I had some tires changed here and they had to special order them because they didn't have that type in stock. That was helpful. They charged me $100 over market price for each tire because it was a special order. When I reached out they had nothing to offer in terms of customer service - the whole line about 'value' being one of the most important company values is baseless. To be expected I guess.

When my car notified me that a tire needed air, my first instinct was to go to Les Schwab as they offer free air checks. They let me know if it went down it would be cause for concern to come back in. A couple days later, I got the fated notification..I came in needing a tire replacement but as I have a fleet vehicle the process to ensure the service can be tedious. I am so grateful for the advisors for working with me and fitting me in as they really came through in a time of need for me! I highly recommend this location as it s always refreshing to work with a knowledgeable staff who care!Thank you Les Schwab and thank you Carlos!!

Had a terrible experience here recently. Being buying tires here for years. Always recommend to friends and family. Recently pulled in because I had a screw in my tire. Waited over 3 HOURS to be told that they can't fix it because of tread levels then tried to sell me tires. My car was in the bay for 40 minutes! Told manager, Carlos, that they could have told me this hours ago by just looking at the tire. He had no response but they will not fix but I can buy a tire to replace. What were they doing with my car in the bay for 40 minutes!?! Told then to give me my car and I will go elsewhere. Left disappointed and I WILL NOT return. I took my car up the street to ACR Tire shop on Lake City Way, a small independent shop. They immediately removed my wheel and checked the tire. Found that the screw did not actually puncture the tire and reinstalled my tire and did not charge me! All in under 10 minutes! ACR Tire's crew were awesome! Les Schwab really has changed for the worst. Do not shop there.

A few months ago during the cold snap my tire pressure was low and I randomly visited this shop to use their air. I was impressed that the manager himself, Levi, stopped what he was doing and added air. Small acts of kindness lead to satisfaction and confidence in their business. Thank you!

I had a flat tire emergency and Levi spent time with me both on the phone and when I got the car to the shop to put my mind at ease and help me figure out what to do. I had a bit of a wait before they could put on a new tire, but seeing as I was a walk-in, it wasn t too bad and I was thankful to be taken care of that day and be home by the evening. Based on my experience with Levi, I m giving this location 5 stars.

Absolutely the best! Excellent customer service, quick, and reliable. I got a flat tire yesterday afternoon from an accident on I5 and needed my car back for work the today. They tracked down the rare tire, offered to keep my car overnight and had it ready first thing this morning. They went the extra mile on all fronts and I m really grateful. Jessica and the management have always been really helpful when we ve had leaks or other concerns. Thank you to everyone there for being exemplary!

After getting a screw in my WRX s tire, I made an appointment for the following day and Les Schwab quickly patched my tire in under an hour at no charge. Will definitely be coming back. They were very professional and polite to me as a first-time customer. Highly recommend them for tire repair!

After being told that my tire was not patchable by the Hyundai dealership a friend suggested I try here first instead of paying 276 dollars for a new tire. I m glad I did, they charged me nothing and they easily patched the tire. When the time comes I plan to get the new tire from them as well.

I came in with a rock in my wheel which was making a lot of noise and they fit me in toward the end of the day even though appointments were full online. It turned out to be a missing lug nut plus all the other lug nuts on the same wheel were loose, which is very dangerous! 5 stars for rapid service, diagnosis, and a quick fix for only the cost of the lug nuts. They even made sure all the other lug nuts on the other wheels were tight. I am so grateful for the excellent service and thoughtful approach without any attempt to add on huge extra costs for labor or attempts to upsell to new wheels etc. This place and the team here are great!!

I was recommended front struts/shocks replacement by the Jeep dealer but I could not afford their sticker price. After some research, and doubly confirming that indeed they can do this job for my Ecodiesel Jeep Grand Cherokee, I decided to go to this Les Schwab branch for this work.I really appreciated the honest and transparent conversation with the service tech Chuck who explained the work that was needed and additional work that he had to do as a result of delicate parts that need to be caliberated just right for the alignment.It took a couple of visits but I am very happy with the results. I only wish I can find such a reliable and transparent repair and service shop for all affairs for my jeep!

