mother's car. My mother has memory problems, and when she displayed behavior that indicated that she might not be in full control of her faculties, Masters declined to take her as a client, and then went out of their way to locate her family and explain the situation. This was extremely helpful in our effort to convince her to let someone else do the driving. Masters chose safety over profit. Though they haven't worked on any car belonging to my family (yet), I have excellent reason to believe that their commitment to safety extends to the work that they do, and I would not hesitate to bring my own vehicle to them if I needed it repairs. My deepest thanks are due especially to Tim Rogers at Masters Auto & Tire.

Unfortunately we had a different kind of experience. Front desk personnel not well mannered. Dog at the desk. We were charged $155.00 for diagnostic testing none of which goes to the cost for the repair for a damaged radiator. Total job cost over $1000.00Since the experience we have checked several sites and local businesses finding that a radiator for the car costs less than $200.We are really sad that we will no longer be referring patrons to this business.So long GregHappy New Year

I've been bringing my car in for servicing at Masters Auto and Tire for over 20 years, and I came to trust Greg who now owns this establishment. It's very difficult to find an auto shop where you can trust what you are being told by the people working there. I do not automatically trust online reviews and neither should you. They need to earn your trust, and I'm not interested to take the time for some other place to prove to me I can trust them. Fortunately, at least with Greg owning this place I don't have to, because I'm comfortable here.

I took my son's minivan in to repair his motor on his window. I was really worried it was gonna be incredibly expensive because my ex-boyfriend took the door apart and drilled out the motor mounts. Masters did a great job of repairing and the charge was hundreds of dollars less than I thought it was going to be. I feel this is the trust worthy company and I will be going back for additional work on my personal car.Service: Auto power window repair

I am a White Center local and wanted Masters to be a great local auto shop. They are not. The reviews make me wonder if discounts are offered in exchange for 5 stars.I gave them 2 chances with 2 different vehicles:-A Ford Escape that I was told was NOT repairable - it is currently on the road and operating thanks to another auto shop.-A Range Rover oil change. I called 2 TIMES prior, and asked again at my appointment if they were able to work on Range Rovers. I was assured all these times it was no problem...2.5 hours after I dropped my car off I received a call saying they were indeed NOT ABLE to work on my car. Although I appreciate them not going further and potentially damaging my vehicle, it was a complete waste of my time.I feel it's also worth noting that when I asked if it was okay to sit in the lobby, the man behind the counter seemed super put out and actually said, "You're going to WAIT?!" To which I felt obligated to assure him it would only be 15 minutes and I would go to the library when it opened. Why would waiting for my vehicle be a problem?

Master's is a wonderful part of our community and a great vehicle maintenance and repair shop. They are easy to book with and have a convenient location in White Center.They do the work you asked them to do and if they find other things they recommend, they review that work with you including the cost before doing it.Greg and Tim have a great depth of knowledge with vehicles, I trust all my vehicle maintenance to them.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

It's been years and many cars since being told to take my car to you all and I have never been happier to have found you . It's always done the right way and everything is now right there for you to decide if you can wait or proceed to get the work done that your vehicle needs. Trust them they know what they are doing! Today we took my daughters car in for It's first oil change in awhile and so the circle continues! Thank u all for your honest work

They re honest, great people to work with. They don t overcharge and try to trick you into anything, which I appreciate because I feel I can trust them. They always do a great job and they re turn around is very quick. Also, they re wonderful people and it s just so nice to go somewhere where they remember you and you feel a part of the community. Highly recommend!

Tim at Master's, was able to get my car in quickly, and did a full diagnostics. They repaired my vehicle within a day, replacing the Radiator. I definately recommend this place, they did a good job fixing my car.

I ve been going to Masters for over 30+ years. What I appreciate the most is that they do not try to over sell you a service like other automotive repair shops have done in the past.
