It is great to deal with true professionals! I went to some smaller sketchier dealerships before landing at Honda of Seattle, and the difference between them is remarkable. CJ the sales rep and Van the finance guy were both fantastic. There was no weird haggling or pressure or deceptive behavior, the facility is fantastic, they worked with me on my unique circumstances and stuck their necks out for me to make it happen. Really delighted with the experience! Hopefully I ll have a chance to buy from them in the future. You can feel confident coming here.

After feeling extremely discouraged trying to sell my car and get into a new one with many dealerships in the greater Seattle area, I am so grateful to have found this place. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jonathan and this dealership. I had the most comfortable, easygoing, and stress free experience which feels rare nowadays dealing with selling/buying a car. I really appreciated their kindness and transparency. Evelynn, who I believe is the manager, was just as lovely as Jonathan. Very helpful and kind. I did not feel stress and pressure like I am used to and they worked a lot with me to get me the best possible deal and even went the extra mile to help me get out of my Nissan. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Honda of Seattle for an above and beyond experience! From start to finish, we were treated with the utmost kindness and respect. Will ensured that our car buying process was fun, not stressful! They gave me a very fair deal on my trade in and I left feeling excited to commute to work (unbelievable, right??). We have owned a couple of Hondas, but had never done business with Honda of Seattle. When my elderly SUV needed to be put out to pasture, I researched vehicles and decided to go back to Honda. I contacted a few dealerships and Honda of Seattle was the most responsive, and the most helpful. So we took a trip down to look at the vehicle I wanted. We met with Diana W, who pointed out a vehicle I hadn't seriously considered when scrolling through the inventory on the web. But when we got to reviewing the features and everything else, not to mention the great price, it was an easy decision. Diana is friendly, professional, detail-oriented, very knowledgeable, and best of all not a high pressure individual. This was probably one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had. I should also say that the dealership was very accommodating. Due to some health issues I had to ask their indulgence until we could bring the vehicle home and they were very understanding and flexible. I have no qualms whatsoever about recommending this dealership, and highly recommend Diana as someone who can help you get a great deal on a great vehicle.

This was a wonderful, fast buying experience. I was stranded after the Mercedes-Benz of Seattle dealership next door royally screwed me over (go read the review!). Luckily I had looked at another car here that was my second choice, walked on over after the Benz dealer couldn't give me a ride in a timely manner, and was out of there with my new car in less than 30 minutes. Jonathan was an honest, straight-forward salesperson and they run their business with an honest model that is rare these days (i.e. Mercedes of Seattle - FAIL).

Had our new Honda CR-V in for a sceduled oil change and all needed service last Friday and the service couldn t have been any better. Excellent, excellent service from Kevin Gonzaga! He was right at my door as soon as I drove into your shop service entrance. Assured me it would be as fast as possible and that they would take care of everything. I only sat down for a little bit when he came to let me know the car was done. He quickly reviewed all that had been done and I was on my way!! Very nice and just great service, the best! Thank you Kevin! Very impressed!

I just had my vehicle in for service and worked with service advisor Kevin Gonzaga. Excellent service all around. He was courteous and professional. He also got my oil change and service done in record breaking time. I declined the additional service Kevin recommended as I plan to do them later, but it was the way in which he politely continued on with the conversation that left an impression on me. No pressure at all. He knew what I wanted and educated me for the next time. Thank you Kevin Gonzaga!!

After spending over 300 on basic services plus my 89 package for oil change, my windshield wiper fluid was empty (said fluids refilled) and I m not sure they did anything more than reset service needed light.Honda responded that it may have frozen or evaporated in the 5 minutes between when I left their garage and tried to use the fluid.When I opened the hood and found the cap off and the wiper fluid reservoir empty, Honda claimed to have video evidence they had filled it rather than offering to address. I got a bottle of fluid, filled it, and it worked.

I worked with Jonathan in sales and Sage in finance. I found a vehicle I wanted to see online and called ahead of time. Jonathan helped me with the purchase and had it pulled up and ready when I arrived. He was very pleasant and professional. Went for a quick test drive and decided to proceed. The paperwork was super smooth and easy from there. Sage had me in and out quickly, he was straight to the point and efficient. Post purchase Jonathan went through the trouble of personally helping me get the vehicle home. Couldn t be happier with the whole experience! A+ service all around.

Been going here for servicing my car since I moved to Seattle. Also got my car repaired here after someone hit my car. The care and quality of service I got here are excellent. They do a great job and the staff is very friendly and nice. They answer all your questions in detail.They have a lounge inside in case you want to wait while your car is getting serviced, there is some complimentary coffee/hot chocolate in the lounge.The person who took care of me this time was Molanie Kum, she was amazing and very sweet.Highly recommend this place!

