Used this shop a few times for tire repairs over the years and they are the best option I've come across. Always friendly, fast, and very reasonably priced. This time I had a brand new car so silly me I tried going by the dealership I just spent a huge amount of money at to help me with a tire repair. What was I thinking, I know. They made me wait 2 hours then told me it's not repairable and quoted me $400. I drove over here and they had the tire fixed in less than 15 minutes. I wish dealerships weren't as price gouging and misleading as they are but at least places like this exist to help!

I took my car to ACR Tire shop on Lake City Way, a small independent shop, to fix my tire with a screw in it. They immediately removed my wheel and checked the tire. Found that the screw that was in my tire did not actually puncture the tire and then they reinstalled my tire and did not charge me! All in under 10 minutes! ACR Tire's crew were awesome! I wasting over 3 hours of time at Les Schwab before this for Les Schwab's manager to tell me they would not fix because of tread and I would need to buy a tire. I bet Les Schwab's crew new that screw did not puncture the tire.

Very fast, great prices for tires. And they have used tires if you re really on a budget. Not a fancy tire emporium with a spacious waiting room, but theres a taco truck next door that has a small building with a dining area. Or maybe the tire store owns that building and lets the taco trick park in front? Anyways it s great. I came in at noon on a Saturday and got two front tires replaced and on the road in twenty minutes. Totally recommend!

After the third time in the last month going to Les Schwab to fix a slow leak in my tire, and them not having time for me, I decided I needed to find another place nearby to get er done. I saw this place had good reviews, and took a leap of faith, and brought my car here. They fixed it within 20 mins, but also warned me that the tires were very low on tread, which I'd also noticed. I appreciate that they didn't do what Les Schwab does, which is to refuse to fix a flat tire on a tire with low tread. We talked about different options for tires. They could do the high-end, name brand tires for around $1,000, comparable to Les Schwab prices. But I appreciated that they offered two budget-friendly lesser-known brands. Since I'm in a financial crunch at the moment, I opted for the least expensive option. I was happy when she said they could get it done the next day. Brought the car in the next day, and they got it done. Sooo, for $550, and a very quick turnaround, I got four brand new tires. That's about half of what I would have paid at Les Schwab. Even if the tires last a couple of years, it'll be worth it. Really happy all around.

After all standard go-to tire shops told me I have to wait about a week to swap tires and wheels on my Tesla MY, I found this shop. No appointments no fuss, was in and out in about 30 min. Cheaper than all others. Genuine people. Definitely a customer here for the future.

I have been here several times. I have both purchased tires & had them installed as well as brought tires for them to install. Every time I have been extremely happy with my experience. The woman who helped me two of the times I had my tires changed was pleasant, knowledegable, & eager to make sure I got in & out of there as fast as possible. She is a business maker & cannot be overstated as to how much she adds to their success.Returned to have a TPMS that I had bought from a 3rd party online installed. They performed the service quickly & for little cost. Unfortunately the TPMS was defective & they gladly removed the defective unit & installed a new TPMS that I had purchased online at no cost to me.This business is the only business I consider anymore when it comes to tires. Their location may not be as massive, shiny, or impressive as their corporate competition, however, they are my go to secret weapon to accomplish my tire/wheel needs faster, less expensively, & (most importantly) better than all the rest.I write this review hoping that nobody follows my recommendation as it could make them less available to satisfy my needs. I simply couldn't keep this secret to myself any longer as the folks who run this place deserve the level of reward that matches the high value service they provide.

I had a puncture a while ago and needed to get it replaced same day. Discount Tire couldn t get me in for almost a week so I stopped here since they were very close. The owner got me in and out within 30 minutes. No appointment or anything. They have been my go to tire shop ever since then and I love them more every time I stop by!

I ran over a screw while moving and this place saved me. The woman running the shop was amazing and got me fixed and out under 20 minutes. If you need a quick fix and a price that won t make you cry then this is the shop for you!

Great people and great price, in these winter days they put in my Prius snow tires and better, I didn't need to wait 5 hours as other places were telling me to. Excellent job. In March I return for all season tires

Just went there today because I hit a curb in my Nissan Leaf and was losing tire pressure. The ladies were awesome, mounting a new tire and moving it to the rear to ensure the bent rim wouldn t cause further problems in what felt like sixty seconds! Since there s no spare on a leaf, getting it done quickly was imperative, and they did the work incredibly fast. Best of all, they did not gouge me for the price even though it would have been easy. I had my kids in car and was clearly in trouble. I really appreciate their hello and will be making ACR my go to tire shop.

Very mixed experience. I bought used rims there and had my winter tires installed on them, and they also balanced the tires. The rims were a good deal and the service was good. However, after I've installed the tires, I noticed two things:The tires weren't balanced properly, so I went back to have them balanced again. They did that for free, but before doing so started a discussion saying 'no, we've balanced them perfectly'. Turned out they weren't perfectly balanced, so they adjusted that - but they still weren't good. Went to Les Schwab to have them balanced again, now they're perfect.The other thing is that they didn't even ask if I wanted tire pressure sensors installed. I have to admit that I forgot to think about that myself, but would have expected that someone would ask me.As I said: mixed bag, good deal, very friendly, mediocre results.

I brought my car in due to a broken rim and leaky tire and they went out of they're way to do the most and lend me one while they fix my injured one. An Absolute unit of a worker.i was on the road in less than an hour.

So glad they were open on a holiday, needed tire pressure sensors replaced and they took care of it. Pretty busy on a holiday, so I guess many others were happy too. Reasonable prices, great service, good people.

Don't be put off by the lack of customer amenities! If you want fast, while-you-wait, affordable tire service, look no further. In my experience, waaaay better than the other "franschise" tire shops I've tried in our area!

Sent one of my customers there today 03/16/22 because they were in need of replacing their tires asap and found acr up the street from me, long story short my customers passenger side step board is jammed because one of the ladies there jacked up the suv in the wrong place. I called plenty of times to talk with them but no one picked up. I will never use them again. Thanks acr for your poor worksmanship! And you will never get business from me again.

Blew a tire this morning. Drove the front matched tires and rims to this shop near my house and they replaced both tires with some good tread used ones for cheap and it was quick. They were also very friendly and polite.

They are very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I love going here and even love it more that it is women doing the work. Great place!3rd time there and they are still great.

I drive a Lexus and I was suddenly confronted with a flat! I searched/called everywhere for a reasonable tire price and I was quoted for at-least $175/tire! I lost hope, then I found this place, and only for $50 at that!! Thank you so much!

In all of my 39 years on this wretched planet, this has been the one time that car maintenance has been legitimately fast (~10 mins), and the wonderful lady who runs / does the works was incredibly nice and skillful at patching my tire.10/10 would get a leak just to get it fixed here again

This place is amazing. The owner is top rate and works with you. If you need new or used tiers this is the place to go 100% of the time. I for one will only see this guy for all my tier and bake needs.

they charge me more money 2 tires because i have key nuts and they charge me $15 more cost me $160 just 2 tires seem like they pick the price. I know is not same ower.