Dealing with Les Schwab Tire Center was like having teeth pulled, and working with Jim at the front desk was incredibly painful. Apparently they have no scheduling system. This location has poor security.I called ahead to see if they could replace my flat tire that day, and was told they could, so I paid for a tow truck to take my vehicle there, only to be told by Jim that he wasn't the person I spoke to, and they couldn't fit me in that day. He strongly advised me NOT to leave my car parked there overnight due to security concerns, so I had to change to my spare tire anyway, so my money on a tow and my time waitinf for one was wasted. I offered to come back tomorrow afternoon, only to be told they have no scheduling system, and that if I do that, I'd be at the back of the line and would not be seen until the day following that.I ended up driving my car to a bigger, safer car yard with better security, where the staff were effective communicators and an absolute joy to deal with.

Big thanks to Carlos for bring straight up with me about the tires on my work vehicle and getting them taken care of to get me back on the road. It was busy and I hoped to get back on the road sooner, but sometimes places are just busy.

Quite possibly the worst (and maybe the most shady) Les Schwab center. If you are planning on using the Les Schwab financing plan, please do yourself a favor and go to another Les Schwab branch!Pros:They fixed my tire, but that's the only good thing they did...Cons:Shady business practicesTerrible customer serviceRight away, the front desk helper had an attitude and always had a snappy comeback to any comment/question anyone had. He also called me to tell me that my car was ready at 4:57 pm, when they close at 5! When I asked how long they were going to stay open, he sarcastically said, "You have 3 minutes to get here."When I was signing the financial agreement, I asked the manager if I could get a copy of the contract (which is stated under clause 3B), to which he said, "Sorry, we're not allowed to do that." By the way, option 3 for the financial plan, it seems like you can't ever get this option because this branch refuses to do so (I read another review that they didn't get that plan). It seems like they will make up any and all excuses to prevent you from getting it.Overall, save yourself the headache of dealing with poor customer service and fighting shady business practices.

Fantastic experience here! I had a flat tire and brought my car in with a spare tire on - they checked the flat and it wasn't replaceable but they offered good priced tires (and several price options I could choose from) - they also said my other 3 tires looked good and didn't need replacing, so they didn't try to upsell me on anything like a tire set. I feel I was treated well and fairly here and tires were well priced. The employees were nice and efficient, I was just a walk-in at the end of the day and the whole thing only took one hour! Very quick! Was hesitant at first based on negative reviews but I had a great experience here and would def come back for any more tire issues. Highly recommend! Thanks for making this process easy.

If you re looking for quick same day service (air pressure, flat repair) you need to show up 30-60 minutes before they open and wait in line at the door. By the time I arrived at 7:50 on a weekday there was already a big line and it would be 3 hours before they could even look at my car.Good service and the guys are helpful and straightforward, but just be aware how busy they are.

Experienced a nail in my tire around 3:30 p.m. on a Saturday. After Discount Tire could not help me, I scooted over to Les Schwab. On a late weekend, the front desk was so kind and assured me I would be serviced within the hour. Less than a hour later, Les Schwab took care of my tire, free of cost, and got me back on the road safely. Extremely kind, fast, and safe service! Will be back.

I woke up this morning to a flat tire like last time lucky me. I have Grease monkey right down the street a couple minutes away. And they filled up my tire for me. Once again thanks guys you guys are great. They suggest I go to Les Schwab and have them dip the tire and see if there's hole in it and there was there was a nail so I was only in Les Schwab. I got there a little. I got there a little before 8:30 and I was out of there by 9:00. That was really nice. Les Schwab is the only other place that treats you good like that besides Grease monkey. Good costumer service, quick and easy online appointment set up. However, they will try and charge you for whatever they can.I went in for their free brake check service. After a quick inspection, they confirmed my brake pads were thin and needed replaced. They handed me a quote that totalled almost $700.The brake pads themselves were only $54.55.Added to the bill was an unnecessary charge for replacements of both rear rotors and calipers. Having replaced them last year, these should not be needing replacement and i was not informed of this before my car was already put back together. Turning a $200-$300 job into a $659.12 job.

