Such a great car buying experience! I worked with Jon, but all other staff I met were friendly and inviting. Buying a car alone, as a woman, can feel daunting but they treated me right. Jon disclosed every aspect of the cost (admin, title, card fees) and took multiple steps to ensure I received a fair (honestly, above fair) value for my trade-in. There was no haggling, just conversation to get us both to the right price. This was hands-down the smoothest and least stressful buying experience; 100% recommend!

It was a fantastic experience dealing with the folks at Complete Auto from start to finish. It began with a call to Brian the owner to setup a test drive the next day as I needed to travel from Portland to Seattle. Brian said he wouldn't let anyone else test drive the car before I was able to, which was a classy touch. I showed up for the test drive and met Josh who is a great guy and he told me all about the vehicle without any sales pressure which I liked. I ended up buying the car, Josh walked me through the entire process in a clear and efficient way, and even delivered the car to me much more than halfway to Portland. Thanks Complete Auto!

5 stars really aren t enough!It was an absolute pleasure working with Jon and crew at Complete Automotive. From start to finish communication was on point, which is key when purchasing a vehicle from across the country. Jon went above and beyond, from performing requested additional maintenance to picking us up from the airport and continued communication weeks after the sale!It s awesome to have worked with a brick and mortar automotive business that takes pride in matching vehicles to owners.

AMAZINGAbsolutely a wonderful experience with buying from start to finish. You view by appointment so there's no added pressure of someone else looking at the car seconds before you. There's no upsell or gotcha moments.I looked at over a hundred lots virtually and over a dozen in person for my last buying experience and was very upfront that i am a woman but I know what I'm looking for, and that I have two family mechanics and would be hiring a 3rd party to look over the car.They not only encouraged me to do so but spoke with me extremely professionally and as if I was an actual human, not someone to get a quick sell to.The car itself was in immaculate condition as well and he gave me a fair price.Buyer beware of a new trend OTHER lots are doing where they charge you a non negotiable "anti theft" fee. I brought this up during our initial communication to make sure it was not a thing he does. He only charged the filing fee that he told me upfront about, and calculated the county tax for me in front of me.I waited to give my review until I did at least 1 long distance drive and I can say she still is the car I drove off the lot with! Can't recommend enough.The ONE problem I had that they might not have even realized, is that the driver side speaker is blown and I'm really into immersive music when I drive, but it's such a small detail compared to the actual safety of the vehicle and it's driveability.The entire team was very very nice and patient with all our questions as well. Definitely recommend this lot.

I ve been eyeing their 2017 Buick Encore for a few months now since I ve lost my car from a car accident back in October 2023. I was just waiting for the insurance check to come through and it finally took them a little over 2 months for it to arrive. I had my options narrowed down to their Buick and a Kia from another dealership. I called Complete Automotive and spoke to Brian the owner, who was very friendly over the phone. He was able to schedule an appointment that same day for me to test drive and check out their vehicle. I was greeted by Josh the operations manager for Complete Automotive. Josh was also very friendly and professional. My first impression of the vehicle was that it was clean, both on the inside and out. They did a really great job getting it ready for me. Secondly I was informed by Josh that all their vehicles in stock go through a safety inspection before releasing it to the public for purchase. After test driving the car, I was convinced that this was the vehicle for me. What assured me during this whole process was the fact that Josh had mentioned that they are a small dealership but they make sure to take care of their customers. It is always very wary to purchase a used vehicle. I ve had experiences in the past where the used vehicle ended up breaking down on me after 3 months from purchasing it. I did feel a level of confidence that this dealership really sells vehicles that are made to last. Otherwise they wouldn t be in business since 1983.I definitely recommend coming back to this dealership for any future new used car buying. Thank you guys again for treating me great and looking forward to returning back as a customer when I m ready for a new set of wheels.

Red Carpet Service!!!I purchased a 5-series BMW wagon (which I loved) from Brian at Complete Automotive back in 1997. Had a great experience then, but moved to the 'burbs and kind of forgot about the dealership over the years. However, I recently went though some stuff and needed to buy a car on a very strict budget. Saw a fantastic vehicle advertised at Compete Automotive, but it was a bit out of my price range. I casually mentioned what I was looking/hoping for - not really expecting anything - and was surprised to receive a call from Brian few days later informing me that he had found EXACTLY what I was looking for - in my price range!This dealer specializes in high-end vehicles that frequently cost over 6 figures, but despite shopping on the very low-end (so-to-speak lol) I received the same top-notch service as someone who was buying a newer Bentley or Porsche. I was a little embarrassed and stressed at first - having to take two buses and a train into Seattle to shop for a car - but I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. They were so understanding in fact, that an employee picked me up at home to come look at the car - which I purchased in probably the fastest and easiest transaction ever.I can't thank Complete Automotive enough!!! Five Stars plus!

