Excellent, dedicated, straightforward, no hassle service.We had a flat the day before vacation, so I scrambled to find a place to repair or replace the tire. I didn't want to find the first place available and drive my family 50,000 miles on shoddy handiwork. Jeff's was the opposite of all that. They had reasonable availability, provided us a quality tire, rebalanced the whole set while they were at it. They even stayed late to get the job done. I'm definitely going to take more of my service and maintenance jobs there.

Friendly place but they do charge $40 for an inspection. When I let them know I had to go elsewhere for the repair they were a bit sassy: let us know if it really is cheaper elsewhere! We wouldn t believe someone else s low estimate! . So this is my confirmation that it was indeed $400 cheaper to have my brakes serviced at Salmon s Service center down the road.

Very professional shop, close to home but first time coming here. Just doing maintenance work, Brandon is very courteous and the whole process is smooth. They have web based vehicle report I can check on my phone easily. I think I ll switch and do my routine work here.

Outstanding value for the $$ when compared to a dealer. As a first time customer I was a little skeptical to taking the car to a neighborhood mechanic when I was quoted a price that was half the dealer wanted for the same service.Great job!! Price, Quality and Transparency. I have scheduled more work to be done in a couple of weeks.

I took my truck to these people and they told me. My back brakes were cost 3700. Just for back breaks well, just to let you know. There's no way breaks can cause that much money. If you go to these people, you better be price. Checking how much material are They charge 175 an hour? He told me the job would take 4 hours. If I Triple the Price told me he needed. You can't even come up with $1500. I don't know how he come up with $3700. So they need told me he would do it for 1800. Good luck to you. People that go there.

I have to say, I'm super impressed with the team at Jeff's. Got my old 2008 Lexus into the lot just as it died, and they went over everything with a fine toothed comb. I got the estimate via text message, and walked through it with Brandon. Then, Brandon worked on getting cheaper parts!! He saved me about $900 off the original estimate. Who does that these days?!?And as promised, my car runs like new, ready for another 100k miles. Super friendly, excellent advice, and outstanding knowledge. Can't say enough good things about Jeff's!

Jeff s Auto Repair got us scheduled quickly for a new buyers inspection and compression test. Steve, our advisor, gave us quick feedback about the inspections, explaining what they found in easy to understand car language, gave us reasonable quotes on work that should be done, and then was able to schedule the repairs for the next day. Altogether a pleasurable auto repair place to deal with!

Our service was simple. We needed too replace two headlights on a 2006 Corolla. They fit our request into an already full schedule. we left the car in the AM and the job was done by 1:00PM. Excellent service.

Jeff's Auto Repair is the absolute best auto shop I've been to. Everyone was nice and reassuring, they had fair prices and even fixed an unrelated issue on my car for free because it happened right after my service with them. Highly recommend!

Brandon was my point of contact throughout my car's repair. He was so professional and courteous, and lighthearted, too. He kept me up to speed on the services my car required and what was recommended, let me ask the questions I needed even thought that probably ate into his time to work on other vehicles, and made sure my thoughts and needs for my car were wholly considered and respected.The estimate he provided was thorough, and allowed me to both understand basic knowledge on the work that required completing, as well as ask follow up questions specific to my vehicle. I was also able to opt-out of specific items that I knew I could complete myself (like the air filters), and get an updated quote immediately. They send the estimate via email, and I got a text message that it was ready for me to read, too. Then, I got a call that it was ready and was able to opt in and out of specific items, and get the updated estimate.I was able to make my payment (no installments at Jeff's Auto) in cash and debit, which the register worker, Patrick, was very respectful and kind to do. Bonus - if you're needing coffee with creamer, sugar, the works - they got you covered in the warm and clean lobby!Never once did I get the impression of needing to rush through any of the process of getting my car serviced or paying for the work.After payment, which was exactly the estimated amount, Brandon was kind enough to pull my car out of the bay for me, where the crew kept it overnight to keep it locked up and safe, to make it easier for me to pull out and leave their clean parking lot.My car drives great, and I no longer worry about what's going on under the hood.Thank you so much for the easiest process I've ever experienced. I was reinforcing my apartment door with a strike plate for the door when I fumbled and made a beginners mistake- stripped the screw because I didn t make a pilot hole. I had tried everything I could and embarrassingly walked across the street to my neighbors, Jeff s Autostop, if I could quickly borrow their tool. Of course I was okay for a no and would have drove off somewhere to buy one but the man at the front desk was nice and asked someone from the mechanic side I was redirected to their garage to meet a nice man named Pat who instead of just lending me the Plier, he walked with me with his tools to my apartment. He not only quickly removed the stripped screw for me but taught me steps I needed to take to successfully pull off my task. He was so genuine and helpful and educated me without making me feel dumb. I already knew my amateurs mistakes and I was so grateful and appreciative for his above and beyond help.Next time I would take my car here if it needed a job done. Thanks for looking out for me even when I wasn t a customer.Appreciate Pat and his team.

I called in the morning about a concern, they told me to head right over to drop it off to get it looked at. They gave me a detailed inspection of my car and were able to fix what was wrong the same day. Had a great experience!

Love this shop! Steve was incredible and so kind especially because I screwed up and showed up to the wrong location with a different quote. He was so kind I felt awful for being at the wrong shop but he was incredible in taking the car in anyway and worked it out with us while explaining the process of the service. He was extremely helpful chatting about several other issues we ve been having with the car and gave us some good info on how to move forward. We ve been having issues with our Hyundai and in and out of different mechanics and this one has by far been the best and made us feel more calm about our car situation. These folks are sincere and stand by their quality. Branden and Steve are always willing to talk through options and stick to their estimates which I have found to always be right on market target. Highly recommend- they are an add to our neighborhood!

Extremely kind people, easy and comfortable to work with. Went in to diagnose a check engine light - turns out I have to take my car to a specific dealership, so Steve chose not to charge me even though he put in time. I certainly trust this establishment and would do my maintenance with them if I could!

This is my first time using their shop, but they came highly recommended and definitely earned that recommendation from me as well. I was able to make an appt from the online form and drop off the car. They were wonderful about communication and being upfront about the costs and time frame and everything. Everything was perfect! Where do I even begin? When I moved to Washington, I was a bit wary of taking my car to just anyone and finding a new regular mechanic, so I did my research. Jeff s was recommended to me by another auto repair company since the other shop did not do European cars (I have a VW). With Jeff s, the appointment scheduling was fast and easy, and the crew at Jeff s go above and beyond to be considerate and transparent with pricing and work done to your car. There wasn t any inflation of cost or gimmick to spend more money, and their prices are very reasonable. Beyond cost, I felt like my concerns with the history of my car were taken seriously and listened to, which I did not get at another large auto shop in Western Washington. They are very clear with all of the details from what kind of oil is put into your car to maintenance you may need in the future. They also do not rush to do unnecessary jobs - for example, I thought I needed my air filters changed and included it on what I wanted done BUT when they opened up my car, the determined that, while my filters were a little dusty, they were still fine and did not need to be changed that appointment. They did not perform the work because it didn t need to be done - that kind of honesty is refreshing. When I went to pick up my car, the staff were friendly and even gave some recommendations for good kits when I said I was interested in lifting my suspension.The fantastic service and God s honest work the staff at Jeff s Auto Repair do made me very comfortable with putting my vehicle in their care. brought the car (chevy volt) in for an oil change tire rotation, and 60,000 mile check up. everything was handled very professionally and the car got a clean bill of health.
