Brett, Beni and their crew raised the bar for auto body services. Their workmanship, communications, and costs were all excellent.If we need body work, we'll become repeat customers at Crash Champions in West Seattle.

I would not recommend coming here at all especially if you are a woman. I came in for an estimate and when they gave me an estimate they wanted to charge me $1,600.00 for a non vehicle collision small scratch on my car. They are trying to rob me , no thank you. I have called them 4 times already and left a voicemail, and still no call back because I wanted to talk about why they think my damaged is worth $1,600.00 and I felt like they were overcharging me completely. I would have been a returning customer but after how I been treated, I would never ever give them my money again. They take advantage, unprofessional and apparently don t answer their phone anymore, or do call backs. I would not recommend at all . I would recommend American auto painting in Renton. Honest and do good work.

I got cash stolen out of my vehicle while it was being repaired here. Obviously, I would never purposefully leave it in there and it was an accident, but it is shameful that this is how it ended. Of course it was denied by the store, but I am 100% certain it was in there.I will end on that the repairs look great, but my experience was overshadowed by the theft.

I'll preface by saying that the only other 1-star review I've ever left was for a gas station in Mexico that literally robbed me.I will not get into the nitty gritty details of my experience at this shop, and they begrudgingly made things right in the end, but they made an already tough experience (referred here by my insurance after a car accident) even more miserable. My only advice is that if you do use this shop, document absolutely every interaction with them, as they may question you, accuse you of lying, and treat you very poorly. Receive the friendly greeting with caution - there's a Mr. Hyde side of this shop you don't want to encounter.Service: Body & Trim

I ve had many vehicle repair experiences but none as smooth, fast and professional as my recent experience at Service King West Seattle. Walking up as a first time customer I was impressed that Sylvia came right out and photographed my rig to work up a quote and scheduled my repair intake for a few days later. Within a couple hours I had an emailed quote to my insurance adjuster. After bringing in my 2019 Toyota Tacoma I received a text a couple hours later advising me when I could expect it to be done, followed by daily texts letting me know the work was on track. They finished a day ahead of their initial assessment and the work looks great! These guys have their system down.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Beni in the front desk is really nice, professional, and kind. The way he greets and welcomes each customer! Also, it was heavily raining that day, and a gentleman told him that he needs to take things out of this car and he needed help. Beni said no problem and went out to help him out while the gentleman just stood there and waited for him.

FIVE STARS for the Service King Collision WEST SEATTLE!!! I d give six if that was a thing. The service was amazing!! Sylvia at the front desk was completely on top of it!! The estimate on both cost and timeframe were spot-on. The correspondence was outstanding!! I couldn t believe all the updates they gave me up to the hour of which it could be picked up. We were in for a dented door which needed a replacement and a paint job. The work was flawless. We were extremely pleased with everything!! AND the following day after pick up, we got a follow up call from the general manager Brad, just to make sure we were happy with the work. Awesome experience from beginning to end!! I highly recommend the Service King Collision WEST SEATTLE location!!! I ll definitely be using them for pretty much all my car stuff. I went to meineke for brakes and it almost ended in a lawsuit.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brad and Sylvia were absolutely wonderful to work with. They helped us handle a stressful and frustrating situation dealing with a third party and made our car look as good as new. They were transparent, had great communication and went out of their way to help us on a couple occasions. Can't recommend this business enough. Thank you!

A fabulous experience on all levels. Excellent, quick work and Brandi the office manager communicated with us at every step (and remembered the smallest details). We choose Service King because of the insurance of the person at fault in the accident, but we easily will go there again if we ever need to. They also made the rental car pick-up/drop-off a breeze. Highly recommend this location!

Finished the job within a week and a half and did a good job repairing the bent frame and tail light. Do wish they would ve communicated a bit more as other locations have in the past without me having to ask them for progress but they were responsive nonetheless. The team at Service King we fast, efficient and friendly. They kept in constant contact with me which helped me understand where may car was at in the repair process. When my car was returned they even took the time and care to wash and vacuum it. Returning my car cleaner than when I dropped it off. How amazing is that! Thank you Service King Team!!!!

I went here to get a tail light bulb replaced. Unfortunately, I came after all their technicians had left, and so was advised to come back the next day between like 7am to 4pm. I did so, and then (without an appointment) it took less than 10 minutes, for them to fix it. When I asked how much it would be, I was told be a wonderfully helpful fellow named Ian that it would be free. However, I wanted to pay for the service because they're so friendly here! So having ASKED to pay (since I hardly ever have vehicle maintainence & don't imagine they're likely to get repeat business from me), and it was only $33. Very happy with my experience!

I gave them one star simply because the work they did was good. However, they had my car for six months. Six months! They repeatedly avoided my calls and sent me in a circle of putting me on hold and transferring me around their very small office. Six months without my own vehicle. Six months of having to deal with expensive rental cars. Six months of not being able to take my dogs to the dog park. Ridiculous. If you have the option to take your car elsewhere, I recommend it.

Service King was suggested to us by our insurance company after an auto accident. Our drop off date was out almost a week but it was worth it. We got our car back looking brand new (and freshly washed) in one week. Every person we dealt with at Service King was friendly and we are very happy. Hope to not need their services again but won't hesitate if we do and will suggest them to others.

The workmanship of the job itself was great. However my experience was not up to par. When visiting for an insurance claim, pictures were taken and was told I would receive a call with estimate and time. 2 weeks later I followed up - they forgot to get my phone and info. After giving them info, I said I was needing to go out of town and really wanted repair by time. I was told they would check availability of parts and such and would call back. More than a week later, I followed up and they forgot to call. They got parts in and were painting. They would assemble everything when ready to minimize my time for bringing in car. No call. I called next week and was told it was ready and if I go there now, they would do work. I went and they replaced the driver mirror assembly, however they did not notice original mirror was different before the work, nor did they compare the picture of the mirror taken with the mirror received. So they had to get a new mirror and replace. Because I work close by, they graciously picked up and returned my mirror.Nice folks, but really failed in the simple stuff. I will reiterate that the work done - was great. Just customer service that failed.

I took my car here after I had a small accident during the snow. They were able to get my paint match PERFECT! I could not even tell that anything had happened to the car. When I got it back i noticed that there were some scratches that were not there when i brought it in, but when expressed my concern to the employees after submitting the survey they were more than helpful. They were able to get me in next day, and they fixed the scratches for free. No extra cost. AMAZING customer service. Highly recommend this location.

Rich and the team here did a fantastic job on my Honda Fit. The car was rear ended and had damage front and back. They gave me an accurate, honest estimate, worked seamlessly with my insurance company, and finished the repairs on schedule. I would 100% come back to this shop (though hopefully I won't need to soon)!

These guys are awesome. They re very professional, they do great work, and even had my car out a few days before the estimated completion time. They send out texts and call with updates, so you re never in the dark. Thank guys.

Wow! I went in for a simple front plate placement, charged me $10 for it, and then offered to buff out any scuffs I had picked up (got two of them in the last six months, took them 30 seconds to buff them out!). They were jovial the whole time too, and took a whopping five minutes to get the job done. I was very impressed.