Patrick and the team at Honda of Seattle are true professionals, through and through! Great service! I went through Patrick for several of my leases while living in the area and he was such a pleasure to work with. He helped me find the right fit for me in the vehicle selection, as well as answering all of my questions about features on the different models available. He gave me a great overview of the value for different models and upgrade options. He was also very helpful in reaching out towards my lease-end date to ensure I could find a good fit for my next vehicle. All of the service appointments I had through the dealership over the years have been stellar too. Great team there and highly recommend!!

It is a little sad I couldn't give them a 5 star. Our sales person Toni was amazing, always helpful and not pushy sales attitude. She address all questions, and was very nice, helpful and patient with our time to decide. The finance manager, is what made this shopping experience not a 5 star. Its like he didn't care for a second about anything and he was just collecting signatures without bothering to explain, which is far from a "manager" position.

I have a very limited budget and a very old 2010 Honda Accord. Honda of Seattle understands that I need to drive this car for as long as I possibly can. I come in often for whatever maintenance they suggest, and for my budget, it is the best option. They are always very professional and kind and honest. I have never felt taken advantage of and that is important. When I am able to buy a newer vehicle, because of the trust I have with them, they will be who I buy from.

I m not one to leave reviews but I had a horrible experience at this dealership with Jonathan and want to make sure others don t end up in the same position. I came in ready to purchase a car I had found on the website in cash and when I went into the store it was still showing as in stock online. I asked to see the car and he said it sold this morning but that he has the exact same one coming in next week, and quoted me $2,000 more than the original one despite it being the same exact car and trim. He then proceeds to tell me that the car posted on the website was improperly mistyped and was actually more expensive than shown on the website despite it being listed at that price for weeks. He then brings out the receipt for the car that supposedly sold this morning for more than the price listed on the site, but it wasn t the same car that I saw on the website, it was different. Upon calling him out, he tells me that the car I found on the website actually wasn t sold yet and that it isn t available yet and won t come in until February. It felt so scummy being fed all of these lies and I feel so taken advantage of as a young girl who looks like I don t know what I m doing. He didn t offer to do anything to try to bring down the price to reflect something more similar to the price I had seen. CJ seemed much nicer when I talked to him over text but unfortunately I never got to meet him in person and was stuck with Jonathan both times. The very next day I got offers from two offers from other dealers nearby for the same as or less than the original price of the car I found on the website. Happy to take my money elsewhere where I don't feel like I'm being ripped off and lied to.

After a terrible disrespectful encounter shopping at Ford of Kirkland I researched one last time a couple days later for the Mustang I want. Honda of Seattle had exactly what I was looking for but after Kirkland I almost didn t reach out. But I did anyway and I got matched with a sales woman named Toni Walker. I went into this expecting to be treated like I did at Kirkland but Toni reached out and left a voicemail that felt so humanizing and then sent a 30 second video introducing herself. She was so professional and well spoken I felt she should be talking at the golden globes. She came off genuine and friendly; so I took the plunge and got my approval and went to test drive the car. Just the atmosphere around her made my anxiety clam down. She spoke to me like a person; and not once did she try to push or say thing like I ve got another buyer or if I . Will you take this car off my hands . Never in my life has a salesperson not try to sell me and just speak to me like a human like she did. I left with that Mustang and will forward people directly to her in the future.

Technicians provided great work. However, I m really not happy with all the unnecessary recommendations given by a service advisor. I checked all the recommendations given on the Honda and AAA websites. Given my mileage, those were way too early to perform.First, they performed inspection, which was nice. This inspection shows the tires need to be replaced. I told the advisor that I would replace tires somewhere else and could do tire alignment after. The service advisor told me that they already performed tire alignment. This doesn t make sense to me. Tire alignment should be performed after putting new tires. Once they got to know the inspection results, then they should have paused the work and asked me whether to do the service. He said they already performed tire alignment. Either he is not an expert or was just trying to get service fee, which I believe unfortunate is the latter case.What s more, I received a text saying that they promise to return my car by 5:30pm, but I ended up getting it back at 5:46pm. On top of that, the document shows promised time was changed to 6pm, which is different from what I received on texts.Overall, although I try to be positive about some of the services that I got like the actual technician s work, I m not happy about the dishonesty.

My experience at Honda of Seattle is that while the people performing the work are kind and helpful the level of service offered by the dealership has dropped since they have moved to their SODO location. They've been there a few years so I'm able to say with certainty how frustrating it is that they no longer have shuttle service or car borrowing as an option when dropping off vehicles for repair/service. When they were downtown that wouldn't be as big of an issue as transit was readily available but their current location is remote enough that buses are infrequent.Also they take "half a day" which means 5-6 hours in their minds just to do a diagnostic even if I've scheduled that out in advance, meaning you waiting around is very inconvenient. And that is just for the diagnostic, it does not include repair time. Lastly they don't clean the car as part of their service any more, they just toss in a brown bear coupon. When paying the premium that is dealership pricing for service and repair I'm not sure the value is there anymore.

