Charles and team provided us with an exceptional body shop experience. Not only does our car look just like new after the repair, but his communication throughout the process was second-to-none, he was able to quickly get us in to start the repair, they were done exactly on the schedule he'd laid out, and he communicated throughout so we always knew exactly what was happening. Excellent shop!

Fix Auto in Interbay did an amazing job on my car repair! When I phoned around to see if a shop could take my car after a hit-and-run. Charles J, the manager, notified me of an opening and was able to schedule me in quickly into their calendar The service ended up being completed much sooner than the expected date. Charles was upfront about the details/process of the repairs and was extremely professional and communicative. Picked up my car, and looked as good as before the incident. The car was released to me with the full exterior polished and interior completely vacuumed and cleaned. Big thanks to Charles and his team! Definitely will use their services next time, but as Charles said, "Hope I don't see you again". A good guy.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

AWESOME. They're incredibly professional and worked with me at every step. They completed repairs four days ahead of schedule to accommodate some inconvenient timing I had, and the car looked better than it did before the accident. I absolutely recommend this shop.

Charles and his crew at Fix Auto is fantastic! I brought my car there for an insurance repair and Charles got all of the best available parts, sent update texts, and guided me through the insurance process. My car came back looking and driving good as new!

They were fantastic about communication along the whole process of fixing my car after a side impact collision that busted the suspension and alignment and the front of our car; it was clear, timely, personable, and helpful. They seemed very motivated to get the car done as quickly as possible, were totally on top of ordering parts as issues were discovered under the hood, and it also felt like they really cared about getting it *right* and being sure it was *safe* to drive again. I really appreciated working with them (they were also very patient with all of my questions), and I would absolutely recommend them to friends or work with them again if I need car work done (though hopefully I won't:) )Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I was recommend to them by Pemco and could not be happier with the service provided. They found damage that I was not initially aware of and when they were done I could not tell that the car was ever in an accident. They also detailed the interior of my car and finished the job a month ahead of schedule. I would leave them six stars if I could!Service: Body & Trim

This is my second time working with Fix auto Interbay. They get back to me with very reliable estimates in a short amount of time. My car was repaired as a new car two days earlier than it supposed to be done and they even clean my car incredibly in and out. Excellent service all the time.

Fix it auto was great!From the moment my claim was received to my car pick up. I received updates on the time frame of work being done, my car looked great upon pick up and they even showed me photos of before and after. Extremely bizarre experience. My insurance dropped the ball and suggested I take my out-of-commission car here without confirming that they could take non-driveable cars. Got an appointment, towed my car onsite, waited awkwardly for over an hour *with the tow truck driver* as the sole employee discussed minor cosmetic work for 2-3 other customers, and then watched the employee take a cursory glance at my car, tell me he'd send me a diagnostic report, and then never followed up.Just a really painfully awkward experience all around. Why State Farm partners with them I'll never understand.

Had a fender bender and took my car to FIX Autobody. Super smooth experience from start to finish, estimation to project Completion.My car was finished on schedule (in fact even a day early). The communication throughout the repair was consistent. I never had to wonder or call in and ask for updates. Charles and/or someone at the shop sent me a couple of updates a week regarding where they were in the process and indicating things were still going as scheduled.This level of communication and personal customer touch points is critical to maintaining expectations and adjusting them should anything change. Charles and the team went above and beyond keeping me in the loop. Much appreciated.My car looks great, good as new one might say. Thanks guys. Initially called to inquire about service, and was rudely greeted by a male who kept on interrupting me as I tried to explain why I had called. He then asked for information that I was trying to supply to him while he was interrupting me. Do not waste time or energy trying to deal with this shop!

Poor service and an attitude to match. I had a simple, stupid little problem with my car and I took it to Fix. The office door had a red sign on it saying "come on in" or some such thing. When the manager got off the phone his first question is "did you read the sign on the door?" I said I had. He said "do you have an appointment?" I didn't. Turns out there are TWO signs on the door. The one I didn't read said something like "don't come in without an appointment, and go on the web to get one". (Essentially meaning "go away and talk to our computer".) I've never had such a bad feeling from trying to do business with someone.Embarrassed, I left and went to Werner's Crash Shop on the East side of Queen Anne. There I had the perfect customer service experience. The very busy lady at the front desk got to me once she'd handled the 2 calls. She told me they were swamped but she'd look at my car and then make an appointment for later. Once she saw the stupid little problem she called a shop guy out and he fixed it in 10 minutes. They were actually willing to talk to me, listen to me, and then once they figured out they fixed it.I'm sure Fix Auto is good with fixing cars, but not so good at working with people. I recommend Werner's.

Charles Jung was very helpful in getting my car repaired after my accident, which I was being reimbursed for. I m going out of town for a couple of weeks and he made sure it was timely completed.
