When I brought my vehicle to Collision Care Center for a simple scratch and dent repair on the fender, the cost they quoted was reasonable and the staff appeared competent. They assured me the job would be completed within a week, which I found quite efficient. However, my satisfaction faded when I saw the finished work: the paint didn't match perfectly, and the door was not aligned correctly, leaving a gap. Although they were prompt and there were no surprise fees, the persistence of the scratch, especially noticeable in direct sunlight, and the lackluster response from the staff when I raised these issues, were disappointing. Considering the outcome, I'm reluctant to recommend Collision Care Center, especially to those who value precision.

I found CCC when another shop did not have the "man power" to fix our car when it got hit when parked and they went above and beyond for me. They were very communicative in the whole process and did an amazing job, Very glad I found this shop with a fast opening. I highly recommend them for any collision care need.

The crew at CCC are not only experts in body work but are spectacular people to work with. They were very flexible with my schedule!! Even with tough constraints they were able to turn around my car in mint shape. There's a good reason they have so many beautiful cars on the lot... I would trust them with my Audi any time! Thanks!!

I had got hit by someone whenever my VW ID.4 was parked. They had it looking JUST like it was before the accident! And they kept me posted anytime I needed an update. Just an overall awesome experience!

Don t often write reviews, but sometimes stand-out service needs to be recognized. I can t recommend Collision Car Center enough. Definitely, put your trust in these folks! 110% given beginning to end. Binh listens very carefully to his customer s needs and concerns then makes sure those are satisfied and then he literally goes the extra mile. My car looks, even under the closest inspection, like nothing ever happened to it. Not that I m looking forward to my next fender-bender, haha, but you know where I m taking it.

I had a disappointing experience with Collision Care Center. I initially booked an online free estimate but didn't receive a response. When I called, the attendant was rude and refused to provide an estimate. Instead, they asked for $35 to view the photos I had shared during the supposed free online assessment, which was clearly advertised as free on their website. This kind of customer service was frustrating and left me with a negative impression of the center.

Gave us a quote to fix minor bumper repair, then we waited like 4 months to get in, then they said the quote had errors and wanted like $700 more. I reviewed it with them and was able to knock off like half the line items to actually fix the plastic bumper part that was broken. So after they tried to increase the price it was half the initial quote. I'm guessing they did like that because they snapped off like half the bolts holding the bumber on and didn't drill them out to replace them, just left them, super obvious. $1500 to swap a $200 piece of plastic. They also broke the rear camera in the process of swapping bumper and didn't fix it because it worked fine when we dropped the car off. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I m a fan of Audi. I ve had two prior collision repair experiences, both of which I had done at Queen City Auto Rebuild. Queen City was recommended by Audi Bellevue. Audi Seattle, on the other hand, referred me to Collision Care Center as well. After a horrific experience at Queen City where the customer service was ghastly and my vehicle took months to get done (I forgive the supply chain issues, but the horrific communication was unacceptable), I decided to give Collision Care a shot. I m glad I did. The estimator was lightning fast, they were super upfront on when the repairs would be done (long lead time before repair, but at least I knew upfront, rather than Queen City where I was in early, then my car sat for months), delivered on time, and communication with both my insurance company and the insurance company of the person who hit me was great. The quality of work so far looks fantastic. I can t tell there was a repair. Really recommend this shop. Hopefully I ll never have to use them again, but if my luck with this car continues the way it has, I d definitely go back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was recommended this place by my VW dealership and was very pleased and impressed with their service! I got quotes from multiple places and CCC was the first one to say they could repair the fender instead of replace it, which helped get the cost down from a higher estimate I had received from elsewhere.Initially they were booked out farther than I expected and I was worried about getting it done before I had a deadline of needing my car back for a road trip. When I communicated my concern, they were able to get me in a week earlier AND THEN it only took ONE WEEK which was half of the timeline they had estimated for.On top of all of this, I showed up right at closing to pick up my car and they waited for me to get there and figure out my payment situation with no pressure. And the car looks beautiful!! Great experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went to Collision Care Center to get some rear end repair. Upon 1st impressions, it was a Vietnamese owned small business in the SODO area. Since they were listed as 1 of 3 Audi certified body shops, I thought I give them a chance. Boy was that a horrible mistake!I started to notice red flags, awkward customer service and communication when I dropped off my Audi. Lo and Behold after the repair was complete in about 4-5 months, I noticed 5 issues, ranging from paint defects, improperly painted panels, gouge marks, and RUST.In retrospect, I should have went to the one of the other Audi certified shops as there is one on the Eastside or even down South. They even made it difficult to fix the issues that they created in the repair process. Due to the lack of quality of work, attention to detail, and unprofessional communication from the entire staff, I cannot recommend them.I've already told my fellow Audi owners NOT to seek business at Collision Care Center in Seattle for those reasons stated above, and I hope this saves other Audi owners time and headache in the future!

