Very experienced and friendly! We took our old Mercedes over there and they did a bumper-to-bumper inspection, letting us know what it would take to make it safe and roadworthy. They checked in with us every step of the way and updated us to the progress and the cost, I will definitely be taking our car back. Irish and Wade and the whole team are amazing.

EuroCar does a great job of communicating all issues to do with your car. They give a heads up about future maintenance considerations and keep you apprised of the work in progress. I also appreciate that they are not a dealership and you can speak with the mechanics. Plus they offer loaner cars. I recommend them to all of my friends.

Excellent customer service! They've been providing maintenance work on both of my previous European cars for the past ten years. Efficient, professional, and they genuinely care about you and your car. I would highly recommend them.

DO NOT waste your money! I took my car to be fixed for stopping on the highway. I paid $1200 for the car to be fixed(one issue) and then when it was time to pick it up, the was something else wrong which cost $325 just to diagnose. Now the car is older but I was expecting them to run diagnostic first before fixing anything. GO TO AN ACTUAL DEALERSHIP instead of the low budget nickel and dime repair shops. Not worth the headache.

Just had a lot of work completed and wanted to leave a review. I have used EuroCar for 3 years now for my 2015 VW Passat TDI. They did my timing belt at 100k miles as my first service with them. Glad I could find someone with this expertise on a diesel. Prices have been fair, and speed to get the repairs done has always been much quicker than I expected. I have never had any issues with the work or follow up problems. Would recommend!

EuroCar offered great service last time when I towed my car there due with a dead battery and they replaced it in a few hours. The staffs were very accommodating when I mentioned my schedule and the service was top quality. I would like to bring my car there any time in the future whenever it gets a problem.Superb experience and very fair price. A part of my windshield wiper mechanism broke unexpectedly and during a period of heavy rain. Couldn't drive safely until this problem was fixed. With some extra effort, EuroCar was able to find the part needed and get it installed within a few hours. Excellent service, team greeted me right away, quote was spot on. My full fluids engine and coolant drain and replenishment took only 3-4hrs. Team called and left a voicemail, so I could come pickup early! Thanks again.

They did some work on my 2002 VW Eurovan, which University VW now refuses to touch (BOO!). Eurocar did a fine job and will definitely see me again.

I ran over some plastic debris during a morning commute and after hearing a loud noise, feared I d damaged my car. I called EuroCar on my way home and Irish was quick to offer his help that same afternoon to make sure everything was okay. He was beyond kind and helpful. Clearly a well-run, honest business and I plan to return the next time I m in need of repairs.

Took my car in to for a check and oil change. They ended up breaking more parts in my car while replacing a hose. Two months laters the car is hardly running from more negligence on their end

EuroCar Service has been servicing my 2006 BMW 325i for years and keeps it running well and in good shape. They always pay attention to the details and keep me informed of things to watch for or repairs it needs. My last service was a 125,000 check up. They also took care of my 1992 BMW I had before my current car. I drove that one for 18 years and they always took good care of me. I would highly recommend them.

Can t believe I didn t come here earlier. It is within walking distance from me and the service is very reasonably priced and punctual. I took my car in for its annual maintenance and I am used to having my car at the shop for several days based on my past experience. I got my car back the same day with everything completed. They are transparent about pricing as well.Service: Auto maintenance

I had to have quite a few things done that I had put off beings that I m a truck driver and was always on the road and going to the actual Jaguar dealership for maintenance had me but the guys at EuroService got my baby driving like the first time I drove her off the lot with 15 miles on her!!! Friendly, Upfront, and oh yes the best prices in the State!!!!! They will forever be my go to when my car is in need of repairs!!!

I have had the best experience with Ero. I dropped my car off the day before my appointment and I received a loaner car! This was awesome and didn't have to pay a dime. We have started to take our cars (BMW, Mercedes) to EuroCar for maintenance--knowing these cars will last forever with proper care. We have been more than satisfied with the service we've received. I like folks who shoot straight and do only what work is needed on-time without fuss. Prices are in line with other top shops in town, perhaps even better than most. The owner gave a low price estimate first (about 1000$) and then charged 1500$ saying it took much longer than he thought. I will never go again.

I like the guys that work here. Everyone is always friendly and professional. I trust them and their work. They are knowledgeable and honest, and have saved me a lot of money where the BMW dealership wanted to charge me over double the cost more than once. They have always gotten me in within a day or two which I appreaciate and get my car back to me timely. And they have loaner cars if my car is going to take all day or longer which is really helpful. I will continue to being my car here.

Been going to Eurocar since it was recommended 10 years ago. Take two BMW's there and easy to get in, sometimes takes a week depending on the work needed., but estimated time to get the car back has me on the road again just as promised!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

My company has a 2013 tiguan with the dreaded EPC light on. We bought it from a lot and the light came on just after leaving there. The lot could not find the issue and told us it would be long drawn-out process to even begin to correct the issue. I called Euro car Service and the vehicle was brought in immediately with the issue found before the end of that day. They diagnosed all other issues called me with the list and the price for each repair. They only fixed what I asked them too and I had the car back the next day. The price was less than I expected. I was happy with the outcome.

They are always easy to work with and I feel that I get a good value for my money. I've always been satisfied with any work they do for me. My Mercedes is 12 years old, with 150K miles on it and EuroCar Service helps to keep it running like new.

Really great experience with Irish, he walked through everything that needed to be fixed with my Audi. Was also honest with what needed to be done which is awesome. Transparency is important
