I cannot say enough great things about this dealership! They recommended BECU for the loan and worked with them directly to save me over 20% on my APR. (Not exaggerating at all! 29% offer elsewhere. 8% through them.) They have other financing options as well but they made sure I wasn't paying a dollar more than I absolutely had to. The gentlemen in there were kind, funny and extremely honest. Overall just really good people. I never once felt any pressure to make a decision or rushed in any way. I got a beautiful solid car for a great price and I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!

Supplied a very good car at under Blue book value. Could have had more dealer maintenance as the radio isn't working and the tires were very old and damaged (5 years old, cracking.) But as I do my own maintenance I replaced the radio and tires myself and now the car is how I imagined it would be out of factory. They do loans through BECU which has good interest currently. Mailing me my plates and doing all the paperwork for me. Nice staff, good environment. Cramped car lot and parking, though.

Buyer Beware!! Shady business going on. attempting to finance with them was an awful experience (I suggest get your own financing), every single car I drove had a CHECK ENGINE on. The car I was originally going to finance hard a MAJOR issue (unsafe driving). Didn t realize it until I got the vehicle checked out. If you re looking at a car MAKE SURE you get a diagnostic test from a legit mechanic shop before signing anything! They don t want to fix any vehicles so if it s a good price 9/10 it TOO good to be true. Hope this helps.

I bought 4 cars from here. They have little issue but easy fix. However he has really good price for business customers. Easy to bargain, very straightforward. I like Jason.

Horrible customer service / communication. They never sound enthusiastic to sale a car when you call. After I completed the application for financing, they literally gave me the run around with no type of update for days. I literally had to call once a day just to get the same answer, which was no answer at all. I just found out, through a whole other 3rd party site, that the actual car I applied for was SOLD to someone else without any communication to me that it was. Terrible!

My buddy bought a Tahoe from here and they completely screwed him. Truck was leaking oil in the engine and they did nothing to help out. And they have a mechanic in the back too! These guys are shady do not trust them

I bought a car here and I had a great experience with Jason. No hassle no pressure. After the transaction Jason said he might have another key and I can call him when I m ready to pick it up. After 10 days I went back for the key. While waiting for him finish with a customer I looked around and found a newer model that my wife wished I ve bought. I asked Jason if I can make a trade/ exchange and he let me do it. The first car was financed by BECU and I have to get another loan for the 2nd car. BECU advised me that Klean Carz have to write a check to payofff the first car. After two days Jason and I went to the bank and he wrote them a check. I get to know him personally and I totally trust him. When the battery of the second car got bad he offered to help me buy a new one. Any other dealer would not have done what he did for me. I highly recommend this dealer.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! This dealership is such a scam. My daughter was so excited and bought a car here. Jason promised to fix it since there was a problem, but no matter how many times we try to contact him to keep his word, he always lies and has excuses to not fix it. We have brought the car to several mechanics because we keep finding so many problems with the car, and Jason said the mechanic is the one lying. You can tell this dealership is all about the money, they not care about the customers!! Can t believe they are still in business, I can t imagine how many people they ve ripped off.

I had a great experience buying my BMW from this dealer. He was nice and let me get the car thoroughly checked before I made the purchase. Been driving the car for months smoothly with no issues at all! Definitely going back here for future car shopping.

Jason, the owner, and his son were very friendly and honest. During the sale of the vehicle I was purchasing, Jason promised to take care of several small issues with the car. I needed the car quickly, so I made the purchase knowing I could be left in a lurch--Jason held to his word and took care of every last detail, as promised. Thank you Klean Carz.

Not a good place to buy a car from. I purchased a car in October, was told it was perfect except there was a break problem and they had an appointment with the BMW dealership to fix it.(replace cluster) I have to slam my foot down on the breaks for the car to stop fully. Jason didn t want to pay what they quoted him so he was going to have his friend from Russia do it. About a month later I had to take the car to the mechanic because it was overheating. Here we are 6 months later with no working cluster, bad brakes, and I m finding more and more problems with the car all the time. Jason won t answer messages I send, so now I m told by the mechanic I have to pay $2,000 to fix everything. (Not even including the brake problem) I completely regret buying this car. Klean Carz is a horrible place to have business with.

I had never bought a car before and I desperately needed one to get around. My friend told me to look on cargurus, they have good cars for great deals, he said. We looked, found a few nissan's and subaru's that were right in my price range. First one we decided to look at was a 2007 nissan altima at klean carz. These guys were honest with me as a first time buyer. When I asked about the car he honestly told me he didn't know much, had zero intention of swindling me or taking advantage of my lack of experience in buying cars. After clearing the financing and making sure everything else was in place they gave me the keys and even cut my monthly payments by 50 bucks! A very nice car for a very nice price! I'm so excited to have my own car for the first time and I'm so happy I went with klean carz, their honesty made me feel not only comfortable with my decision but also made my friend jealous; he started asking after a new car for himself before we left!

Just purchased a beautiful used grey 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid from Jason, he was very professional there were minor things he needed to repair, so I didn't get it right away, but he kept me informed on the process and I got to take the car home tonight! It drives amazingly smooth and I love how roomy it is! Thanks to Jason for all the help. I would definitely recommend Klean Carz!

We purchased a truck in December 2017, drove it twice and it quit running!! We asked if they could do anything for us and he said I'll talk it over and call you back. Never heard from him again!So we basically bought a 5,500 dollar paper weight.... We live in city limits and now it's aquiring parking tickets cause we're trying to figure out how to get rid of it.All we needed was a work truck not another headache, with small children to care for this really put us in a bind thanks klean cars

Terrible customer service cars were all in pretty bad condition caught one of the workers tugging one off in the bathroom pretty messed up. I do not recommend you try and buy cars from these people

Brought my family there to purchase a vehicle and these guys tried 2 rip me off in front of my family, they have no respect for anyone and their vehicles are damaged, i wasted me and my familys time going their just 2 be disrespected.

This place was a nightmare. They made me put down $300 to take the car to my mechanic. The mechanic said it was a piece of junk and that they cleared codes so the lights on the dash wouldn't come on. They weren't even normal codes like an oil light, they were safety related codes where someone could have been killed. When, I took the car back and showed them the printed report from the mechanic, they took the car and refused to give me back my $300. They had no explanation other than "We already have your money, so we don't really have to give it back." I kept to our agreement to the letter and they literally just stole my money. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a car from Klean Carz a little over a year ago. I was treated extremely rudely by the salesclerk whenever I asked any questions about my balance, even though I never missed a single payment in 13 months. It was a miserable experience. I am relieved to never have to deal with this place again.