I have taken a few of my Audi here, (two of mine, one of girlfriend). Work had been excellent time and time again. Girlfriend s car was trickier and ultimately totaled out, shop stayed in contact throughout the painful insurance process.I arrange my appointments and pre-estimates via email to meet my schedule needs. Team is good at responding, and staying on top of my questions and adjusting. While I don t like getting bumper dings, scratches and dents, I m glad they are around to support my needs

I don't normally write reviews. However, I would be remiss if I did not share my complete satisfaction the two times I have left my car with CCC. The customer service has exceeded my expectation and the workmanship is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends & family.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I went to Collision Care for repair of my vehicle based on recommendation from Audi Seattle (they are Audi Certified) after I was rear ended. As a small business owner myself, I try to be fair and support other SMBs as much as I can, but my experience here was not good. I hope they take my feedback as constructive and a way to improve vs. negative. I also want others to know what my experience was so they can understand what to potentially expect when bringing your vehicle here.Overall, the quality of their work to repair my vehicle looks great. Their customer service and expectation setting, however, needs significant improvement. When I dropped my vehicle, I asked for a rough timeline for the repair which they estimated at a week and a half. I used this to plan my substitute car rental and was told they would be providing me an update. This was on 8/12/19. A week and a half passes - no update. I call and they tell me they submitted a supplemental to my insurance 5 days ago and have not heard back. I call my insurance and they said they received it 1 day ago. Who knows who's telling the truth here but what I do know is I then received a series of updates from my insurance on the status - when the appraiser was scheduled, when the appraisal was received, and the subsequent supplemental. After I received the supplemental from insurance, I expected an update from Collision Care - no update. I called again and they said they are still waiting on insurance. I forwarded them the approved supplemental and asked my insurance to please confirm again they can move forward. After receiving no confirmation from Collision Care following a couple days post-confirmation, I call again. They say they received it but are waiting on the parts and can't provide an ETA. I asked specifically if someone would "proactively" be contacting me to confirm when the vehicle would be finished. He said yes and they would email me the following Wednesday. Wednesday comes - no update. I call on Thursday and ask for an update - the person says "oh yeah, the car is finished since yesterday, someone should have contacted you." I state no one has ever contacted me proactively with an update and I would like to schedule a pick up. FINALLY, someone calls me within a couple hours to schedule a pick up. The morning of my pickup, I get an email stating that if I plan to use a card, there is either a 3% fee for credit or $2 for debit and they can't accept personal checks. Gee, thanks for letting me know on a Saturday when I only have a couple hours to procure a cashier's check or incur the additional fee. I picked up my vehicle on 9/7/19.The original time estimate went from a week and a half to a month. I had to call 4 times to get any updates on my vehicle. I only ever received 1 call from Collision Care AFTER I had already called for an update and asked for someone to contact me regarding pickup.Look, they are nice guys. I want to like this business, but the truth is, my experience was bad. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 since the quality of work was good and I don't enjoy flaming SMBs. However, the fact is, if I needed to get work done in the future, Collision Care will not be a place I take my vehicle nor will I recommend it to anyone else, which I find to be really unfortunate.

Brought the car by for a verbal estimate. Once we had committed and dropped the car off, the written estimate was double the verbal estimate. Just wish they took a little more time and were a little more detailed and accurate about how much it was actually going to cost. It felt a little bait and switch-y. They were nice enough, but didn't apologize or see any problem with how it was handled. Having said all that, they did great work.

Excellent work on my car and superior communication with both myself and my insurance company. There was some minor problems following the repair but they fixed those without an appointment or complaint. Would return here for other VW body needs.

