I have been going to my car dealership for oil changes for years but was in a hurry and decided to try this place out. They were fast, professional, and friendly, and I've had no problems since the work was done. It was more expensive than I'd anticipated, but they gave me a good coupon to use. While I was waiting I was noticing how well staffed the place is, which justifies the expense and the speed at which they can get you in and complete the job. I'll definitely be back.

The best Jiffy Lube I've ever been to. I'm always a little hesitant about going to any car related service shops due to poor experiences in the past, but the employees here are always so kind and courteous. They are transparent about pricing, suggest extra services without being pushy, and had once applied a coupon that I couldn't get to pull up on my phone as I was having connection issues. Seriously the best!

Fantastic oil change with a toddler! The staff were all friendly and efficient while being very informative, and didn't try to upsell. We were able to sit in our car and my little one was very entertained by it all. It took about 20 min or so and I used a $22 off coupon they have right now. My husband also really likes this location and staff and has a separate great experience which led me there besides going to our car dealer. We will return for sure for all future oil changes and tire rotations! :)

[First time visit.] Top marks! Following a tight script, the three-person crew worked as a well-organized team to service my car, asking relevant questions, and always very polite. (My oil change felt like a Le Mans pit stop where the crew can seemingly swap out half the racing car and get it back on track in an unbelievably short time.) Service took about 15 mins., I was able to stay in the car, and the price seemed reasonable. Very happy customer!

I've come here several times now and they're always super nice and efficient. The mechanics explain what they're doing in understandable terms and I never feel like they're condescending towards me, as someone who isn't really a car person. They're also upfront about what things will cost and how long it will take. I was raised to never go to these kinds of places for repairs and maintenance but this Jiffy Lube has changed my opinion.

Helpful, quick and easy. Knowledgeable and friendly employees! Topped off my car s fluids, checked a few things to make sure everything was tip top, and even put air in tires when the pressure was about 10% lower than the recommended psi, which I had no idea, so that was definitely super helpful! Had an urgent spark plug issue before thanksgiving. Jiffy lube (Ian specifically) was quick to fix. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind and personable. Will definitely be taking my car back in the future.

Very happy that I stopped here, and am extremely satisfied with the service. I m writing this as the team is wrapping up because I m really grateful for this location.Nik, the new store manager, is amazing. I had some bad experiences with oil changes over the years (NOT here), and was anxious in nature. It made me surprised over some needs (I ll show my age by remembering oil changes at $20 or even less).Nik walked me through everything, and only suggested services my car needed, making sure everything was within a budget that I mentioned. The team was fast, efficient, helpful, and great at explaining what was happening. My dog loved the team as well :)I ll only come here for oil changes and other support for as long as Nik and this team are here. Thank you all!

The team here is great! I ve been here a couple times for an oil change and they re always really friendly and professional. They do a good job explaining how much things cost and what they recommend and why. Additionally, my car has a low undercarriage, and when I drove out of the bay they even directed me through so I didn t scrape on the pavement. Highly recommended!

Bobby was very informative! The staff were polite and direct, no funny business. Got my oil changed for 117, so it was a pricy, but they got me in when they were busy so I did not mind as much.

My car stated my remaining oil life was 9% despite buying it in August. Swung by Jiffylube to get it checked out and changed. Reasonable wait and fantastic service from Nik. Very helpful and considerate to the situation. Austin was very pleasant as well. 5 star employees and 5 star service. Thanks!

Great service! Friendly staff. My girlfriend recently had the oil change done and spoke very highly of the crew. I have stopped randomly for top offs and tire pressure checks with no hassle. This is the closest multicare location to my house and it was definitely worth going to, as opposed to just an oil change station. They helped me with my clogged windshield wiper tubing, did a few top offs and even suggested I get my serpentine belt replaced because it's starting to crack. Unfortunately - like every other business everywhere in the US - they were short staffed and didn't have the man power to do the repair. I ttly would've paid for it, if it was possible. My work order says Nik is the tech that helped, and she was AMAZING. Will definitely be back in 3000 miles!

The team was super friendly, accommodating, and professional. Watching them work was an experience in itself! No extra frills or tricks - just an overall great experience and they even applied a coupon and warned me of a few upcoming things to keep an eye on with my car. Andy, The Manager, was energetic, welcoming and highly customer oriented.Just I wanted the tire rotations, but ended with changing oil and windshield wipers as well. Also all of guys where very energetic and just were working, nice.

I can not express how much I appreciate everyone here at this Jiffy Lube location. Been coming here since 2008. I went to another one when I moved up north but it just wasn t the same. I drive from Whidbey Island to this location because the service is amazing and very professional, and I trust the guys here. Thank you so much for all that you do. Especially Ted he is simply wonderful and very kind. You guys are lucky to have him, he is the reason why I come here. Thanks.

If you're a repeat customer, be sure to take advantage of the free oil top off service. I wasn't even aware of this for the longest time.I have a higher mileage vehicle and it burns about a quart of oil between oil changes. These guys will top off the oil and do a mini inspection (tire pressure & check lights).Super convenient and keeps your motor happy!

These guys at this shop are totally awesome!I was having some car troubles at the traffic light right across from their shop on Holeman Rd so I pulled in, they checked my engine, tightened the battery terminals, hooked up their device to my computer to read the check engine errors code shared advice and another shop to get help at, then sent me on my way, no charge just smiles.WOW they are awesome, kind and professional!Thanks Jiffy Lube staff!

New to the area so I needed to find a new Jiffy lube for oil changes and refills of washer fluid etc., The folks working were so incredibly friendly and were all about keeping me constantly in the loop about what they were doing and why they were doing it. The gentlemen were quick and professional when I was there for an oil change at this 3-bay shop. Plus it's close to a Vietnamese restaurant & barbecue grill for ordering out. I'll definitely return.
