I stopped taking my car to Loyal because I moved across town, what a mistake! I will make this drive for the rest of my car-owning life because of the transparency, honesty, and quality of Loyal Auto's work. For my most recent repair, after hearing that I didn't plan on driving my current car for more than another year, they reduced the suggested repairs and saved me over $1,000. They easily could have said nothing and gotten more business, but the folks at Loyal really care about treating well you as a person, not just using you as a customer. Thank you to the Loyal team for all you do!

These ANGELS rushed to get my baby out of a locked car! Even though they do not offer this service, they beat AAA by hours and potentially saved our child's life. On top of that, they declined any kind of compensation. They need to be commended and supported as leaders and standup citizens in our community. Please, please, please support them with your business. I owe them an infinite debt of gratitude.Oh, and we use them to service our car and they do a 10/10 job.

This particular time, I stopped by without calling because somebody scraped my car getting out of a parking spot, without leaving a note, and I wanted to know if the damage was cosmetic or something more serious. John took the time to check it out and determined that it was just a paint scrape. He also replaced a burned out tail light and discussed another minor issue I'm having with the car. We discussed when it will need service--it's past the recommended time but under the recommended mileage. I always bring my car here for service and/or repair. They always do an excellent job. They evaluate the car and carefully explain my options if they find something that's likely to be a problem. They have never tried to oversell me. I really appreciate having them in the neighborhood!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Loyal Automotive is the best! I had a question about we the oil level in my car, and Jesse (filling in for John) explained everything in a non-mansplaining way and also topped off my oil for no charge! Loyal Automotive has serviced my 2003 Buick for a good decade and all of the repairs have stood the test of time. It's an old car and it runs beautifully because of them, but of course when it's over a decade old, big things can start to break down. Loyal Automotive has really kept this baby going. I can't express my gratitude for having excellent mechanical repair because I certainly can't afford to buy a new car. Thank you Loyal Automotive for being there! After Jiffy Lube seized my oil drain plug onto the pan, I dropped my car off at Loyal Automotive. They were able to remove and replace the plug without having to drill it out, they gave my car a quick check on tires and scheduled maintenance, and had it back in my possession that afternoon.They didn't overcharge, they didn't try to upsell, they didn't pull any sleazy mechanic moves. This place is as good as it gets for auto service! I have tried out a lot of places in various parts of the country and have never been to an auto place that was so upfront and honest and thorough about everything. I have taken two separate cars here and each time have been given a great deal and great service. On top of that, they always go out of their way to be clear, transparent, and honest about what needs to be done and what isn't a huge deal or an urgent worry. They are always happy to work with you to make things more convenient and cost-efficient as well.Simply put- it seems like they have imagined the best possible customer experience and do everything they can to make it happen.

I've been bringing my car to Loyal for three years and can't imagine taking it anywhere else. They are the most honest repair shop I've ever been to- the point of telling me my oil didn't need to be changed when I thought it did. They never try to upsell you on services or scare you with how 'bad' something is about your car. I've waited in the shop and left my car and never had issues with delays. They're efficient and their prices are reasonable.Taleah is the best. She explains things clearly without being patronizing.I just wish they offered more services (like alignment) so that I wouldn't have to go anywhere else!

Loyal Automotive provided exceptional service, was able to diagnose my vehicles problems with integrity and speed. I was back on the road quicker than expected and they have honest and fair prices. I will definitely be taking my vehicles here for all future repairs.

I brought my car to them with major issues. My car wouldn't start, and they had it running in a week at a fair price. I have been coming back for my regular maintenance since, everytime, just wonderful. I brought it in today, and they had the problem fixed in 30 minutes, at no charge. I will be a loyal customer as long as I am in the area. I reccomend them to every one I know.

Have gotten repairs and maintenance here now several times and have never had a problem with their work. Quality is the most important thing to me. They've gone above and beyond my expectations in terms of scheduling and Eddie and the staff are great; polite, professional, and personable. I plan and hope to keep coming here for a long time.

My girlfriend and I had an awesome experience with Loyal Automotive.After the Subaru dealership did $800 worth of work (without fixing the overall problem) and quoted us for another $2000, we decided to shop around for second opinions. After getting a generous amount of help and advice from Taleah, we had our brake pads and rotors done at Loyal for a reasonable price and were given other (free) remedies for our other issues. The car still runs great and we saved $1500!I have a hard time trusting shops to work on my vehicles but this place worked out great and Taleah was super knowledgable. We will definitely be using Loyal for all future vehicle maintenance.

Omg!! They were the best! I took my car somewhere else first and they messed it all up. When I brought it here, Taleah was honest and worked very fast. The work was efficient. I ll most definitely keep coming back here. She called me through out the day keeping me updated with the fixes they were doing. She s also took time to teach me about the parts that needed to be replaced. I can t say enough good things about this place!

Honest, reliable, friendly and professional. I had this shop do some miscellaneous work on my 1982 Mercedes 300TD (no easy car to work on), and they nailed it, all for a great price! Highly recommended.

I have been going here for years. I was referred from a neighbor, and had a good experience. Extremely wonderful service. Eddie is great. He doesn't over charge you and is honest. I have referred a few friends, they are appreciative of the referral. If you need a mechanic this is your place.

It was bad! I brought the car. They put in the part. It was defective. Took the part for a refund. Wouldn't give me a full refund. I had to fight to at least pay me back for the bad part. Bad business. I'll never go there agine.

They gave us some advance notice that our head gaskets were going, which gave us the chance to save up for the repair. They had our car a teensy bit over schedule, but we knew it was a complicated fix. We got the car back Saturday morning and that evening drove to Bob's corn maze from ballard. On the drive back our car completely fritzed out. I was at ship at opening on monday and mechanic was up front and took responsibility and offered to pay for tow etc.Mistakes happen. As long as you fix them, it's all good. Loyal automotive worked to fix it and that's good enough for me. It turned out to be a faulty factory part. No one could have predicted that. I will continue to bring my vehicles here and pass the word to my friends as well.

The whole team is amazing. They are honest and upfront about everything. I would recommend them to anyone with confidence that they will have as great of an experience as we had. We have three cars that we have trusted to their care. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I Went to have a oil change, after seeing some good reviews, but that was it, they gave me a wrong receipt, pretty sure the girl in front gave mine to someone else, with all the info.(not happy) Then she calls me after 20 mins asking to return a Flash light that one of the worker had left in my car. I had to stop my car on way to work, checked but there was none.

Instead of telling me they no longer wanted to work on my vehicle, they just told me they were still waiting for the part to arrive. Did some research on my own & discovered they weather stripping can be ordered and received within 2 weeks.

This place is fantastic. Hard to find a trustworthy shop. My friends have been coming here for years and I just started myself. The owner/eddie has always been straight up with me. Honest, respectful, and the price is right.

Solid shop. Pretty fast to diagnose issues and get the work done. Definitely do not attempt to try and oversell anything -even when I asked if something was recommended. Reasonable prices and good work.

They changed my oil and they even reset the the change oil indicator, it was nice I didn't have to usually I have to reset it and I think they lubed the front end so now it doesn 't sound like it's wearing out ..thanksService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have gone since the month they opened and every time they work on either car, van or truck its always a great experience. They are friendly, they work with your schedule and they are honest. They are just great !

Very nice, friendly staff they were very knowledgeable got me in and out of the shop very quickly did a full inspection of my car and was expertly done gave me a invoice of possible problems with my car and was much cheaper than I thought it would be definitely recommend