Great people, professional customer service and amazing craftsmanship. I had my trunk lid redone and when I came to pick up my car it looked better than brand new! The team is very friendly but more importantly they take care of their customers. I highly recommend this shop if you need body work!

I brought my 1996 Town and Country Van with the front bumper barely holding on the right side. Lonnie was able to reattach it and make it as good as new. And did it very quickly! One of my co-workers told me that he had brought his car to Collison Care when he had a problem and they not only fixed the problem, but also did a few extra things--without any additional charge. His recommendation was why I decided to bring my van to Collision Care. Truly they are a very reputable businesses and do great work. Thank you!

I was very impressed with the service at Collision Care. My car was rear-ended by a tour bus and was pretty smashed up, but it looks like new. They were able to find all the parts and put it all together quickly and all the details were right. Not only that, but they're a joy to interact with on the phone/email. I highly recommend them.

If I could give more than 5 stars in a one to five star scale, I would.I'm an expert in the payment card industry, in transaction processing, identifying fraud, and fraud mitigation. I am not, however, an expert in repairing cars. I find someone who is an expert, honest, and trustworthy, and then I lean on their expertise. I have that in my mechanic, The Import Doctors. They're located between Seahawks' CenturyLink Field and I-5.Recently my car was rear ended. I needed an auto body repair shop so I contacted my friends at The Import Doctors. They immediately recommended Collision Care Center in the Georgetown area of Seattle. I could not be more impressed or more happy with my experience with the Collision Care Center (CCC). I would and will recommend them to everyone I know.I have a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta TDI Sportwagen and I wanted it repaired by folks that specialize in Volkswagens. The Collision Care Center does. When I arrived there I noticed that nearly all the cars they were working on were VWs and Audis. VW owns Audi. Jon was the first person I met. He seems to be the main face for the CCC. What a great guy. Throughout my repair process he kept me up to date. He also went to bat with the other driver's insurance company. I kept thanking him and apologizing for the hassle from the insurance company. He went far beyond what I would describe as outstanding service. He went far beyond what I would define as a customer's advocate. That's why I apologized on behalf of that insurance company. Jon just took it in stride. Again, Jon's a great guy.My car looks fabulous. I am beyond happy with the results. The technicians behind the walls of the waiting room must be wizards. I love my car more than ever. That shouldn't surprise me. As I understand it, CCC of Seattle have been certified (blessed?) by both German manufacturers VW and Audi.In 30 years I've been in 3 car accidents. One was my fault. I had those cars repaired at a body shop in the Eastlake area of Seattle and in the Bell-Red area of Bellevue. I would recommend those places too. I was very pleased with both of those companies. But I would recommend the CCC over them. The workmanship and service at CCC was A+. However it's CCC's honesty, confidence, and trust I have in them which makes me advocate for CCC over all other body shops.I don't wish any good person the frustration and stress associated with a car accident. I can tell you this though, Jon and the Collision Care Center of Seattle will cheer you up, calm your stress and frustration, and make the entire process and experience a success.

Collision Care is an extremely professional and responsive business that delivers a high quality work product. We were rear-ended in our two-month old Honda Insight, and Collision Care restored our vehicle back to the way it looked when we drove it off the lot. We also really appreciated Collision Care thoroughly washing our car before we picked it up. I highly reccommend Collision Care.

Car was ready when they said. They missed a dent/ crease in the hood. Paint color did not match from the new bumper to the hood,( its metalflake, I know it wont be perfect). Body did not match well at all. So far not impressed. Had to bring it back. Will see how it all goes. Customer service was great.

Great shop, with really great people. Their customer service was amazing, they got right to the job and periodically emailed me the updates. No hassles, no issues, and no time wasted on their end. I would recommend them to anyone.

Awful. They misquoted me twice and failed to deliver a final quote in a reasonable time frame. I asked them to adjust the quotes according to what thorough research and two other auto body shops had told me. I even found the website with the same part numbers and prices and tried to explain that they quoted me on parts I don't need but to no avail. The adjusted estimate was even less accurate than the initial one. I was as clear and polite as I could have been, but it was useless. Jon didn't get back to me with one quote so I called the next day, had to go over a number of points again with someone else to try and get a quote that didn't suck, then received the quote that was even less accurate than the first. It is a joke over there. They didn't even include a turn signal marker lamp in the first quote..... There is nothing left of the one that is currently on the car so......
