This place had such good reviews, when our car broke down last night we got it towed here. We showed up at 9 am, and no one is here. The hours sign clearly visible on the shop says they're open Thursdays at 9, but nothing. Calling the place, we get a message that the mailbox is full. We've been waiting here an hour, and now we're not even sure this is still a functioning business. It might just be closed down? If they suddenly took the day off, there's no sign or indication. So, don't get your car towed here, there's no way to tell whether or not it's going to be open, or whether or not it's even still in business!

Fantastic auto repair at a great price! Don't be alarmed at the slightly run-down appearance - these folks know their stuff. Went in for an oil leak, they properly diagnosed it (after the last shop failed), cut me a deal to replace some required-maintenance parts at the same time, brought ignition and both keys to a locksmith to be repaired, all with great communication to me (explaining what each part does), updated running quote, and a two-day turnaround!! So impressed - my car is running fabulously now. Recommending this business to all. Thank you, Delridge Auto Repair!!

Got a used rig 2 months ago & wanted to get it running right. Took it to Tony & Phi for 4 repairs so far. All done fast at super fair prices. I research everything & they do high quality fixes at absolutely reasonable cost. Good communication. I cannot recommend Tony and his son Phi enough after they went out of their way to do a great job fixing two of my cars over the years! Tony is one of the brightest mechanics anywhere and he helped me solve several issues with my car that nobody else could. He also helped me when I really needed it and that meant so much to me! He's also very reasonable and he does everything he can to keep the price down while he fixes the car very well. I own an Audi A6 and he did a remarkable job fixing it without costing me too much and he's very resourceful. I'm really impressed with the work they do!

I just called to check on them diagnosing a coolant system leak and possibly fixing it. The man who answered was short with me and did not seem to want to do it. And, they do not accept my ASC warranty. Considering all the great reviews on here, I'm pretty disappointed.

The experience I had at Delridge Auto Repair was so positive I still think about it 6 years later.In the summer of 2015 I was living in the University District of Seattle, WA. I was getting ready to move to Texas and had a 2001 Lexus GS300 that was needing its ~70,000 large maintenance that was recommended by Toyota, the owner of Lexus. I asked the father/son team to source and use OEM parts and was quoted roughly $1200, which was in the ballpark I was anticipating.The repairs were done in a timely manner, however, where DAR really shined was how they took care of the situation after I had paid and test drove the car. I was along Delridge Way and the check engine light had came on as well as the traction-stability control. What was a week-estimated repair became 3 weeks in the shop.I cannot count how many things they had replaced outside of the original work-order but they made it right. Granted, at the time I had left my job and was getting ready to move - so time in the shop was not an issue for me. I can safely say they lost money on me as a customer, and had no obligated to repair/replace other than what I had originally asked me. Fast forward to 2021 and the Lexus has been sold @ 221,000 miles. I can only hope the new owner enjoys it as much as I did.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Tony was fantastic! He gave me a quote over the phone, and when I showed up for my appointment he was ready to rock. He installed the timing belt and water pump that I provided, and replaced the spark plugs, transmission fluid and power steering fluid, and had me back on the road by end of business the same day. Highly recommend!

Had 2 different vehicles repaired here by Tony. A Mazda CX-7 and a Mini Cooper. Both vehicles were fixed in a quick timely manner and a reasonable price! After 120K service from a dealer with wheel rotation, I had experienced steering wheel shaking more and more... I brought my 2010 Subaru to Tony. He diagnosed by driving around then lift my car up to check front mechanism wheels. Finally, he pointed out that my passenger side wheel was worn out and unbalanced. He suggested me to buy new tires. In the mean time, he place the worn out tire to the back... The problem was solved. I regain my internal peace! Tony did not charge me anything while I insisted that he should earn his expertise and labor. He said no since this was a small work (about an hour!). Wonderful Tony, a trust worthy mechanic.

They are honest but expect what you pay for. 4 star mechanic because I felt they did not do a thorough job. Had some break squeal and grinding and things of that nature after getting work done here.Solid mechanic for smaller issues
