Unlike so many marine service providers these days they were super responsive in returning phone calls and answering emails. They promptly scheduled and completed injector replacement and valve adjustments on my 20 y.o. Cummins marine diesel. Their quote was reasonable and they also flagged some other maintenance issues that I am scheduling them to complete as well. The engine is running like a top and the smoke and sheen issues I was experiencing are solved. Highly recommend these friendly, honest, competent, and reliable people.

Ditto to Steve F's 5 star review a few months ago. Colby and Dennis just replaced my turbos and they did an excellent job from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with their clear & regular communications with me, and their follow up on any outstanding questions. I also really appreciated Dennis' cleanliness & efficiency while on my boat. I highly recommend them!

Amazing staff. Jesse and Luke in parts are my go to guys when it comes to engine services! They always go out of their way to make sure I get the parts I need in a timely fashion. Not to mention they are very personable. There are not many places like this around Ballard. I would highly recommend the entire company, especially the parts department.

Our company has a few pieces of machinery with Kubota engines, Hatton Marine is extremely helpful even without part numbers they are able to find the right part and if it is not in stock, they are able to have it to me in a reasonable time (depending on my shipping request). Justin has been my main contact until recently, but from one service rep to the other, the work is amazing.

Isaac the manager was able to work with us and have Joe the AMAZING and very knowledgeable tech come out on a Sunday on his personal time so we could have our new yacht surveyed in time for the closing. Their response times to my calls/emails and overall enthusiasm is incredible. They are a pleasure to work with and I will continue to use them for years to come!

Hatton Marine / Hatton Engine and Generator Systems has been hounding me, an individual, for unauthorized work done on the vessel "Knot to Worry" owned by Knot to Worry LLC, that was done with requested maintenance, which was paid as agreed more that 7 years ago. I have never set foot on their property and have had no relationship with these companies as they have been informed after my credit report showed me as an individual, delinquent in payment. Hatton has never credited this account after dozen of conversation going back to November of 2014. My advise is to not ever do business with these companies because of their total lack of INTEGRITY and HONESTY. If they will do "it" to me, they will do it to you. They have all of the information regarding this situation, yet they are unwilling to correct their own mistake.

Been working with Chris and Justin at Hatton Seattle Parts Department for various part orders and queries for some time now. They are my go to place for cost, helpfulness, and speed. I highly recommend them and the Parts Department as been getting excellent service.

To whom it may concern:This five star review goes out specifically to Nick at Hatton Marine. I've dealt with this company off and on since about 2007 and they have never failed me and are always consummate professionals. Including today, when, after having contacted Cummins Marine, and Meridian Yachts three or four times directly in order to find accurate wiring diagrams for a client's 5.9 6BTAs Nick came through with a level of service above and beyond anything I could reasonably expect after that sort of multi day saga. But, in all honesty, after 30 years in the field, if you know anything at all about the marine propulsion industry, you can tell the level of service and expertise that Hatton has going for it just by walking through the front door and having a look around. You're obviously dealing with the pros here.Thanks Nick, and thank you to everyone at Hatton Marine, you folks made my day.

Jonathon called it right. I and my staff from the former Klassen Engine Company joined Hatton in Sept. 2013. At Klassen, we always enjoyed a good reputation for building great power systems. Under the Hatton ownership, at the direction of Craig Hatton, we have made improvements on already great products with the directive that Yukon Power Products be the best possible.

Picked up some parts moved over to another department for warranty work and left a satisfied customer. Seem to have a wide range of parts and were more than happy to help every step. Great staff!
