I had my car just up and die on me. THE SAME DAY I HAD IT TOWED into the shop, and they took a look at it. They had a part ordered the next day and installed it. Their prices are fare, and they were even willing to work with me by cutting some labor cost down for another issue they found that I knew about already. But, unfortunately, I still couldn't afford the fix, but I still recommend them fully.

This shop has to be one of the best. I had issues with my BMW V12 750il. Other shops couldn t figure it out, but elite was able to diagnose and fixed the problem. Tyler was up front of what the problem and the cost would be. I am glad I found elite.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I had a water pump fail on my 05 GMC Sierra. I made a post on yelp and Tyler from Elite Auto Care messaged me. He told me they worked with my extended warranty company that I use and could even get me in same day. Tyler was great at communicating through out the whole process. The part got replaced and in just a few hours. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I will be using them again in the future if I need more work done.

This place is amazing!! My coworker and I had a situation that could have been much worse. There was a little mishap with my coworkers super cute 2019 Toyota Corolla hatchback so she was panicking totally overwhelmed by the whole thing and the chances that it could end up being a very spendy and difficult situation we're all she could even think about, her car was not moveable thanks to someone claiming they were able to do some maintenance stuff for her and once they realized that they actually don't have a clue what they were doing it was too late and now she was in serious need of a professional. This place was a absolute life saver they even referred us to a tow company Jim's in Northgate if I'm not mistaken which ended up being the most reasonable tow company I found and was able to be there in like 20 mins which was even more a plus. And once we got her little 4 wheeled baby to Elite Auto Care they went above and beyond to get her back on the road in less than a hour it was absolutely amazing. Plus the total cost for everything once they got immediately to work on her car and had it back to it's good ol' self in under a hour was so reasonable that it was almost hard to believe. They really did a wonderful job with helping her out at a time when she was freaking out and the way they handled their business it was truly impressive. They are very well priced and did a killer job and I'm not sure if everything would have went so smoothly if it weren't for them. Thanks for your help Elite I appreciate it and me and my coworker have been telling everyone who will listen how amazing your service is so any business we can send your way we absolutely will. It was amazing how you guys saved the day. Thanks again and see you soon.

They took good care of my CX5 for a warranty service (pretty intense too - replacing variable timing actuator). The process was a lot easier than I expected it to be. They ordered the part, reached out to my warranty provider and got pretty much everything taken care for me - I think I maybe signed 3 pieces of paper.Their lobby is chill and there is free keurig coffee. The staff are friendly and professional. I will continue to come back here for routine maintenances.

10/10, Elite Auto care always hooks it up with the most efficient oil change services. As a women, the last thing I want to do is have to deal with snobby men at car dealerships when my maintenance is due. I wouldn t trust anyone else with my foreign especially after seeing how they go above & beyond to maintain my benz for me without the extra bs.Services: Auto windshield repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto battery replacement, Auto brake repair, Auto detailing, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

They did an amazing job on my Hedgehog, Chevy Sonic RS. Fixed my head gasket replacement. They were very upfront on the quote, and I would definitely be coming back for all my future work.

I've had my car serviced with Elite Auto Care for about year now, I've always been welcomed with such a friendly atmosphere which makes me feel right at home every time! The communication with these guys is amazing! Anytime I have any questions at any time, the guys are always quick to respond and get my questions answered; believe me when I say there were a lot of questions as a new car owner. I've never felt rushed or pressured with this dealership as they've been incredibly patient and thorough with me through the year. Very outstanding customer service. Got me in and out quickly! Had a bit of issues payment wise but thanks to the amazing staff they stayed consistent with being with my every step of the way never seen such respectful patient people. Recommend to all friends, family, and over all everyone. They worked hard on my car and got it fixed quickly efficiently and knew what they were doing. 5/5

Absolutely phenomenal service, love the guys, and the service they provided, super quick and responsive, never going to any other auto shop ever again, if you need any sort of service whether it be maintenance or repair they are 100% the correct place to go. I ve never seen better customer service from a business. Love them !

Whole new ownership whole new staff I've worked with this team for a long time in the auto sales and mechanic shop business truthfully I was not a big fan of the last Master Mechanic running the shop but the new mechanic running the place Tyler nose his stuff cold they get busy but all in all especially if you have a warranty and are in this area it's an easy quick location to get the work done at a reasonable rate I guess for me the best part is how quickly they usually get me in the only place I'd recommend maybe more than this is salmon service center at the Chevron up the street on 15th Avenue and 125th Northeast James knows foreign vehicles and everything in between so well that anytime I'm having issues that aren't standard especially on any foreign vehicle I like to take it to James at Salmons Service Center not that Tyler isn't good at these categories I just feel James has a little more specialty experience and they are not as busy but for any day today and especially warranty needs this is your Jimmy jam

I wish I could do 0 stars. Dean insisted that I come on time and I was on time and denied me of the service for inspection. unreal people and they don t appreciate the customer at all. They can't appreciate someone is there to do business with them.

My car now doesn't even drive the same. The car doesn't even drive, 40 miles an hour. It's the weekend. And I have to wait until Monday. Who knows if they'll fix it or make things worse? This place is the worst. You guys think it's a joke messing another person's car like this. A person has work monday and can't be driving back and forth. From Everett to Seattle for this type of mess

Travis went above and beyond helping my girlfriend and I buy her new car he did a pre purchase inspection and a after purchase inspection since the dealership we went to offered to fix some problems with the car before we bought it and they failed to do so correctly Travis was able to find and fix all the problems with my girlfriends new vehicle and we are greatly appreciative of it

Horrible people. I was racially profiled when I went to pickup my car. I was accused of stealing my own vehicle and the mechanic did not have the courage to apologize. Not to mention they didn t fix my car
