Had some work done for damage from being rear ended. Initially, I had some problems with the result which I expressed to the staff. Instead of being rude or trying to pass blame, they were extremely apologetic and assured me the work must have slipped through their normal standards. They fixed the minor cosmetic concerns I had, even going as far to arrange a time that would be most convenient for me. Overall a good experience from something that could have been a really poor experience. Would return.

They have fixed my Fiat for me 3 times now, every time I use them they have exceptional communication, efficiency, and quality work. The staff is so friendly and so helpful. They even detail my car so it comes back better than when I drop it off. I recommend them completely for any of your collision or minor needs! I love Lee's automotive!!!!

We dropped the car off for some repairs after a hit n run. Everyone in the shop was super friendly and helpful. When we picked up the car afterwards, they had cleaned both the inside and outside! I wasn t expecting that and it was such a great touch. Would highly consider using them again in the future when needed!We didn t get a rental car, but they asked about it, so I m sure they are probably helpful with working with the companies to get that all figured out together.

Took our truck in for a repair est on Dec 21st. It was an insurance claim for a break-in. Today is Jan 9th and my 2nd call to find out why we've haven t received the estate yet. We were finally told that several of the parts needed are no longer available (2002 Chevy Silverado) and they don't service vehicles over 20 years old. When I asked why they didn't tell us that when we came in, the fellow said he didn't know who did the estimate. How's that for avoiding responsibility? Thanks for wasting nearly 3 weeks of our time. Oh, but they'll send the estimate to the insurance company so we can get cashed out. I asked how they can price parts that are no longer available. He didn't seem to have an answer for that.I'll never go back there for any service.

Got my car back today and all repairs seem to be done well! No complaints at this time. I would have appreciated a bit more communication throughout the process, I was initially quoted a week for repairs to be completed and it took two and a half, but other than that, everyone was nice and helpful when I did call and ask about updates, and should I need work done in the future I may reach out to this shop again. Good work, everyone!

Disappointed in there assessment of the damage on my car and concerned about how much it was gonna be .If you have a fair amount of knowledge on your vehicles damage and possible repair costs , but the quote you get is 95% of the value of the car. But it isn't leaking fluids the lights work and the impact wasnt hard enough on the front to even deploy any airbags , get a second or even a third opinion before giving in .

The staff at Lee's Automotive is the best! They completed the body repairs on my car two days ahead of the estimated completion date and it looks and functions as good as new. They kept me up to date every step of the way with text alerts letting me know the different phases my repair was in. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again. Initially when we were talking with them, they told us they have all the parts needed for repairing our car available with them. We were skeptical but we went ahead with them because our insurance recommended them. They initially quoted 10 days to give our car back.After 7-8 days we call them and they say they don t have some parts and the manufacturer is delaying sending the parts. This went on for 2 months! Every week we call them and we hear the same story every week.After 2 months we get our car back, and still the backup camera is not calibrated properly, when we tell them at the time of bringing our car back, they said the person who does the calibration is available only after 10 am.Poor customer service.

Careless job done with the front end of my vehicles bumper. Dent is still very much visible and they didn't fully attach my front bumper and the middle part near the grill pops out of the grill. This is the SECOND time this has happened with the same vehicle. I was hoping to get repairs elsewhere but this was the only place that could take my car that quick. I wouldn't recommend and will not be returning myself.

Even if your Insurance lists this shop, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.How is it possible that my vehicle is in worse shape that at the time of the accident?!My car was drivable, so I had to wait 8 weeks before they could schedule my car. It took them three weeks to repair my vehicle. When they finally contacted me about my vehicle, they called three hours later to notify me my vehicle was actually NOT ready, and it would be two more days.Their parts are cheap. The interior of my car was marked with streaks of black grease. The electronic sensors, which were working even with the damaged bumper from the accident, stopped working two weeks later. The new and painted bumped they installed started peeling it s paint. When I brought this to their attention they stated the bumper had been hit again. NOT TRUE! They did a quick look over, and did not connect my vehicle to any computer to attempt to resolve the sensor problem.I contacted GEICO to report them, and they are having me go to another shop for a full assessment.I have also filed a dispute with American Express. Seriously, I do not understand how they get all the insurance business other than they low ball better auto body shops. Save yourself time, money, and consternation, and avoid this place at all costs.

Very nice staff. They serviced my Kia after the punks tried to steal it. They fixed the broken window and the steering column that got ripped open. They also detailed my car, and it feels like a new vehicle. Freddy and the team were accommodating and easy to work with. Thank you.

highly recommended! My car was hit and needed to replace the back bumper. I sent it to Lee through my insurance company. The repairs took a week but they kept updating with me! Avoid this place at all cost. Progressive recommended this place but it s honestly the worst. I had my sunroof explode it and they replaced it. I drove my car for six years and it exploded. They fixed it and after one months it exploded again because they didn t fix it properly. They refused to fix it and I would have to pay again. Do yourself a favor and go to a decent, honest, and professional place. What s the point of a warranty???

