As if the prices aren't already bad enough for Subaru parts, especially with the Seattle markup added on, this place has now added a 3% fee for using a credit card. I spent $30,000 at this place and now they want to nickel and dime me over a jug of coolant?I simply walked away because I can order the same parts online even with shipping for less, and there is no nickle and dime schemes like this.I encourage people who want to protect their financial lives with a credit card to shop elsewhere.On personal note to the dealer, don't bother replying to this review, you just make yourself look desperate. Instead of browsing reviews online, spend your time getting rid of your silly nickle and dime schemes.

Friendly folks and they can usually get parts fairly quick. Only reason I m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that usually their prices are a bit higher than the Renton Subaru parts department.Edit: I m bumping up my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. Shoreline is by far the best Subaru dealership for parts in the Pacific Northwest. I ve had poor experiences with other local dealers. The team at Shoreline has great prices and awesome customer service

Always helpful and tell you what you need not what they want you to buy. Came in for a cargo net but ended up getting the smaller side nets for the back of my Crosstrek since it's what I needed but didn't know they had. Great and honest help.

In the market for a newer model used vehicle my wife and I stopped here. They have a huge selection of new vehicles as well as the previous year's models. After talking with some very friendly sales staff (Guy was his name), we learned they have so many used 2016 models from rental fleets and leases. The selection is great, and I hear they have good warranties!

I spent a lot of money here buying oem parts for my 2003 wrx. I would give them zero stars if I could. I order two hoses for my power steering and been borrowing a car since mine is down and was told it would be in 4 days after. So I called 5 days later and he says that the parts were never order and hasn t been for over 6 weeks and all he could say is sorry and wouldn t be in for another 4 to 5 days. You have one job how hard it is to order and part. Especially when I m on the phone with the person and they said it had been order. Place is a joke

I usually have to wait 10 to 15 minutes before any even acknowledges my presence, then when someone does get around to helping me, I would get more personable service from a robot. The service department is friendly though.

Was only browsing asked to be left alone was given card and my wishes were respected . Have a great new inventory and good pre owned inventory as well. Still looking for pre owned and would b a place I consider going back to make a purchase !!

The costumer service is great. Enjoyed the lobby and snacks they provided while waiting for my car maintenance to be completed. The free vacuuming and car wash is a plus

What can I say. Super professional, organized, and accomidating. My sube is cool. Is it the greatest? Probably not. Will this service center weigh in when I go car shopping again? Yes.

I have trusted Carter Subaru to keep me safe on the road since the year 2000. I do what they advise and have never spent a moment on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck.

They fixed my seat belt and buckle for free, gave me a service loaner that I only had to cover the gas I used and when I test drove a car the sales staff didn't pressure me into buying.

This "parts department" is just an extension of the service department and they try to get you to have them service your vehicle rather than answer your questions and sell you parts.
