Had expensive Michelin sports all weather tires put on my vehicle. Alignment wasn't right afterwards and the tires died after only 8k miles.

This shop was the only one of at least a dozen or so that I tried that actually said "ok" to have an alignment done on my Tacoma. All the others either didn't answer the phone, didn't have appointments available, or just refused to do the work because my vehicle has been modified with a lift kit and larger tires. But not Dolan and Co at this place! I walked right in, was greeted immediately and on my way in less than 30 min with a truck that no longer wanders on the highway. Fantastic gentleman, much appreciated!

Wow- the staff at this location really were the bright spot in an otherwise terrible day. When I ran over a screw on the way to an appointment and was left with a flat tire, I drove to the nearest auto shop. Duane was very compassionate and seemed to understand what a dark cloud I had hanging over me that day, and he had the team repair my tire in 20 mins and sent me on my way. I am so grateful to the crew here!

Customer service can definitely use some improvements schedule an appointment a week out for tires show up they don't have then in stocks have to come back again the next day courtesy services that were offered where not done. They changed the mileage on my paperwork to less miles as well seems like an effort to make it seem like I put more miles then I will before issues may arise.

Duane Lagervall, service manager at the Aurora Firestone, was very helpful. I had to have the ball joints replaced on my car by the dealer, and they were going to charge me $150 for an alignment. Since I have a lifetime warranty on the alignment with Firestone, I talked to Duane ahead of time, and he said to call the day of the repair at the dealer and they would do the alignment at no charge. True to his word, I called the day of the repair at the dealer, and he fit me in same day. Easy! And he saved me $150!

Lied about needing to change my brakes, which would ve been a $1,000+ invoice. I had taken my car in for a separate issue, but when I picked up my car they also notified me that my brakes needed to be replaced. I took my car to another shop and they told me that they re fine and didn t actually need to be changed out.

Nick, the manager, after giving me a diatribe on exactly why he couldn't possibly give me any useful information over the phone without giving me a moment to put in a word edgewise, then proceeded to hang up on me. This after I have spent two days talking with another of his employees already to get a quote, and as though I have never in my entire life had repair work done on my vehicle. This isn't rocket science, Nick. Glad you feel it is good to treat potential customers with such disdain and thanks for wasting my time.

Went in for my 8am appointment to get snow tires put on and they weren't finished till around 4. I go out to my car and immediately noticed a sizeable dent on my car that definitely wasn't there when I dropped it off. They refused to admit they did it. Avoid this place at all costs if you don't want to waste your time and ruin your car.

You would think making an appointment meant you would be seen and had to go back to this Firestone because the alignment was still off. I waited 1.5 hours but ended up leaving without being seen. The two guys working In the front are rude to customers, yelling and mocking them on the phone. Will not go back to this location.

Scheduled a repair online and was told "If your requested appointment date becomes unavailable, we will contact you directly to discuss rescheduling to a time that s convenient for you." yet was not contacted and was turned away at the door at the scheduled time

Went for routine service once and help with a car issue once, the staff were thorough in their work and did a great job both times, also less expensive than I expected.