I swear. This dealership was absolutely amazing. I obtained my dream car. The rare 2009 Chrysler Aspen Hybrid in the best condition I've ever seen it. So quick to handle everything and the loan. Willing to work with me on payment method. You guys made my year. Thank you Jon for the help and quick response.

The best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Brian B. and Josh are a few of the most knowledgeable and honest professionals I have ever met in the industry. I truly appreciate their time and efforts to help me find the perfect vehicle to help me get back on the road.I was recently rear ended in an auto accident and needed a vehicle within a week. I saw a Nissan Rogue listed online and reached out to Brian - I was able to confirm my purchase within a few hours after visiting. Both Brian and Josh were extremely transparent with all of my questions, and I could tell that they truly wanted to educate me about the vehicle - so that I could make a smart decision. Josh even went out of his way to pick me up from my rental car location (since I did not have another method of transportation after dropping my rental car off) and drove me to the dealership to pick up my new car (attached). The turnaround time from reaching out to driving off with the Nissan was very appreciated. The people who work here are great, and they have definitely won my business for years to come.Thank you for all you do!

Just bought a Subaru Crosstrek from Jon, had an amazing first experience buying my first car! He was honest about everything about the car and the owners before. And explained what I need to proceed with the purchase. Had alot of other amazing cars in the showrooms, definitely will reccommend, and will be back if we're looking for another vehicle. I was happy working with Jon! He was accommodating for what I needed and what I was looking for in a purchase, and gave the flexibility I needed to have the car delivered. He was incredibly responsive to my requests, and it didn't feel like I was getting nickled and dimed while wanting to walk out with the car.

My husband, Cody, and I just bought a suburban from Jon at Complete Automotive. Jon treated us very well and went above and beyond to answer our questions and provide videos/pictures since we were purchasing from out of state. We would definitely do business with them again!

We found Brian and his son Brad to be very personable 'straight shooters' that made our car buying experience a pleasant, no-pressure experience. Their inventory was not large, but seemed to be of very high quality. We had some questions about our 2015 Audi a few weeks after purchasing it and Brian was wonderfully responsive. We would not hesitate to use Complete Automotive again, and highly recommend it to others.

Im located clear across the States in North Carolina and this was an overall awesome car buying experience!I purchased my BMW M4 Convertible from Complete Automotive primarily because of the Austin Yellow exterior and Red interior which is usually a hard find especially in a manual transmission so when i landed on this one I worked the entire deal over the phone with Brian and shortly thereafter, he was loading it on the truck to make its way to me in NC.I received the M4 and it is definitely fun to drive. There were a couple of issues that i found with the car once it arrived but Brian and team ensured those issues were resolved at No expense to me which says a lot when buying a car sight unseen.I would definitely recommend Complete Automotive if you are in the market for a new to you vehicle! Great team to work with and i appreciate all of their help to make this a great car buying experience!

Time and time again, the guys at Complete Automotive have provided me with incredible buying and service experiences. I purchased my 3rd Audi from them last week. Great selection. Great prices. ZERO pressure. I have had bad experiences with dealerships in the past. Complete Automotive restored my faith in the car buying process. Brian Burns is a stand up guy. His entire staff is exemplary. Wish there were more like them. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I bought a 1980 El Camino from complete automotive I live in Montana the El Camino was in Seattle WA Jon the salesman was very helpful throughout the whole process even finding the best delivery company I fully recommend them.

Unbelievably great experience buying a car! I can't say enough good things about my sales guy Josh! This guy went waaay out of his way to make my car buying experience the best it could possibly be! And I absolutely love my 2016 Mercedes GLA AMG 45. 5 stars and 100 out of 100!!!

Brian and Josh provided me with a very pleasant purchase experience. They know the history of the car well. And instead of pressuring their customer into buying, they let the cars speak for themselves. This is my very first car buying experience and I am glad that I had a good experience here!

Brought my car here after it broke down in Seattle. Shop claimed it was my Transfer case (Toyota FJ) and would cost $4,700 to repair it. I declined to have them fix it and paid around $170 for the diagnostic and had it towed away. The shop left my passenger window down when it was towed causing the interior to get soaked from rain. I am now fighting a mold problem...After bringing the vehicle to my friends, we purchased a new transfer case for $270+shipping. When putting in the new transfer case we learned that the transfer case was not even the problem, but it was the rear differential (pinion gear). Shop would have known this if they even spun the back wheels...These guys don't seem to know what they are doing and are careless enough to even leave windows open in the rain. I would not recommend taking any vehicle here.

