Tentative rating depending on how the company fixes this. I took my car in to have the windshield and mirror repaired. They called me at 340 and asked me to pick up by 5 as my car was ready. I dropped everything, got a ride, and dropped off the rental. I made it there right before close and my windshield is completely broken.Like you had two things to do and you didn t notice the giant broken windshield?? Now I m driving with a broken windshield as they don t have the part and I returned the rental already

The first picture is the work that was done on my truck and the second picture is how is supposed to look like.The alignment is so thigh that is almost touching metal with metal I am afraid that with the friction may start chipping the paint.When I ask if that problem could be fix they say that is how going to look like.Very disappointed with the repair .Service: Body & Trim

Christmas Day, our window on Toyota Camry was smashed in. State Farm had it towed here. Really liked how window was fixed and car cleaned (it was full of glass).

They are great!! Kept me very up to date on my vehicle repair, did excellent work, and completed ahead of schedule. IKR! Terrific service and workmanship - I left feeling very fortunate to find such a great team to get my Santa Fe back on the road.

The folks at Gerber Collision and Glass are great! They are friendly and very helpful answering questions and setting up appointments for repair. They did a wonderful job and our Honda Fit looks like new.

They are totally unreliable.I originally reached out to them in February for a bumper repair (parked car, hit and run). The damage is relatively minor (total of $2100 in repairs), but they initially told me that they could not start the work until mid June. THAT was changed to a drop off on July 3rd.I dropped my car off on July 3rd and was told the repair would take a couple of weeks. I checked in with them early the week of July 17th for an update. They stated that the parts were in and I was queued up and should be ready be the end of the week (July 21st). I let them know I would be out of town that day, but could pick up on Tuesday, July 25th. They said the car would definitely be ready to pick up that morning.I got an "automated text" this morning stating the car would not be ready until August 2nd. I immediately called them to remind them of their guarantee of being ready tomorrow morning. They did ZERO to assist.I have made appointments for tomorrow that I have been putting off for weeks. Now I am going to be stuck with late cancellation fees, etc because they lied to me about when the car would be ready and let me know that it they could not keep their promise less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time.Avoid if possible. Their guarantees and timelines are worthless.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Gerber! They were very nice and professional, and they did a fantastic job repairing my car. They also worked easily with my insurance company to make the whole claims process go smoothly. Gerber did a great job on our Subaru s body work following a minor keefuffle. It took a while to get in, but once they had the car they kept us informed about the status and the car was ready before the initial time estimate. I d recommend this shop 100%.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Don t waste your time here. Came in for a quote on a small bump on my trunk. I was told it would take a few days for that quote to come through. I ve called numerous times over the past 2 weeks to try get the relevant quote. Either they do not answer or they ll mention they ll get back to me.They obviously didn t think my repair was worth the effort. Would not recommend.

I've been to this shop more times than I care to admit. (Its never a good thing when they know you by last name.) Each time I bring my vehicle here, the work is always superb. Brandy runs this show! You'll always be treated with integrity and respect. She's been in the business forever. Her uncle owned it before they sold it to Gerber Collision. The shop at 140th managed multiple claims on my vehicle (from different years)--which ended up being complicated, especially with parts availability challenges post-pandemic. The shop's manager also assisted with some complexities regarding access to a rental vehicle during the repairs. I appreciated that no matter what the delay or challenge was they were helpful and took the time to understand--and communicate back in thoughtful, effective ways. Ultimately, trust is so important when you're hiring anyone to do anything and this shop made sure everything worked out. The term striving for above and beyond comes to mind. I so appreciate what they did for my car and me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Even they were not able to provide service, they helped me change the tires to a spare one that I had with me, my tire didn t work and they helped me take it off agin and free.I recommend this place but consult with them first, don t relay on your insurance company referral because apparently the insurance reps don t have updated information(If the shop have time, or if the shop have a safe place to keep your car overnight).I like them and recommend them.Service: Tires

Update: Adjusting my review because I had to bring my car back to get recalibrated. My blind spot sensors weren t reassembled correctly and Gerber had to take my car to the dealer to get it fixed, adding additional days to my repair. I stand by my previous comments about the staff being great to work with, but this was an inconvenience I wanted to be transparent about.Original review: Gerber collision on N 140th Street replaced my bumper after I was rear ended. The communication was excellent and they handled the repair expediently. I appreciated the customer service, too - all the folks in the office were kind and my car was returned cleaner than I left it. Normally something like this would be a huge headache, but the coordination between USAA and Gerber made this so easy for me. Thanks!

Brandi and Carl were awesome. They got my 4Runner in after it had been smashed by an inebriated driver while parked in front of our house, and I was worried it was going to be a loss. Repair took some time due to parts delays due to COVID supply chain issues, and they did a great job at keeping me up to date on everything while I waited. A few additional issues popped up after I got the car back, and they supported me in what to do to ensure those issues were dealt w by my regular mechanic under the insurance claim.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was returned to me so incredibly quickly and the staff went above and beyond to keep me informed and to even go so far as to clean my car out before returning it. I am so impressed with their service and the quality of their work. Highly recommend for any and all car service needs!

The folks at Gerber were great! My daughters car was hit and damaged two side doors. Due to the pandemic, it had been a couple of years since we could get into a shop to fix. The people at Gerber were highly professional and kept my daughter informed of the process. The car looks brand new! The staff at Moore automotive were so helpful in getting my Element road ready after an accident. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and did a great job in getting m car back to me in great condition. Running just as good as it ever has. I highly recommend them!

I took my 2002 black Jetta in for an estimate, came about $1590.00. I decided to to get it fixed there. Took them about 4 days to fix and restored to a brand new car, and the total amount cost was way cheaper than the estimate.Reasonable price, and quality work, plus a life time warranty.Good experience from them.Thanks Moore's Professional Seattle.

Insurance job.restored vehicle in timely fashion and maintained communication on progress. Good staff, enjoyable to work with. I was pleased with their work and recommend them their estimate was significantly lower than the competition.Parking can be problematic.

This is a real "class A" outfit. We have had many of our cars in there over the years (more times than I would like to acknowledge) and you can count on Moores for professional quality repairs. Before I retired, I sent our medical center's fleet vehicles there as well. I have never had a problem with their repairs and the service has always been quick and professional. The manager, Phil, has excellent customer relations. He provides ready explanations to help you understand the process and timeline involved, and also provides periodic updates. There is a reason Moores is a State Farm insurance authorized repair facility. You can count on them for top notch work!
