Got my new tires mounted to new rims, and the new wheels mounted to my car.Everyone was a pleasure to work with. The people I interacted with were true car enthusiasts and knew what's up. Had me in and out in just two hours :)

Les Schwab has been my go-to place for tire repair for 20 years. The rule in our house is if you get a flat, take it to Les Schwab. I just showed up again this week with a flat. They repaired it quickly and did it all completely for free. They've never pushed me to buy tires that I didn't need, and have always treated me fairly. So when it comes to buy tires, I also always buy from them, even if I could save a few bucks somewhere else. The staff communicate well and take their job seriously. It's a Ballard institution. Highly recommend.

The staff is helpful and tries to get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I have had issues with a low tire and they would take a minute to fill the tire or fix a fixable flat at no charge. I appreciated that service. I have had all 4 tires replaced at times and they do a good job, have a fair price (not the most expensive or least) and location is convenient for me. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the parking is tough and disconnected as others have mentioned.

The people here definitely made my day. I came in on a busy day for them to get some nails out of my tire and patch it up. They were so busy, but still so kind and helpful with me. They were nice to everyone even with the amount of cars that needed serviced. They didn t even charge me for my tire patch, which was so nice of them !I will be coming back when I need new tires.Thank you so much!

I use Les Schwab for all my tire, wheel and brakes stuff. They are currently helping me get my 1978 CJ5 back on the road safely. We have had to make some creative decisions through out the process. The team has been thoughtful, diligent and prudent with me through out. Location is convenient, but plan for limited parking!I wouldn't trust my vehicles with anyone else.

Impressed with service! All of my interactions with this location were professional, straightforward, and friendly. They were able to fix my wheel and put it back on my car in a timely manner. I truly appreciate the help as I know very little about cars and walking into a repair shop always makes me nervous. I m hoping I don t need anything done soon but if I do, I will be returning.

Scheduled a tire change for 2:30pm and was told twice the job would be done within 2 hours. Came by to check on the car at 4:15pm and it hadn t been touched, still in the spot I parked it in. Took them 3 total hours to complete the job, far over what they quoted. I took time off from work for this scheduled appointment. Please do not continue misquoting customers, this is incredibly unprofessional, what is the point of a scheduled appointment.

Shop had literally 5 opportunities to tell me they could not service my type of vehicle, three of them in person, twice on the phone. Still I waste 2+ hours getting to shop arranging rides etc. Maybe even worse they checked my brakes and said they were fine to cover it up but in reality they are 5+ years old with unknown mileage, frequent mountain pass driving, and they are squealing. Of course when I went to get the car and started to explain this the lady at the counter couldn t have cared less. They lost me transferring my families business to them from Point S Affordable (other side of bridge) who I have actually had good luck with for 15 years but they knew they couldn t service my vehicle. This shop has terrible customer service but you may get lucky to have a good experience

[I went in for new tires and a quick check of my brakes on a 1997 Ford Escort. The whole visit went well, and I am happy with the result.] Front desk and service staff were pleasant and professional. Service was fast (1/2 hr.), while I sat in their well-appointed waiting room (comfortable chairs, coffee, and other ammenities - if a bit loud; there was even a small-child sized table with benches). An appointment is recommended (they have an efficient web-based appointment system where you can check-off which of their services you need). Two caveats: I had trouble finding parking so I could then check-in at the desk, and I didn't see any signage to direct me to the desk, which I discovered was in the center of the building (instead of just inside the door.)

This morning @ 8am I walked into Ballard's Les Schwab without an appointment. I had found a large screw in my tire as I was leaving Seattle for Portland OR where I had to make a 1:30p appointment. They generously made a quick repair (45minutes!) and off I went and made my appointment. Thanks to a great staff - especially Chris's wife (whose name I unfortunately didn't quite catch) for getting me off on time. Great team effort!

The worst experience of my life. Made me wait two hours to find out they never even looked at my tire, just hung my keys up. I needed to get to work I was leaving the tire. Anyways, six hours later the tire was fixed @6:30 pm, they said it was too late to put it on my car, so I had to do it by myself in their parking lot while they closed up and went home, very rude, incompetent, avoid

After having a bad experience with Pep Boys up the road and being quoted nearly $1600 for an alignment and 2 axel changes or about $1000 to replace just one, I called around for some price comparison. LB quoted me under $500 for 1 axel + alignment. Unlike Pep Boys where the employees were 10 minutes late to open the store then ignored me and didn't open the store until 20 minutes after my appointment started and I stood in the rain, then treated me very rudely unprovoked, I got there at 15 minutes after opening to find a line of about 15 people. It moved fast as there were multiple people working the front desk. Andy at LS called me a few hours later to tell me nothing was wrong with my axels and he found a loose mudflap that was hitting the tire - no cost to look at the vehicle (I just paid over $40 at PB to have them look) and he resecured the mud flap also at no cost. I so appreciated the honesty and for finding the issue. I did my brakes the same day with them. Thank you Andy and thank you Les Schwab!

I went here to see what I could do about a leak in one of my tires. They asked me to show up the next day in the morning. I did that then they fixed my tire in about an hour and the bill was only 20 bucks in 2023. I was stunned by how fast and affordable it all went down.

