I have been a customer of Elmer's Auto for the past 10 years. We have taken several cars for repair and every time Mr. Moon has been professional and courteous. His work is always excellent. If you are looking for a body shop, I highly, high recommend Elmers.

I had some body damage on the base of the doors of my car so the parts needed to be replaced. I first spoke with Mr. Moon on the phone and he was very friendly, said I could come by later that day to provide a quote. He took the time to really inspect the damage (more than other places I went to) and caught details others didn t catch such as the slight bend in the metal on the door. He provided a thorough quote and took the time to explain and walk me through what he planned to do, how long it would take, etc. I didn t feel pressured or rushed, and also felt confident I understood what needed to be done. He ordered the parts as soon as the next day, got started on color matching the paint, then did the repair a few days later when the parts arrived. All in all, everything was done in under a week!! And the results look great so far :) Very happy with his work and would highly recommend!

Moon is such a kind, hardworking, and honest person. He's helped us a couple times now (dealing with insurance on our behalf) and I cannot recommend his shop enough.

Moon is absolutely amazing! We had a fairly large scratch on our passenger door and Moon cleared the scratch in 3 days; new paint and everything! I am so impressed by his work - he goes above and beyond! He does the extra mile for you at an amazing price. He even cleaned our interior for no extra cost! Mr Moon and his team were amazing to me and provided perfect service. I had gotten into my first car accident with business vehicle and wasn't really sure about the process. I had gone to a few other autonomy shops in the area but they were unwilling to work on it since the preliminary estimate from the company was far lower than the estimates the autobody did. Mr. Moon and team were took me in and were very knowledgeable about the insurance process and requesting more from the company. He even set me up with a rental car and had them pick me up from the shop to take me there (enterprise). I cannot express my gratitude enough to these guys. It was a very stressful ordeal and they completely took care of me.I highly recommend Elmer's auto collision. They are a rare gem and the people are genuine

Moon did a really great job on my car, i ruined my car and he did great body work on my car to make it like new again, he is perfectionist and cares more on my car than i do, and the price is also good, i can not appreciate his work more

I had a awesome experience when Moon helped me repaired my car. My car had hit the object accidentally and the whole bumper need to replaced. Moon helped me talk to my insurance company to do inspection together. He is such nice guy who tried his best to help and do the whole process within one month including the order part process. My car just like brand new one now. Thx Moon.

I am very pleased with the experience I had. My 350z bumper had been cracked and scratched for a while so I decided to order a new one and have it painted at this shop. I was given an accurate quote and fast assessment. Being that it was red, it is very hard to paint match and make it look good without buffing. Working with a man who goes by Moon, he was able to take the time needed and paint match it perfectly. I am very pleased with the results and was happy with the price!

I had a busted tail light and a bunch of paint scratches all over various parts of the car. Owner met with me same day, recommended a reasonable and cheap course of action and gave me an estimate within 30 minutes. Work was done quickly and for a very reasonable price. I'm happy with the results and would definitely come back again if I needed any of this kind of work.

Amazing job for an affordable price! The new tri-coat paint on the panel exactly matches the original color of the car. The waitlist can be a bit long but the actual service time is quite fast!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