DISABLED PERSONS BEWARE... 5-6 year customerI went into this location yesterday, 01/13/2024... they asked me to wait for the next available person to be ready... I patiently waited maybe 3-5 minutes to speak with someone... eventually, it was my turn... I had the extreme displeasure of dealing with the store manager... He asked what I needed... I said an oil change and tire rotation... he asked if I needed anything else... I mentioned that my breaks a while back did something funky... he asked if it was making noise... I described that what it was doing seemed standard when the ABS system kicks on when going fast and stopping suddenly... and that I just wanted to see how much life was left on the pads... he started talking about some story relating to how I'm not going to like that he's going to definitively tell me I need new breaks, despite not even looing at it... I tried explaining I just want them checked... at this point he starts arguing with me expressing that he has the highest level of certification... and knows what he's talking about... he kept trying to argue with me... At this point i positioned that i had disabilities and the way he was communicating with me was beginning to make me beyond extremely uncomfortable... he responded that he too had disabilities... he increasingly became argumentative and overly passive-aggressive over time... when I tried to understand the most basic function of the abs system... I positioned my question in multiple ways... he kept accusing me of trying to twist things and that there is a whole complex process for how the ABS system works... I told him I don't want a whole play by play break down, I just want it's most basic function which... he again went back to his certifications, insisting he knew what he was talking about despite not being able to break down the ABS systems most basic function... which is when the system engages it lets go of the break rotar and grabs it again over and over at variable speeds to ensure that the car stops with out the breaks locking up... he couldnt do that he insisted on explaining to me literally ever complex aspect of the ABS system... I again stated his behavior was making me extremely uncomfortable... at this point, you could tell I was uncomfortable because my body was shaking, and I couldn't even hold my hands still... he switched to trying to victimize himself, even going as far as accusing me of threatening him because I said post interaction I was going to be providing him feedback... I provided him an ADA accommodation request to speak with someone else so I could finish scheduling my oil change and tire rotation that I didn't need the break checked anymore... which I think he missed while he continued to argue with me about the breaks... and that I was trying to take things out of context... At this point he he utterly refused to acknowledge my ADA requestest in direct violation of federal law... expressing he was the only one I could talk to because he was the most certified... (I didn't understand what making an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation has to do with certification)... at this point I became so uncomfortable I began crying and even had to sit down because I felt so lightheaded I thought I was going to fall... he didn't seem to care how his behavior was impacting me as he only offered me a hollow apology before returning to the same passive aggressive behavior... he used his position as store manager to deny me the ability to talk to anyone else and continue to play games with me and harrase me about his certifications despite still being incapable of breaking down the ABS system to its most basic function... I then tried to steer the conversation back to scheduling my oil change and tire rotation so i could get the hell away from this dude... I asked for the first available appointment, and he started a new argument from this... I left with no appointment and feeling so horrible...

Overwhelmed and under serving their customers?2 years ago, I dropped in and had a flat tire repaired in just a few minutes, which was awesome! This week, I stopped in and was told they were too busy with no suggestion of coming back later or the next day. I then called 2 days later and was told I would have to make an appt 2 weeks out to have my flat repaired.I won't be purchasing tires here again.

So far so good. Just needed tires installed that I had ordered from Tire rack and an alignment. Had read the bad reviews but thought they could handle that. Took a star off because Nick, who checked me in needs to do a better job pretending he doesn't hate his job and the new tires and rims were completely covered in greasy handprints. Could've done a quick wipe down and would've looked great. Not sure if I'd trust them to do anything more

Every single bad review below is 100% accurate.I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change, which was CONFIRMED. When I got to the store, the guy told me three different times that I was not on their schedule for today. He tried to tell me that the CONFIRMATION email was just a request for an appointment (even though it had a confirmation number) and I would have to come back another day. He finally turned the computer screen towards me to prove I wasn't on the schedule when I saw my name for 11 AM and pointed it out to him.He started putting my info into the system and I informed him I would be using a gift card. He claimed he had never seen a gift card before and asked his manager how he could input the card into the payment system. The manager told me that he had worked there for 15 years and had never seen a giftcard, that giftcards had been discontinued months ago anyway, and they did not have a barcode scanner to actually scan the giftcard even if they wanted to. I then stepped outside to call Firestone customer service myself. The customer service agent told me that EVERY location accepts giftcards. I placed her on speaker and had her relay this info to the employee I was speaking with. The manager, that told me multiple times he's never seen a giftcard in his 15 years working there and that giftcards were discontinued months ago anyway, saunters out of the garage and into the lobby and tells me he is going to try something on another screen. He magically discovers the gift card input line and tells me they can now work on my car. I told him that place of work was ridiculous and questioned why it took him 45 minutes to actually help resolve the issue. I ended up leaving and will tell anyone who will listen how absolutely awful Firestone is as a business.I think I'm mostly appalled at the matter of factness the employee and manager demonstrated in making me believe this complete LIE about discontinued giftcards and not offering any sort of solution or any effort to actually try to figure out the problem.DO NOT GO HERE.The manager never once apologized for being COMPLETELY IN THE WRONG about the entire situation and instead made excuses as to why he wasn't more helpful in the beginning. As a customer, it is not my responsibility to call your customer service line to tell you how your company operates. And they also didn't seem to know how to use their own POS system.Seems a little scary, and quite frankly sad, that a manager that's apparently worked there for "15 years" has this attitude towards customers and refuses to look into things to actually get them fixed.

