It was my first time using insurance for car repairs, so I appreciated Brandon and Amanda's guidance during the process. I appreciated the updates throughout the repairs and what a fantastic job the team did! The surprise interior detailing was a cherry on top that made the whole situation feel like a dream. Very positive experience all around. Communication was solid and friendly. They accommodated me when I dropped my car off early. Seamless interface with my insurance company. And best of all when I picked up my car it had been thoroughly detailed inside. Would use again in a heartbeat.

The staff was great and very helpful throughout the whole process. They worked hard to get my vehicle back in a timely manner during the holidays. They even cleaned my interior and returned it cleaner then when I brought it in!. Super impressed with their work. Thank you so much!!!

I will always come here, Brandon and the reception staff are so wonderful. Explains everything in a way I understand, supportive, I don't feel like they are trying to upsale me.The work done though is where the magic is, they've done both body work and internal fixes and it's gone so smoothly. Great communication from the team as well.

The car looks perfect. That part deserves a perfect 5 stars.The pick-up call after it was ready gave me 20 minutes to get there, over a mile away on foot, before it closed for a 3-day long holiday weekend, with the threat of a $60 per day storage fee if I didn t pick it up in less than 48 hours. At 73 years old, that was almost a run to get there in time, not easy, but I made it a minute before it closed. I received the email telling me it was ready the morning after I picked it up. Thus the 4-star total review.

Amanda went above and beyond and helped me get an earlier appointment then initially available and she followed up to make sure came in. They constantly kept me up to date on what's happening and delivered the vehicle on time. Overall it was a great experience.

My car was recently damaged while parked and the other party thankfully left their insurance information and were deemed 100% liable. CARSTAR ARA Collision Seattle took great care of me. They helped to ensure that my vehicle repair process was as seamless as possible including dealing with the insurance and getting a rental car. In addition, I realized my car headlights were both not working the next day and they allowed me to bring my car in and quickly diagnosed the issue as both bulbs being burned out. While I was there, I noticed some molding around my rear wheel wells were coming loose, and they helped reattach them. Thanks so much!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!Took my car for repairs + paint. The first time I dropped it off it took 2 weeks which is very reasonable, when I got it back the fender, hood, door, side skirt was not aligned with the body lines at all, the slide skirt was barley hanging on, you can tell they threw it together in a hurry to get you out of the door. Now the paint on the other hand was absolutely horrible, Im driving around with 2 different colors on my car, the factory paint color is glossy, the color they sprayed on is SATIN. I contacted Rick immediately and they had me come back in to CORRECT everything that was done the first time but couldn t get me in until 2 months later because they were running behind. I drop my car off for the SECOND time now, I SPECIFICALLY told them NOT to paint my drivers rear door. They told me they would correct the paint on the fender, door, bumper, hood etc, the painter himself came out and acknowledged that it wasn t the right paint color. This process was supposed to take 2 weeks AGAIN. Mind you, I m perfectly fine with them taking their time as i m HOPING it comes out looking factory again. They never kept me updated throughout the process but every time I would call to check in, their sorry excuse was We re running behind, we only have one painter at the moment This whole process took a full month to CORRECT their first rushed mistakes. I FINALLY get the car back after a full month of waiting, and what do you know? They didn t fix ANY of the paint, they did what I told them NOT TO DO and went and painted the rear drivers door to blend it all together. The whole left side of my car now is their sloppy paint job and the right side is my factory clean color. To top this whole experience off, when I picked up my car for the SECOND time after waiting a total of a month and a half to get my car looking factory, there was ZERO oil in my engine, I just got a oil change 3 weeks prior to dropping my car off, where did 4+quarts of oil go while the car was sitting in the shop for a month? I m really lucky I checked the oil level before driving or else I would ve blown my motor. Rick and the lady at the front desk are nice and respectful but don t take your car here if you truly value how it will come out and want it to look factory (OEM) finish.

