I can not imagine how this place has any positive reviews. I first contacted this place in September under recommendation of a body shop. I submitted an inquiry on their website and after 2 weeks with no response I called them directly. Finally got a call from Robert on 9/21. I filled out their intake form and submitted all the information they requested on 9/25. On 10/17 I emailed and called them, they responded back on 10/26 that they were reviewing the information that day and would have a response by end of day. On 11/2 they emailed me again asking me what services of theirs I wanted to utilize (at this point they hadn't even told me what services they offered or what they could do to help me or responded to any of my questions from my initial inquiry). I responded back immediately and I was advised again that Robert would be sharing the info with Jeff in "todays meeting". I have called the business directly and left several voice mails, I Emailed again on 12/4 and let them know that I had still not heard back from them and have received no response. Still haven't heard back from them. Not sure how a business who can't answer basic questions about what they do or respond to inquiries from willing customers after almost 3 months stays in business. I finally contacted another company in the area that does the same services as this one and got a response in a couple hours, had a full explanation of the services and process involved in this type of issue and a quote for the service that they recommended in less than 2 days. It took this company almost 3 months to do half of that. If you are in need of these services do yourself a favor and call Harber Appraisal instead.

Jeff Butler helped me through an otherwise terrible car accident experience. I was severely undercut by my insurance company. Jeff knows Washington insurance law completely and put my insurance company in their place. I was given full replacement value and added diminished value. He stayed on top of it, kept me informed and was very reasonably priced for his services. I've told my friends, neighbors, Uber drivers and plane seat mates about him. Everyone should know Jeff Butler if you are in an accident.

Jeff and his team are awesome. Highly recommend with ANY insurance issues. Jeff is a man with many hats and an expert at all of them. He is a certified public Adjuster and automotive repair expert with decades of experience in the field. He explains your rights that insurance companies don't want you to know.

I spent the better part of a year working with Jeff at Collision Consulting of Washington. He was my expert witness at trial in my lawsuit against my own insurance company for short paying my claim. His knowledge and expertise are unparalleled. I would not have won my case without him. Collision Consulting of Washington was worth every penny they charged. I would highly recommend his consulting services. If there were more stars I could give, I certainly would!

Jeff and his team at CCW were amazing. I'd been battling with both insurance companies (the other driver's and my own) for months to get fair and full payment for the total cost of the repairs to my car by the shop I had selected. Within basically one week of starting to work with CCW, they were able to get my insurance company to make a full payment on my claim (a claim that my own insurance company had originally told me I wasn't even allowed to file). If you need someone to go to bat for you, hire CCW.

I hired CCW when my insurance company started short paying and delaying my claim. Jeff Butler is not only a Licensed Ins. Adjuster, he is also an expert in automotive repair as well. I would recommend him to anyone having a problem with their claim.

Jeff is highly knowledgeable and professional. He took adequate time to consider my situation and thoroughly went through many options I did know I had and gave me the confidence I needed in my unique and very technical situation which at first was a bit treacherous to navigate unknowingly but now I have a saturated amount of information and was enabled to move forward through clear waters. If you are looking for consultation within his expert field I would suggest you make a call and talk to him right away.

If you have been in an accident this is the place to go. If you're reading this review then you're probably in the same situation I was in; Searching for a reputable and knowledgeable place after an accident. I contacted Collision Consulting after my vehicle was already repaired due to suspicions that the repair was inadequate. Sure enough, there was still major damage hidden below paint and body panels. Collision Consulting provided incalculable assistance in correcting the issue. This is the only company I will be trusting in the future and you would be better off if you did the same.

I had an issue with an insurance company that took three years to resolve. Jeff Butler was so awesome! I couldn t have had the positive outcome without him and the Haury s team!! If you have any car damage take it to Haury s collision center! You ll be glad you did!

These guys are great! Very professional and attention to detail is amazing. The report was very specific to my vehicle and every base was covered. I would absolutely recommend Collision Consulting to anybody in need of an appraisal for diminished value. Five stars all the way!

This is a wonderful shop with great staff. I asked them to review a client's vehicle for damages and they were extremely thorough and timely. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