Staff is great. The products are top quality for sure but it's the staff here that make all the difference. Will be back.

Previously was very happy going to the Ballard Firestone until it permanently closed, and this was the only other nearby option. I have not once had a good experience with this location. To be clearer, my experiences have been awful and wasted far too much of my time... Branch unexplainably closed on appointment day with no notice, missed completion times, misplaced key, boxed in car that nobody can resolve, and now the latest is being assured one thing over the phone if I brought the car down by a certain time, only to receive a completely different (unworkable) response after driving there. They are always calm and collected, I'll give them that, but don't confuse the polite demeanor with good customer service. I'm usually a stubbornly loyal customer once I settle into routine, but the amount of my time wasted, and frustration caused by the North Seattle Aurora location has found my breaking point. I'm done. Go to another Firestone location if you can. This location is not reliable.

I purchased the full lifetime guarantee brake package and they re complete garbage. None stop pulsing and had them work on it twice in a year with no results. The third time I took my truck in, it sat in the lot all day with zero work done. I m pretty sure the guy who runs the front desk has never had a good day in his life, you ll know what I m talking about after the first time you meet him. Don t waste your MONEY and TIMEService: Brakes

Under staffed and backed up over a week to get anything done. They need to do more to accommodate their clients. Your car doesn't break down next week, it breaks down now, and you need service asap. Sorry this is a fact

Too busy to handle the volume. Save yourself the headache, these guys are well intentioned, but they've been short-staffed for over a year. As a result, they've not gotten my car in twice when I've had an appointment and left it there all day. They don't answer the phone and I've had to drive there to get an update only to find out they won't have time for my car. Unless you have multiple days to leave a vehicle and live next door so you can walk over to check on the status, you're better off finding somewhere more reliable.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

They emphasized and sold "Life time alignment" and a new set of tires while not mentioning that the steering gear box needed to be replaced. The report about the steering gear box, page 1 was stapled to the back of the paper work. Drove the "Death Trap" home to Seattle very unhappy. The good news is, we found a knowable and honest front end shop in Burien. ADSA Alinements. Redhead remanufactured steering gear box, new brakes, corrected alignment.Firestone made some money, but we will never go back.

First off I work at a dealership and was in a rush to get my car aligned or I would ve done it at work (boy do I wish I waited) I got my car aligned first thing in the morning at 8am because I had stuff to do later in the day. Service manager told me an hour and a half tops. At 11:30am I called to ask for an update and they told me they had forgotten to call me. Annoying but whatever. They then couldn t find my car keys after dumping out their box of keys he asked me if I had a spare (I don t the cars 21 years old) they then realize the technician left the key in the ignition because he couldn t get it out. Weird but whatever again I just want my car. I walk to my car to leave and I realize they have locked my keys In the car. Went inside to ask if they could help and they gave me a coupon for a free oil change next time I come in 0/10 one of the worst shops I ve seen around

Made an appointment, came in, appointment wasn't in system. Staff made it work, but then wanted $1,300 to install $600 of tires. I beleive there is probably a mandatory warranty charge in there somewhere they don't disclose? Super shady.

Went in for an alignment the day after lifting my truck. I called ahead to make sure they could work on my adjustable control arms. They said yes and did the alignment the next day which was great. Here I am 2 weeks later after getting my truck back from Toyota for regular maintenance and they informed me the control arms are not adjusted correctly which has caused improper tire wear and I am need of another alignment.