Les Schwab earned my loyalty as a customer >10 years ago by employees literally running to great me as I exited my car in the parking lot and repairing flats without an appointment in < 30 min for free. The customer care has slowly declined. Now, with an appointment, a tire rotation (which should take less than 10 min in a good shop) takes > 2 hours. Today I brought 65,000 mile warranty tires in that had < 40,000 miles of use but abnormal wear. Les Schwab had performed the alignment when I bought the tires. They took 6 hours to inspect the tires and tell me that they wouldn t replace them under warranty. They have lost me as a customer. I ll never go back.

I received same day service which was great. I opted to wait for my appointment at home and they texted me when it was my turn. I only needed a tire air leak plugged and a rotation. I'll definitely be going back when it's time for new tires and an alignment.

I don t know why people go elsewhere. Showed up with a screw in my tire, and unbeknownst to me I didn t have a wheel lock key to my vehicle. Levi had a master key and figured it out immediately, and what could ve been a huge problem was a non-issue. He was professional, courteous, and even reset the TPMS before giving it back with a perfectly patched tire.All that free of charge, and he even backed it into the parking spot when he moved it out of the bay, which is a subtle but much appreciated touch of phenomenal customer service. These guys know what they re doing, and that cannot be appreciated enough these days. Thanks Levi.

Came in for some snow tires don t know much about them. Wasn t offered any options, the guy just ordered them from me. I made an appointment to get them on & asked if they could add studs & they said the tires aren t studded tires. So I asked if they had any I could order, any they said they had none for my tire size. So I was calling other tire shops, when another sales associate came up to me and said they have some at another location. I was really confused since the previous employee looked it up & said there were none for my tire size & said I don t need them with all wheel drive I just don t really trust this shop after my experience here. I went to discount tire- not only are their tires way cheaper, but they explained to me the different types of snow tires and helped me order the best ones for the type of winter driving I ll be doing

I stopped by this shop on a whim today to see if they would be able to check the air pressure in my tires for me without an appointment. Within just a couple of minutes Daniel had checked and topped off the air pressure in all of my tires at no charge. Thank you so much for the quick service!

I wonder if these mechanics are licensed.An year ago I bought two new tires and also needed an wheel alignment adjustment but it wasn't corrected the first time. I came in the next day and the manager tried to charge me and see if I knew about the warranty. Again the alignment wasn't corrected. I've been driving like this dangerously about an year now and the tire is wear down again too. They don't go over issues with their customers and send them back to the road. If theses "Tire Expert" guys cannot fix this simple problem then there is a problem with this company.

I'm sorry to have to write this because every other visit to a Les Schwab Tire Center has been a positive experience for me. I had a flat tire and decided to replace all 4 since they were worn. I checked Consumer Reports and found the best Michelin tire for my car. I checked if I could order them through Les Schwab, but the website said I could not. I bought the tires online and called he shop to ask about towing my car there. I spoke to several representatives who said I could have my car towed there to have the tires mounted. The tow truck services, however, were too busy to give me a reliable time when they could tow the car. I asked the shop if I could bring the car to the shop when they were closed and they said yes and they could work on it in the morning.Well, I finally got the tow truck to bring the car to the shop during business hours only to be refused service! The manager said because they had so much business serving customers who had bought their tires through Les Schwab, he wouldn't even put my car in the queue for service later. I had to get a second tow to get my car out of the Les Schwab lot.The only positive thing I can say is that everyone was civil and professional in talking with me. They just wouldn't accept my business because of high demand from other (possibly more profitable) customers.
