Christina and James are super awesome. They took good care of me and I would highly recommend this place. I had damage on my 2005 Ford escape and it looks good as new now. They even washed my car and repaired some interior wear and tear. The team was very communicative and kept me updated the entire time!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Fit us in the schedule when there was an opening so we could accelerate the repair (most places in Seattle were booked out months). Repair was quick and high quality. They keep you informed on progress throughout. Staff coordinated with Enterprise to arrange rental car drop-off/pickup right at the shop so I didn't have to go somewhere else.About the only annoyance is there's a lot of construction nearby and the road has lots of potholes. Hard to navigate through and the dirty pothole puddles ruined the nice car wash Gerber gave me after the repair This is all out of Gerber's control though. Everything they did was great.

I had work done in March of 23. They did not complete the repair, and they left out the foam element in my bumper and when I got my car back there was more damage from being with them. After almost a full year of contacting them to resolve the issues they still have not gotten back to me. Incredible.

Beautiful work, integrates well with State Farm -- I didn't have to submit any paperwork on my own. They have a long lead time before they can get the car in the shop, but I think that's the same everywhere for quality repairs. One thing I would say is when you pick the care up, be sure to take a look around your car for tools and parts (like radio antenna) which they may have forgotten to reinstall, and test all your lights to make sure they are working, for example my blinker had not been reconnected properly. If you do find an issue later they will fix it! But you have take your time to return again with the car.Service: Body & Trim

My insurance company directed me to Gerber Collision & Glass after a fender bender. It took a while to get a repair appointment as they are busy, but I couldn t be more pleased with my repairs. The staff set expectations for communication when I dropped my car off and went on to exceed them. My car was ready exactly on schedule, and they were flexible in finding a time for me to pick it up. When I did, my car was not only repaired, but in pristine shape. I d definitely return here for any future body issues with my car.

My car need a whole front bumper and now it looks like a new car. A perfect paint color match. I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass for any needed repairs.7

Extremely helpful stuff. They did their work perfectly and I would come back to them again for any future repairs. They are definitely a bit under staffed and busy but that s every shop in Seattle right now so don t let those negative reviews scare you away from this place!

The repair itself was good, however they did not collect payment at time of service, and decided to call me 10 months later to let me know that they did not receive actually receive payment directly from Allstate, requiring me to go through several old statements and make multiple phone calls to get this sorted out. I had been told at completion of the repair that we were good to go payment wise, and honestly thought this was a scam given the call nearly a year after the repair. While this was not a scam, the communication was not great.

Not satisfied, the vehicle has a horrible smell and the electrical problems have returned after a little over a weekGerber was very responsive, they contacted me immediately and got the car back in for remediation the next day. I appreciate the quick action.Update, this has been an extremely difficult situation to resolve, the staff at Gerber has worked hard to remedy this problem and get the car into a serviceable condition. I appreciate the consistent communication and effort to resolve theproblem. On the downside the car is still in the shop after ~ 7 weeks.

Negative 1000 stars. Kept my car way longer than I was told it would be. My car was stolen from while in your care and getting you to pay for it was like pulling teeth. Just got a call from collections because the car got a parking ticket during the 3 months it was in your care. The ticket was for an address down the street from the shop. I was never informed of this and just had to pay $90 after already dealing with such a nightmare from you.

I was referred to Gerber by my insurance company. Took the car in for an estimate. The estimator forgot to forward the estimate to USAA so I wasted a week waiting until I checked. He also said he'd tape up my broken taillight before I left but he forgot to do that as well.Next, I needed to make my appointment to get the work done and ask a couple of questions. Sent an email first. Never was answered. Called and talked to the reception two times in one day. She never got back to me. Then I talked to another estimator who told me that the GM would call me to get things figured out. That was three days ago. He never called either.So basically, they dropped the ball at every possible opportunity to drop the ball. I've requested USAA to cancel the check that was sent to Gerber. I'll get the work done somewhere else.

Gerber is amazing. They came and fixed my broken window on-site the next day after it was smashed in. The entire team and process was amazing and couldn't have been easier. I will always go to Gerber now.

As I look further into my vehicle post repairs, I have found multiple sensors left unplugged, and after market accessories that were damaged from a crash that were not replaced. I found a light bar zip tied to the front bumper beam, and light bar brackets that were damaged heavily, left on the vehicle unused and a new bumper beam placed right on top of the heavily damaged bracket mounts. While digging into the issues left, I ve run into multiple front end fender bolts that are loose to the fingers in addition to the unplugged sensors which I m not aware the intent. I understand that I drive I used truck that gets used for my both work and play, but I would have expected a better complete and finished job, or at least been notified that parts could not be found to complete the repair as I could have easily supplied any after market brackets needed. Overall, I would have been disappointed if this left my supervisor as a complete job.

I can t say enough good things about Adam at Gerber Collision & Glass in Magnolia! As a self proclaimed car dummy, I felt super informed & confident they were going to do a great job taking care of my fix. It was evident the shop was super slammed busy and they were running short staffed but Adam s service made me feel like I was the only customer. I ended up having to bring my car back in due to some sensor issues and he saw the whole thing through, aligning the various speciality technician schedules so my car would be out of my hands for as little time as possible. I ve got my car back now and it looks & runs great, thank you Adam & the team at Gerber Collision & Glass!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Manager Jason was very professional and courteous. Jason came in on his day off to let me pick my car up. I was unable to pick it up during the week. This was extremely helpful. I'm very happy with the repairs as well.

I had a great experience with Gerber. They are very busy but I got my car back in less than three weeks. I got regular email updates on the progress, and they even detailed the interior which I did not expect. I have rarely encountered such poor customer service. The communication was horrific from the start. They botched the scheduling of the estimate and it only got worse from there. After the estimate they said they would order the parts. Several months went by and they never called. After calling several times I finally got to speak with someone that was very rude and said they don't order parts until they have the car in their possession. This was totally opposite from what other employees have told me. I have since contacted my fleet company and they informed me that they are no longer using Gerber due to multiple complaints from drivers like me. I hope they go out of business. Customer service is great. This shop was very helpful even though they were dealing with supply chain delays, which was not their fault. They went out of their way to search for the necessary parts and to communicate along the way. My car took a long time to be fully repaired but was returned to me in excellent shape. They exceeded my expectations. My car looks brand new. They kept me updated regularly, which I felt went above and beyond. Work was completed within the time range they provided. I had glass repair done one day and a consult on some random damage another day. Glass replacement was quick and well done. And Fred (Thorndyke location) was incredibly helpful with the consult, answering all my questions and offering insights about things I did not even think to ask about. Really, really appreciate it. Seems more and more rare to meet genuine people who just want to help and he was one of those rare ones. Can t thank him enough.

Communication poor...mostly to leave voice mail with national service. Repaired on time in one week. On my arrival car not washed and new damage to left front end from Gerber. Not apologetic. Very flat response (like it was my fault). Then took another week and they were paid by State Farm for rental car and I paid extra $50. I guess this is how things are today but obviously not happy with their service.Service: Body & Trim

I pulled in for an estimate and had the good fortune of running into Mr. Lucky. Yes! That's his name. Instead of an expensive repair for some minor damage for a parking lot swipe, he buffed out 80% of the damage. I was beyond pleased. I'll be back again, I have two teen drivers, that won't be my last trip to the auto repair shop!
