I had to get work done on my beloved BMW Z4, so I got quotes from five nearby shops. Holman s gave me the best quote so I chose them. They ended up going above and beyond and performed amazing work on my car. They are also super nice and answered all my questions. I can t recommend them enough!

Wow! People at Holman's are amazing and you can see their great work in the photos (A picture is worth a thousand words).I had an excellent experience: Gina walked me through the whole process, from estimate and specifics on what needs to be repaired/replaced, to walking me through what are the required repairs after the break down, even went above and beyond to get the best prices for parts, and gave me a discount at the end knowing I was paying out of pocket.I even met the owner when I was picking up my car (he drove it to me) and learned that they are family owned and have been around for a long time. I also admire how they have set up their work shifts for high efficiency and effective work. I dropped off my car Monday morning and they were done by Thursday afternoon - super impressive. They also held my car for a day since I was too busy to pick it up the same day.I highly recommend this place for their honestly, craftsmanship, and great service!

Took my car in after a fender bender. There was a bit of a wait to get an appointment, but that was fine because I was ok waiting for a shop that had a good reputation. Got my car back after being fixed, and there were some minor things that I wanted to have addressed/done differently. The shop owner personally took the time to work on my car and address every single issue that I had asked for. Also gave my car a nice wash and tire shine. I was very happy that they took the time to get the level of attention to detail I requested. Will be doing business here again!

Holman's Body and Fender Shop was fantastic from start to finish and went above my expectations. Gina was super helpful, walked me through the process so that I understand everything, and helped me when I picked up my car. Paul the owner was really helpful when I dropped off my car and answered all of the questions I had. They got my car done early and the repairs look terrific. They communicated well and I appreciate their hard work and excellent customer service. Thank you! This company deserves more than 5 stars. I highly recommend.

5 stars! Will definitely come here again (hope I don't have to though lol). I had my car repaired here recently and they were extremely friendly, fair-priced and efficient. My insurance had a few issues and Holman's remained patient and communicative with me throughout the entire process which I very much appreciate. They did a wonderful job on the car! I have used Holman's three times for two auto accidents and another incident of a tree limb falling on my car. They gave me a lower quote than most, but more importantly, they offer incredible service. They are very communicative, fast turn around, and have customer service mastered, which is refreshing these days. I had one issue on my last service but Paul stepped up and fixed the issue immediately. His response and corrective action only solidified even more that this is the only place I will bring my car should I need services in the future. I highly recommend Holman's!Service: Body & Trim

tl;dr: Use this shop. They're consummate professionals.Holman's conducted a repair of my vehicle from a minor front end collision. Amanda did a fantastic job of walking me through the steps of estimating the damage (no appointment required!), communications with the insurance company to handle payment, and scheduling my car to be dropped off and fixed.Repair was completed a day earlier than expected. The craftsmanship of the repair was excellent and they detailed my vehicle before handing it back to me. 10/10 experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I very recently took my car to Holman's after getting into a minor fender bender. Holman's replaced my front bumper cover and a side panel for me and it was easy to work with my insurance for any charges in excess of my deductible. The work that was completed was good, and I am so far satisfied with everything. I did take issue with a pretty bad lack of communication from their office.It took about a month for my car to be seen from the time I got an estimate to the time repairs began- no issue there, it's about the standard wait for repairs now. Gina told me that during that time, the shop would be in contact with my insurance and would order the needed parts and that repairs would take 3-5 business days once my car was dropped off; when I dropped my car off, shop manager Amanda confirmed the 3-5 business day turn around time. I dropped my car off on a Monday, and called the following Wednesday to get an update- Gina confirmed that the repairs were underway and I'd be set to pick up my car in a couple days. When I called that Friday to inquire the status of repairs, Amanda advised me that the replacement fender cover was never actually delivered, which was contradictory to what I'd been told a couple days prior. I know there are shipping delays exacerbated by COVID, and I do not hold that against Holman's at all, but I did take issue that this hadn't been mentioned when I had called for an update and was without a car. Amanda did immediately offer to secure me a rental car at Holman's expense, which I took advantage of, but it was disappointing that this was offered only after I lodged a complaint.Picking up my car was pretty easy but the office staff seemed pretty insistent I inspect my car for any work related issues at home rather than inspect the work before leaving. I did notice blue paint on a front wheel from overspraying, which was immediately cleaned up; I also noticed that there was residual white dust in my doorjambs which I suspect was leftover from any pre-paint sanding. Later that evening I noticed a heavy spray of clear coat on my passenger side mirror which did not impact my ability to see during the day- but at night my mirror was hazy enough to keep me from being able to see. This fortunately was removed with elbow grease and Ajax when I got home. I acknowledge that these are pretty small items to nitpick, but I also wonder why my mirrors and wheels were not seemingly covered/protected while my bumper cover was being painted.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We have used Holman's Body and Fender Several times over the years and have found them to do excellent work . Our vehicles have left their shop showing no evidence of damage , Always looking better! I ll never consider taking my car anywhere else after finding Holman s. They truly care about the customer. As someone who is very skeptical about auto body shops, they won me over from the first experience, and they have continued to do so with subsequent visits. They re transparent, kind, and deliver quality results. If you re looking for a shop you can trust and rely on, seriously give them a call.