I am so grateful for Toni W helping me find my new car!! I m obsessed with my 2024 Honda HRV and she helped make the process of purchasing a car a lot less painful by being thorough in her explanations and did not make me feel like she was trying to push the product onto me. I will say my only criticism would be sitting down to finalize the financial piece. I understand that there are quotas to be met, but Van made me uncomfortable in his attempts to upsell me services. It was as though taking no for an answer was insufficient which I did not appreciate. I also almost left the dealership with an empty gas tank but Toni was amazing and filled it up prior to me leaving. Other than that, I am beyond happy with my experience and happy with my new vehicle. Major shoutout again to Toni!! She is a gem and deserves all the recognition for how seamless she made the buying experience. Thank you Toni and Honda of Seattle!!

Due to some unfortunate events I ended up having to buy 2 cars within the same year from them. And both times my experience was great. I was already dealing with issues from my insurance payout and the bank but at the very least I was confident that the sales/finance team had my best interest at heart and would not try to trick me into purchasing extras.The sweetest and most patient people who dealt with a more difficult than usual customer and situation with a lot of professionalism.Danon was the person I interacted with for the sale of my first car and he was very thorough and quick with helping me get the car.Patrick and Van Hill helped me with the second car and they were wonderful! They were very reassuring and I definitely find this dealership very trustworthy. The long wait process that comes with any car purchase was made less boring thanks to Van s personality.No unnecessary up charges, they are very happy to address your concerns and work with you on them. If you live in seattle and wanna buy a honda, stop searching for a reliable and trustworthy dealership because you found it.

If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I would for Honda of Seattle. I highly recommend anyone within the Seattle area to consider looking at Honda of Seattle for their next car purchase.Prior to contacting Honda of Seattle, I reached out to numerous dealerships (Subaru, VW, Toyota, Kia, other Honda dealerships) over the last year and a half and experienced a wide variety of frustrations: I either would have pushy sales folks dodging questions related to wait times for a car as well as markups, I would be ghosted, or they got me in to test drive a car after telling me I could be put on a waitlist, only to be told day of the waitlist was closed that morning (how convenient) and tried to push a more expensive vehicle on me.I worked with Jonathan since late Oct/early Nov 2022 and placed an order for a 2023 CRV Hybrid Sport Touring. Anytime I would check the status with Jonathan, he was always responsive. He notified me when my car finally was delivered to the lot. Picked it up last Tuesday and have never been happier.The purchasing process of this vehicle was very chill as well. Jonathan made the experience seamless and stress free, didn't pressure me to buy things I didn't need for the car as well was up front on costs. Paul with finance also was very wonderful to work with as well. The both of them made a car buying experience, actually a wonderful and relaxing experience (I don't know anyone who would ever describe a car buying experience relaxing haha).

I have been going to Honda SODO for many years. I have recently decided to purchase a vehicle at this location. The people who work there are amazing and wonderful. Service department is always helpful. Diana Wong helped me understand what my buying options were and explained in full detail everything I need to know. I will continue coming to this location as I love and enjoy Honda vehicles. If you want to have a good experience at a dealership, ask for Diana!

Purchase experience in 2017 was great. The vehicle service part has been great since then! They report maintenance to Carfax. The client experience with the maintenance advisor staff is OK. I always feel a bit rushed when advisors interact with me. I get it though, they generally look pretty busy. Bring back the shuttle to SW, Seattle. Waiting hours in the lobby can be torturous.

Honda of Seattle is THE place to buy a car. After going to multiple dealerships and talking to multiple agents, I talked to Jonathan and it was a completely different experience. He was very straightforward with the pricing and I did not have to negotiate to get the lowest price which saved a lot of my time and left me happy with my decision to purchase a car here. When the car arrived, Jonathan was a gracious host to us and helped us in every step. He introduced the car and showed the features that were important to us in a detailed way. He was very respectful of our time during the entire process. Even though there are multiple dealerships that were closer to me, I am glad that I went to Honda of Seattle.

A lot of anxiety but we are taken good care of.Thank you Patrick D Arcy for being a very reliable salesman. We have a small budget, but we feel treated equally as anyone else. No pressure is made. Patrick is very patient and explain things to us well, I feel like I am aware of the pros and cons of my decision.Also thank you to the guy (I forgot his name, sorry!) who helped us with the loans and paperwork. Smooth sale technique, patient in explaining things to us. Give us offer we can t say no. I look forward to making better deals with you in the future.This is what I look for in a long-term relationship with a car dealer. Especially when I know I am buying a good, well functioning car. Trust is hard to seek, but I feel like Honda of Seattle has established one for me.In the future, we will definitely be back. Hopefully we will come in with a larger budget.