Called ahead of time and explained my tire situation to a gentleman named Tim. Tim said if we brought the car in a they could have it fixed by the end of the day. So I had my 85 year old grandma drive her car on the short distance to the les Schwab in Ballard, where we've been going for years, only for a guy named Ian to tell us they can't help us. That we have to come back on Monday. Ian was not very polite or helpful, Definitely did not have the customer service attitude we are used in our years dealing with Les Schwab. He said they absolutely could not help us. I told Ian that I was concerned about the safety of my grandma getting home and he disnt seem to care. The gentleman who checked the air in the tire told my grandma that it was unsafe to drive on. I told him I didn't think so either and that was why we had called ahead to make sure they could take care of it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give them a negative rating I would.Definitely not a place to take care of your or your families safety.

Helpful & trustworthy! These folks are always busy for a reason they get the job done and are reliable. I ve always had good experiences here. They ve even done some repair on a leaking tire at no charge, which is honestly kind of incredible. They should be the obvious choice for tire repair/replacement!

Had my car in here to do a break job. Got the car back, had virtually no breaking power, and my emergency brake did not work. Took it back in and they had broken the emergency brake cable, along with a new caliper. Once I got the car back, there was a bunch of screws and broken plastic pieces in the footwell, my center console was broken in some parts. I wouldn t waste your time here if you need brakes or any suspension drivetrain related services. They seem to rush through the process without a care.

I have purchased tires from Les Schwab (Lynnwood location) three times for three different cars. When my tire pressure gauge went off I was a block away from the Ballard Les Schwab..I was relieved.Arrived at 4:30 PM with tire that was hissing out air. I was told there was nothing they could do except check the tire pressure and fill it but I could leave it over night "If I could find room in their secure lot". It was indicated there probably wasn't any room and then strongly suggested I not leave it parked on the street overnight.I asked if I should get it towed somewhere? What should I do? Again I was told all that could be done was a check of the tire pressure and fill the tire with air but could not fix or repair it.So I pulled it around and the tech filled the air and saw the slashed area and heard the hissing and said I should not drive it all. I was near tears now asking what should as I was told there was no room in the secure lot and not to park it on the street the tech's response "it is out my hands".You know what would have been nice? Suggesting to put on my spare tire so I could at least get safely home & bring it back the next day. I was completely freaking out so I didn't dawn on me at the time to ask if they could do that - and thinking back now I am a bit shocked no one offered to do that -- especially when they saw it was not absolutely not safe to drive. Not knowing what to do I was going to limp back to my work..I made it three blocks before it went completely flat. I called for roadside assistance who came to put on the space tire. This morning I took my car to the Les Schwab (Lynnwood) & bought a new set tires. They were amazing to me as always. Lesson completely learned. If I have an issue with my tires near work I will find a way to get it to Lynnwood and avoid the Ballard location at all cost.

Went in on a Saturday for a flat tire and they were completely full. They recommended I come back at 8am Monday, which I did and they were able to get me in. No charge and great service!

I stopped here because I had a leak in one of my old, balding tires. They were able to get me hooked up with 4 new tires that same day! Several other places that I called could not get me in for days or a week. Les Schwab was able to fit me in and get me back on the road which I really appreciated. I could not be more pleased with the tires they put on my car and the service I received! Highly recommend!

They fixed my flat tire for free, which I'd heard about but didn't fully believe. You have to get there early in the day to get seen by them that day, but that's a small price to pay. Great experience, will definitely be coming back when I need more tire related work done.

I am new to the area and noticed I had a slow leak in my tire. I work the evening shift so I did not get to Les Schwab until after 11am. They were busy that day but called me in less than two hours. Turns out there was a hole in the tire, and they patched it for free. So nice!

I had the most pleasant experience at the Ballard Les Schwab today. Every single staff member was polite, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Katie in customer service is very good at what she does, She's a people person and seems to care about her position on the team, I felt lucky she got to assist us. Ill def be back, Thanks!

I am impressed by their efficiency and the reasonable charge. Everything is through phone. Their team is on shift to answer the phone. The gentlemen working on my car made the recommendations on purchasing one tire and they will just need to replace it. He then provided details configuration for the tire. After I drop the tire, the next day I got my car fixed. Only $40 bucks for tire replacement.

I recently visited Les Schwab Tire Center twice last week, once to have my two flat tires replaced and the following day to have my tires rotated and air pressure taken care of. Despite being super busy, the staff was kind enough to accommodate me, for which I am grateful. While the wait times were a tad long on both days, the quality of service (and popcorn) provided made up for the wait, and the pricing was reasonable as well. However, I must admit that I misplaced a valuable item while I was there - a pair of sunglasses. While it is possible that I may have misplaced it elsewhere, I am inclined to believe that it was potentially taken from the car while the car was left at the shop. I would like to remind everyone to exercise caution and not leave any valuable items in their cars.Overall, despite the loss of my sunglasses, I appreciated the quality of service provided by Les Schwab Tire Center. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of tire repair.

Consistently honest and reliable - about the only mechanic in the area we really trust. We ve come for tire patches, full on replacement, battery issues, etc., and every time they ve done what was needed to fix it, and didn t upsell or charge for unnecessary repairs. They ve also won our loyalty with the number of times we ve just come in for a quick tire repair and left with a patched tire at no charge. Thanks!