The people are very nice, so kudos! However, here come the complaints: I got a call saying my car would be ready but they were 3 days late, I had to call them to see when the final pickup date was, they left sticky film all over my right side passenger door and roof, and they did not align the black molding trim so I had to take time out of my busy schedule from work to bring it in again. They quickly and promptly fixed those two things. I have to say that was a disappointment. Overall, I'd say they were good.I have three complaints after you repaired my car and gave it back to me:I have to go back because my engine wouldn't start; turns out the mechanic just placed my battery in my engine without seating it down so it was LOOSEI had to go back a 2nd time because your people left sticky tacky tape on my hood and passenger side door where the repair was being madeAnd last I am going back next week Tuesday 5/16/23 because the mechanics failed to put back in place the automatic door; the automatic door does not roll up or down.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim

Do not go to this shop, especially if your insurance recommends them. Picked up my Passat after some body repairs were done to the back bumper and rear panel. Now I here knocking noises in my suspension that werent there before. And the mechanic tried to call me a liar. Would not recommend. My driver side door was replaced, but after I got the car back, there was additional damage, missing hardware/trim, on going constant issues with the door and paint chips that they recommended that I cover with paint. There is no attention to detail as the replaced quarter panel is misaligned, the dealership was not able to adjust the door due to that issue. Their paint is chipping, and there's even frame damage that was not there after the accident.

I was referred to Lee s Automotive by my insurance company for repair of my car after a sideswipe accident and it was an overall an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.I dropped off my car for the estimate and repair. When dropping off the car, I was told that I would receive regular progress updates on the vehicle status. However, I never once received an update from Lee s Automotive without soliciting one myself. Lee s was also extremely reluctant to give even a conservative ETA, making it difficult to plan around the repair.Upon receiving the estimate, my insurance adjuster noticed the fact that a mirror repair/replacement was not accounted for and had to contact Lee s Automotive to have that be corrected.Once a mirror replacement was added to the estimate, I noticed that it was actually using the incorrect part for the mirror (without the blind spot sensor) and my insurance again checked in with Lee s to remind them to use the correct part.Upon picking up the vehicle, and after paying my deductible which was requested up-front, I realized that despite the earlier check-ins, Lee s had installed the wrong mirror part, without the blind spot sensor. In order to free up space in their parking lot, the staff member wanted me to take the car anyway and come back later rather than leaving it to be repaired. I refused delivery and ultimately picked up the car 11 days later when the mirror was replaced with the correct part.During the additional repair time, I requested my deductible be temporarily refunded due to the work being incomplete. Lee s did not credit my account for the deductible in a timely manner, leading me to initiate the process on my credit card company s end.Would recommend against using Lee s Automotive for your repair needs. If for some reason you do anyway, I would recommend being very aggressive about asking for updates, requesting correct and complete estimates, and to insist upon not paying until verifying the vehicle work is completed correctly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It was an incredibly frustrating experience. When I asked questions, they weren t answered. I didn t feel like I was updated or listened to. My car seems to be fixed, but the journey to get here just wasn t worth it. Going with a shop that communicates with you will put you at ease. Honestly, I wasn t going to write this, but l asked today if they were sure about the price I was paying (they assured me it was), I knew it wasn t correct but they didn t listen to me. Surprising no one, they called me at end of day asking me to come and pay more. I will absolutely pay this bill, but driving 45 minutes sums up how inconvenient this process was. If they work with your insurance, choose somewhere else. It ain t worth it.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Brakes

I went here for auto collision damage and I'm so glad I did. They provided me with updates while I was out of town and made this process a lot easier. Mechanics I can trust with my car. They do great work.

Chose Lee's at the recommendation of my insurance, and after my experience I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. While the repair itself didn't take long to complete, there was an exhaust leak after it was completed. This should be a simple 10-20 minute repair to replace the exhaust gasket causing the leak with parts that I could go and pick up at AutoZone or O'Reilly's today, but here we are over a month later and they're "Still waiting for parts" as I've been told multiple times. As I said I cannot recommend them for any work as they are unmilling to make their mistake right.Service: Exhaust

Possible insurance issue.Lee s Automotive is a preferred shop for Geico. Sadly, I cannot recommend anyone, including Geico customers or claimants to use this service. I dropped my vehicle off at Lee s for a simple bumper repair after I was rear ended and sustained very minor paint damage. The customer service was courteous and they took my vehicle for a three day repair .As it turns out, the repair ended up being a full week s job. While I was fine in my rental, I came to find out after receiving my vehicle that several pieces of camping equipment and a folding wagon were stolen. The vehicle had no sign of physical damage so items were either stolen because the crew left my car unlocked or someone working at Lee s needed a few camp chairs. All of this was confirmed with the Lee s receptionist, who while was very helpful and did mail me back my $50 wagon, made it clear that the more expensive stolen camp gear would not be reimbursed. Luckily Lee s customer agent took pictures of the contents of my trunk including all of the stolen goods, which makes the whole thing even more egregious.So here is where we are at. The simple reasons I can t in good faith recommend this shop to anyone:1. They don t care about your car. Regardless of whether it was my items stolen or just simple vandalism, my car was entrusted with them and they let someone take stuff from it. Common courteously is to at least lock the door and put it in a secured lot.1a. If Lee s wishes to refute the comment above then the only other logical reason for the theft is that an employee took it. I d that s the case, then why would you ever want to take your car there?2. Lee s overinflated the cost to repair minor paint scrapes to an insurance company. The indirect impact on this is the paid damages raise premiums for all Seattle drivers. Yay!

Have 2010 KIA Soul that someone broke into and tried to steal, they fixed it in a timely manner even with the current part shortage on KIA'S. My car was also sparkly clean up on pick up. Fantastic repair experience! I took my car here after it was sideswiped while parked. They carefully repaired every bit of the damage ahead of schedule. When I got my car back, it was detailed and looking good as new. They returned my rental car for me and worked seamlessly with my insurance to get everything paid for. They even noticed my wiper fluid was low and replenished it. If I had to pick something to complain about, it would be that the rest of my car doesn't look quite as good as what they repaired! I'll be back if I ever need another repair, and I would highly recommend this shop.Service: Body & Trim
