We have used Al's Glass/Seattle Shower Door for 6+ years on our projects. They are able to do all of our glass needs for our Design Build Remodeling Company - Renewal Remodels and Additions. Shower doors, cabinet glass, mirrors, shampoo niche shelves, IGU window replacements, etc. Jorge has been absolutely wonderful to work with, and their product and service is exceptional.

I use Al's Glass for all my projects. We have done mirror walls, custom windows, and mostly custom glass for shower doors and enclosures. Always great work. I recommend asking for Edgar, he is very responsive and always stays on top on my projects making them go smoothly.

Edgar and crew did a phenomenal job! They installed a sliding glass door to my main bathroom and another to the tub of the secondary. Totally changed the look and feel of both bathrooms. Now they scream luxury and elegance. Couldn t be happier!

Jorge and his team did a fantastic job with our shower. They were always punctual and sometimes even early! Very reasonable prices with quick turnaround with projects. I have not had a better experience with a home remodeling/contractor team. Call them if you have a project.

Al's Glass/Seattle Shower Door LLC did a wonderful job replacing our old aluminum glass windows with new vinyl at our house. They were very responsive, reasonably priced and kept us in the loop on estimated delivery date and install time. They were quick to get the job done.

We always receive excellent customer service and I happily recommend Seattle Shower Door to all of our clients and colleagues. They are super easy to work with and always a fair price. Bryan is awesome and super fast to come look at the work, and the office is quick to follow up and get things ordered. They make glass replacement a breeze!

Jorge adjusted our shower door so it would swing free when opened instead of catching on the glass block opening. We purchased the door 15 years ago from Al's Glass, and though the warranty has long expired, Jorge fixed the door in 5 minutes and didn't charge us. Jorge was pleasant, professional, and skilled. I highly recommend Al's Glass for expert products and customer service. We plan to contact Al's Glass window expert to give us an estimate to fix our vinyl windows.

I had a great experience with this company, starting with Bryan who came out and provided me with an estimate. They were always on time and were very friendly and respectful of my property. These guys are awesome. Came out for a no cost estimate and built the glass shower encloser exactly like we wanted. Totally made the bathroom look like a luxury hotel bath! They were on time and well within budget. Call them- you wont be sorry. Make sure you get the higher grade glass - worth the extra cost.

We were very nervous when we built a custom shower in our new remodel. Jorge and his team at Al s Glass did an amazing job making us feel comfortable and at ease.Their design help and explanation of what needed to happen was a god send.Their price was better than all other offers we received and they were the one contractor that we had who was on budget and on schedule.We have since used Al s on 2 other projects.Thanks again Al s. We ll be in touch again for our next project.

Excellent company! Our frameless shower door started sagging after a few years and we had to remove the sweep to even use the door. Since we bought our house with that shower door, I had no idea who originally installed it. I was struggling to find a company to help since at least three companies informed me they only fix what they installed. I left a message for Al's Glass and received a call back the next business day. Jorge then came out to look at the job and give a quote, then a week later (due to our schedule) the job was done. We are pleased with the job they did, their excellent communication and professionalism.

Jorge was wonderful to work with. He installed two beautiful glass shower doors (one custom-built, and one we purchased on our own) + installed custom wall mirrors for our home gym. He was efficient, courteous, and great at keeping in touch for scheduling/status updates. He was also very flexible and patient when I had to move the time around a few times. Best of all, after the service, he cleaned everything up and ensured we were left with a beautiful space.

I am a Seattle area custom design-build general contractor since 2004, and often ordered windows, shower glass and mirror from Al's Glass. These guys (actually a 3-generation family business) do a great job, really. There are few quality businesses left around like this one. They are to glass like Frank Lumber the Door Store is to doors, or like Dunn Lumber is to lumber, or if more proof is needed, they are the Sky Nursery of glass products.

EDIT after owner's response: We were never willing clients of Al's Glass. A renter at one of our properties apparently had a window repaired or replaced without our knowledge.We didn't find out until we received a tersely worded certified letter from Al's Glass' attorney threatening a lawsuit for "unjust enrichment".Al's had apparently made no previous attempt to contact us before sending in the attorneys.

I broke an old medicine cabinet mirrored door in my bathroom and Al s glass helped me out. They matched what I needed and I had it back in only a few days. Even though it was a small $20 job they were super helpful and professional.

Super expensive prices, even for a small piece of glass . I understand business need to make money to cover cost & profit . But to over charge for every single small piece of glass that the prices become so scary high for the consumers. When the original intentention was just to replace a broken glass my self,and their prices is only for the glass . Then you realize how much high they mark up their glass. WOW.

I tried to contact them with some questions, no one picked up the phone any of the times I called and no one called back in response to the voicemail I left. Go to Tom McIntosh in Ballard instead. Very friendly and helpful staff there.