From the beginning of reaching to the end; my experience was great. Their customer service and communication is better than any place I ve gone. The body work and paint job was done so flawlessly that you can t even tell it was repaired job. My car finished faster than expected. I had to arrange my schedule around so I make it in on time before they closed. But there was someone who was willing to stay after hours to accommodate my schedule which I really appreciate. Had my car fixed from a relatively minor incident. With all the supply chain issues going on, parts were unavailable for over a month. They worked with me and the insurance company so I could keep my car most of the time. When the parts finally came, we were traveling. So, they worked with me again to have a friend pick it up the car. Great communication throughout the process and very flexible. The work was also flawless.

I lost $650 because of an incompetent person at Carstar ARA who did the initial estimate on my repair work. Read on for full details.Carstar Ara was one of the preferred repair locations for my insurance company. I brought my car in for an insurance estimate. The guy spent 5 minutes looking at the car. He took a couple of pictures. He didn't open the hood to look at how deep the front end damage actually was. He was clearly in a hurry and gave us a repair estimate of $3,500.We made an appointment for repairs. It was a 2 month wait which is currently pretty normal. We drove the car the whole time, with a smashed up front end. I had a warning light for my tires and took it in to a tire shop where I was told the tires needed to be replaced as soon as possible. So, two weeks before my repair appointment at Carstar, I spent $900 on new tires.Two weeks later, I took my car in to Carstar for repairs. Two days later, I received a call from my insurance company telling me that the repair estimate was $8,000 and my car was being totaled. My new tires had less than 50 miles on them. When I complained to my insurance company about the value of my new tires the independent adjuster added $250 to the payout value.If he would have given a proper estimate initially I would have never spent $900 on tires two weeks before the car was declared totaled. Thanks a lot CARSTAR, I won't be back. If you do bring your car here, don't trust their estimate to be accurate.Service: Body & Trim

Everything was so easy. Amanda helped take a stressful situation - my car was hit and run at my home - and turn it into a calm and easy service. She always remembered me whenever I called. She communicated with me throughout the repairs. She helped with the rental car return because this company can check in the rental there at their site. (the rental was set up through my insurance as was the repair shop). Car Star ARA has multiple locations. This one hit the ball out of the park for me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Rick and Misty were professional and helpful. After GEICO scheduled me in the aftermath of a snow storm, they rescheduled me for a time that worked for both of us and got my rental car changed too. They patiently answered my questions and kept me up to date on the progress of the repair. The work is beautiful. After my vehicle was stolen and recovered, my insurance had recommended this place. Ryan received the vehicle. They had the vehicle for over a month. I had to facilitate calls for updates and was assured by Ryan that work was progressing. He stated that his body tech had tried to work on the wheels but couldn t fix the damage and that parts were being removed for replacement and all is well. After driving by their lot to check the progression, imagine my dismay to see the hood up during a torrential downpour on the weekend. Not only was the vehicle not taken care of, after over a month of having the vehicle, they decide they aren t going to do the repairs. If you value your time and property, do not utilize this sham of a company as they do not value your time or property. Furthermore, Ryan should be fired and the manager should be reprimanded for allowing this kind of garbage to happen. I should have taken photos of my vehicle in their lot to show the lack of care and it is too bad I couldn t have recorded the conversations I had with Ryan. Due diligence everyone. Due diligence. And please do not respond to me with the generic garbage of please contact us so we can make it right. I assure you that word of mouth advertising works amazing and I also assure you that I will be posting this incident at my work place in Everett. Yes! I said Everett.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Car was done one week longer than expected. Text updates were not always accurate; I would recommend calling for the most up to date information. Ryan and Sophia were excellent! I had damage on my left rear door from a collision and they fixed it like new. They dealt with the insurance so I didn't have to. They even cleaned the car and made it shiny!I highly recommend this place for your auto body needs. If I ever need their services again I won't hesitate to go back.