I had been searching many months for a vintage Mercedes 560. My search led me to Brian at Complete Auto Sales. From my very first phone call -you know this man is serious about customer service and is knowledgeable about each and every vehicle he sells!He spent great detail telling me everything he knew about the car even spending time to conduct a virtual tour.With Brian s low pressure, professionalism and reputation for outstanding customer service you can buy with ease.I was slightly concerned with the odometer reading - a 1987 Mercedes 560. He painstakingly reviewed every service record and took great pride in having sold this vehicle to the current owner. He was assisting in the sale because as Brian stated, the owner was part of the family !Buy with confidence from Brian and his entire team. They will handle every aspect of the purchase from sale to delivery!As for the vehicle- it s not only a head turner but everything and more Brian described!!!!

This is the best car dealership I've ever been to. They found me the perfect truck and accepted my car of greater value as trade-in, offering me the balance as cash. The truck they found me is perfect for my needs. The owner kept an eye out on my behalf for weeks looking for the perfect vehicle to fit my needs. It was a zero-pressure, totally smooth transaction. I will only go through them in the future when looking for a vehicle!

Great, low-key, by-appointment experience. Decent price on a late model BMW in great condition. Low pressure sales experience but please do yourself a favor and research your intended purchase before making the appointment. This is not a "lookie loo" dealer. Brad was great and when we had one minor issue with the car after the sale it was handled professionally to my satisfaction. They will be on the short list for future car purchases.

Never heard of these guys before, stumbled on them from Craigslist. I am glad I did, they have a small selection but an amazing selection. every car is perfection, customer service and the sales team are amazing all while offering a competitive price. this is my 7th car purchased in my lifetime and i have to say they offered the best buying experience i have ever had. Oh yeah, I love the Mercedes too! Super clean, great shape used car!Very happy customerBrian

Travelled all the way from Kansas City to purchase a 550i BMW and was an excellent experience.Small family owned business made everything easy. Owner Brian Burns was very straight forward and honest about everything. I would definitely redo the entire trip and purchase again.

Impressive showroom and surprisingly relaxed setting for buying a car. Brad was easygoing and great to work with throughout the process. If only all car buying could be this way. Sadly its easy to be skeptical when working with car dealers based on past experience. Brian and Brad followed through and kept their word. Rare find and would highly recommend.

I have been going to Complete Automotive for the past 20 plus years and Brian has never steered me wrong. Brian is the most honest and talented person you will ever find when it comes to high end cars or truly any car.I have bought several cars from Brian from Mercedes to Range Rovers to now an Infiniti, that I bought sight unseen and because Brian knew I would love it and I do. I still have the Mercedes and I need to point something out that everyone should note. I took my Mercedes to Park Place in Bellevue, the Eastside's elite car service and sales grand salon. Yes, I got a free bottle of water but, $2,000 dollars later my car left with no turn signals and it didn't start 50% of the time. I had it towed to Brian and he not only found and solved the issue but, I would have saved 2K had I gone to him first. Brian knows his cars, treats everyone as equals and he is to be trusted. Don't be fooled by Park Place, buy your own bottle of water and head to Complete Automotive or Google them. If you are out of area do not hesitate to buy sight unseen. I bought the Infiniti that way and it was exactly as Brian promised 'sheer perfection' and the right car for me.One side note Brian is well known in the Pacific Northwest and his cars go quickly. I traded in a Jeep of mine years ago and then decided 8 hours later that I should buy the car back and just keep it for the memories. Brian had sold the car within hours of me turning it over to him. Do not hesitate, worry, question your decision Brian is as honest as the day is long. He will NOT sell you on a car that is not perfect, because he only sells perfect cars! Enjoy whatever car you purchase or repair or detail and know you are in the best of hands.............Brian is the best of the best!

Recently, I bought BMW 3 coupe Jet Black, and Car is AWESOME. Before I buy car, I did lots of research for buying car for past 4months, I researched cars from Kelly blue book, edmunds, and contacted to most dealers who has my preferred cars. I checked car value, prices, and everything. then, I found one which is the best dealershop. This car from dealer shop is awesome. Low Miles, Low Price, and Best Quality. their dealer, his name is Brad. He is really nice guy and answered my all questions quickly via email and text. their transaction just took 10mins. If my families and friends tried to buy a car, I am happy to recommend this dealershop. This is the best dealershop in WA.