They did a wonderful job fixing a dent on my car. I worked with Gina and Amanda. They communicated well and were very transparent throughout the process starting from estimate to the repairs.I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned the car inside and out.Great job and keep it up!!

Incredible service. This was my first time going to Holman's and I was able to work with Paul himself. He did my estimate for some fender damage and recommended reshaping the fender instead of replacing it which saved me $700. The fender looks pristine and when I went to pick it up, Paul even gave me a gift card for a local alehouse. You can tell he is committed to helping the people he serves as well as take care of other local businesses in the Seattle area. I cannot recommend this place enough. I had a broken front bumper and damage to the back of my car. Amanda was able to give me a super accurate and very reasonable quote over email using just pictures that I had taken of the car. I dropped the car off on Monday and it was ready by Thursday afternoon! The quote was bang on, I was so happy with the service from beginning to end. Not only did they fix my car but they also cleaned it inside and out, top to bottom. My car looks brand new! I will 100% be using these guys again for any auto work I need done.Service: Body & Trim

I've had two different cars I've brought here they've always done great work and prompt. Very kind and very honest, no bs. They work hard!Update 12/31/19: had another need to take my car in for some body work and as always I am impressed with their service and fair pricing. My car was hit and had minor damage to the bumper. Instead of going with a shop recommended by insurance, I wanted a shop that I could trust to give me an honest assessment of the damage. Holman's was unbelievably easy to work with and handled everything with my insurance. They repaired it quickly and did a great job. Holman's is a great place to get car body damage repaired. They are friendly, helpful, and handle all the back-and-forth with the insurance company. I got a few estimates before going to Holman's from shops that my insurance recommended. I discovered Holman's by doing an online search and they were the only shop that could get the work done in 5 days or less.Amanda, another young woman (I didn't catch her name), and Mr. Holman were super helpful. They answered all my questions and guarantee the work. I love that they are local and family owned, too. I'll be going back to get other little parts fixed because living in the city and parking in the street means people frequently hit my car when they are parking or opening doors (ugh, but I love living in Seattle).

Holman s truly has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They will give you a detailed and transparent estimate, work with your insurance, offer you a loaner car if you need it, and do a spectacular job on the repairs. I have gone through them twice for minor and major work on my car and could not be more satisfied. Don t go anywhere else! Holman s is the place!

This place is worth the wait! The whole team has been so helpful and willing to work with us. We took our car somewhere else first and got the run around and they tried to total out our car with Statefarm. Not Holman's! They saved us almost $2000k. Our car is fixed and not totaled. In the the future we won't go anywhere else. Customer for life. Thanks Holman's for excellent service.

I had a great experience at Holman's! Everyone i came into contact with was kind, professional, and honest- they took time to explain things to me and told me exactly what to expect since it was my first time needing body repairs on a car. I am so pleased with the quality of the repair, it looks fantastic! If I ever am unfortunate enough to find my car needing body work again, I will happily return to Holman's.

Unfortunately I would not use Holman s again. Took my van in for repairs after it was sideswiped by a concrete mixing truck. Dropped off the rental car and went to pick it up after the repairs were supposedly complete. Checked the work before paying. Noticed there was still a dent the size of half a grapefruit, a paint chip the size of a fingernail, and the replacement tail light was cracked. The service person said, yeah one of the techs isn t paying close enough attention . She got defensive, arguing that my insurance company was going to push back on additional repairs. Eventually I got another car rental, dropped off the van again. They completed the work the second time. But they never apologized for the inconvenience. Instead treated me like they were doing me a favor for fixing their mistakes. If you use this shop be sure to carefully inspect the work before paying.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Holman s is a family business, respectful of the past, and the time and effort it took to develop a sustainable business. Holman s quote was fair and honest, and Amanda took care of me, well aware I was new to Seattle. Yelp helped me find Holman s, providing a vital service to a new resident, unable to rely on word of mouth.My automobile is a constant annoyance, a mistake of a purchase. Every repair costs a fortune. The two purchases you shouldn t screw up on are a house and a car. I have made a mistake on both. The house is gone, the car is still tormenting me. Holman s gave me some peace of mind for a moment. I thank them and Amanda for the ease of getting the body work done.

Brought my car for repairs after seeing good reviews. The whole experience was smooth and quick! They dealt with the insurance so I didn't have to and even finished repairs after 3 days. It looks beautiful! Shiny and sparkling from the inside out. I can tell they went out of their way to make it look brand new and it's very much appreciated. Thank you!

I received a small scrape on my car which I took to Holman's for an estimate. The young woman at the front desk came out to see the damage and said "give me just a minute" then went back inside and returned with some "magical" solution and a cloth, in less than a minute she made the scrape disappear! The people at this establishment are amazing! It was taking awhile for the parts of our car to arrive so they loaned us one of their cars at no charge. We were incredibly grateful for this! The customer service was amazing too, thank you Amanda! Overall, I highly recommend this place :)

I ended up coming to this shop because a road side assistant that was suppose to unlock my door also bent my doors frame. Came to Holman's to get a quote and hopefully start working on my poor door. The front desk lady was SoooooOOOooo nice and assessed the damage on my door. Long story short one of the other shop workers ended up looking at it and fixed it on the spot. I am super thankful and am glad I came here! Def come to Holman's for your cars bodywork. They will take GREAT care of you.
