Jim s Auto detail was amazing. It was one of the best customer experiences I ve ever had!! I had some condensation mess my interior up with mildew/mold. And it had lots of dog hair. It was a tough job.They cleaned it so well it felt like it was fresh off the factory floor! I get my cars detailed at least once a year. I will always try and bring it back here. 10 out of five stars in my book!!!

We first used Jim s Detail Shop with my husband s truck (2016 Tacoma) and now my Sequoia (2021). This is the second time we ve used their services for buff, polish, ceramic seal, etc. and our cars always look show room new. Shout out to Henry, one of the detailers, for spot checking and buffing my beast of a car. Thank you most of all to Adam for always ensuring we re happy with the results and his kind customer service. The results truly speak for themselves!Service: Wheel washing

Fair, upfront pricing. Did a stellar job with mold/mildew removal and went above my expectations and provided and exterior clean and detail in addition for free. Would recommend to anyone.

Took my 2003 Eclipse in to get it looking better. Had the interior done and the exterior with a ceramic finish. My car looks almost brand new. I'm overjoyed with what they were able to do. Pure magic! And the customer service is phenomenal! My Lexus suv is 15 years old and has never been professionally detailed. I always drove by this shop when my sister in law lived nearby so when I decided to find the pros this is the first place I thought of. They are super flexible with drop off and pick up, kept my car a bit longer due to my hectic schedule of not being able to pick up next day, not only that Adam was super helpful with every step of the way from providing a quote to finalizing everything at pick up. My suv results were amazing for a reasonable price too. They didn t skip out on anything. Every spot was cleaned. Leather is softer and well conditioned. Had the ozone treatment as well as carpets shampooed. I even had everything cleaned out under the hood! The guys detailing gathered around at pick up and were proud of the hard work they put into the vehicle to show the results. The staff atmosphere was great, you can tell they care about each vehicle and providing top notch service. Great customer service and expertise from this shop. I highly recommend! This was my third or fourth detail from this location and every time it s been 10/10 felt like a new car when I got it back. I wish I had taken a before picture because it was embarrassing (I have two husky mixes and my car had an entire layer of dog hair when I dropped it off) I didn t even want to get in it when I picked it up today it looked so good. Huge shout out to Henry and Adam you guys are amazing and I ll see you again soon :)

Mobile car wash guy who would come to my house folded shop, so I went back here after a positive experience years ago with a (mini?) detail. Not as impressed with the car wash only...no better / cleaner than my mobile guy was, more of a hassle, and twice as expensive...

Best Job I've ever gotten for 60. I wish I lived nearby I would get a full detail and wax from these guys. I was watching them work on other cars while I was waiting, they do phenomenal work.

Was recommended by a coworker. Did not disappoint. I had my windows tinted at a lower price than anyone in the area. They also did a complementary wash. The work was done within a few hours. These guys do outstanding work. Drop off was easy and they allowed me to pick up at end of day. Reasonable prices and my car looks awesome! Took what was a neglected Honda civic si interior and made it almost brand new except for some stuff that just doesn t come out after 15 years of neglect. Great job guys

We are so happy with the detailing we received from Jim's Detail Shop! Our car had many stains and hadn't been cleaned in years, and they got it looking almost like new. Also, everyone was very friendly. We plan to return!

OMGOSH!! Had my Prius taken here after sitting for 1yr. There was mold, mildew and the inside was just gross! After Adam and Brandon got through with it, it looked like a BRAND NEW CAR! I found out that a rat had built a nest behind one of the wheels and they completely removed and thoroughly cleaned the entire area. It didn t smell like air freshener, it just smelled CLEAN!! I couldn t be happier and will definitely be going back with all my vehicles. Thank you!! My car had been quite neglected over the course of the pandemic, but I wanted a nice clean car to install our carseat in to before we start our new adventure of parenthood.I called in on a Monday and easily got a hold of someone who was able to fit me in on Friday. When I arrived on Friday, Jason did a walk through with me to talk about expectations and what would be done on my car. I personally appreciate this level of professionalism, transparency, and communication.When I picked up my car later that day, I was so impressed with the service. Jason and team did a great job, my car looked brand new. The quality of the detail was good on the body wax. The windows were terribly smeared like they used dirty rages. The armor all on the dash was half done. Over all I am very happy with the cleaning of the vehicle.Note: we flew out of Seatec Airport they supplied shuttle to and from the airport. Was the best way to kill two birds with one stone, we felt that our car was secure while we were gone.Thank you Adam and your crew!!

My car is 20 years old and parked on the street. I wanted a good coat of wax on it for the winter and I decided to have the interior done also. Jim's Detail did an excellent job that exceeded my expectations and I expected a lot! Everything was spotless and beautiful and it gave me a real lift to have my old car looking so nice. Brought my car in for interior mold removal and detailing. Not only did they do an amazing job, they took their time to perfect it. My car has been sitting for over 8 months and I have admit it was looking almost un-cleanable, but the staff at Jim's made magic happen for a very decent price (we know this because we got quoted from a different place for just regular cleaning and it was pricey compared to what we paid for mold removal, detail and protectant). The staff are friendly, they are on top of communication and they will be the only people I go to for both my cars.

These guys are great! I had some scratches on my car, some light and some deeper than others but these guys did an amazing job at restoring and treating scuffs and scratches! These guys are absolute gems at their craft! Drop your car off and do not hesitate! Matt and his crew are amazing! I used to deal with "Jim's Detail" years ago and had less than good results from him and his prior crew. I got tired of the poor quality and attitude (they thought A LOT of themselves). Someone told me that Jim was gone, so I tried them again. I couldn't be more impressed. Each vehicle I have brought in was returned to me better than I would have imagined. Extra little details were taken care of. My price never fluctuated from the original quote. One of the rigs I purchased from Texas and had red clay imbedding in every nook and cranny (heater vents, door jambs etc) and I just asked that they do the best they could, as the stiff is impossible for me at least to get out permanently. When I picked the vehicle up, there wasn't a trace I could find left. Have no idea how they did it. Matt not only manages the show, but takes on the hard stuff and works with the rest of the crew. They get along like friends and the results are obvious.Thank you Matt, I will never take my rigs anywhere else and hope you never leave!

Had a Chevy Sports van that was sitting for a few years, lots of Grime and Built up moss on the body, the interior was very musky due to the vehicle being shut and not aired for quite a while. the boys at Jim's performed a Miracle and brought it back to an amazing finish, the Van looks near new both inside and out. even the chrome shines!. I gave them a challenge and they rose to the occasion and did a complete and thorough job. the price I was charged was fair for the job and the time they took to complete the job was very quick when I considered all the had to tackle to bring this vehicle back to life. I highly recommend Jim's Detail Shop. you will not be disappointed.

I had my windows tinted here a long time ago on my red Mercedes-Benz coupe.They are very kind and completed the service in about an hour and a half.The job was done excellently. The tint today still looks brand new with zero bubbles.As a bonus, after the service, they washed and vacuumed my car for FREE! They also said if I had any problems after that they would fix with no problems.The employees are very nice, the location is clean! ( may look sketchy but it really isn't ).I recommend them all the time for detailing needs.

I went to this place with high expectations. I m a pretty easy going person, I don t like confrontation and being a single lady at a car garage full of large men I state my case. They tried to up-sell me an $100 plus detailing job, but based on what comes next I think I ll pass. I paid nearly 60$ for an advertised basic inside outside car wash with mats cleaned. I ended up with a exteriorly cleaned vehicle, but I expected like at least vacuum up the mats, I received my vehicle with no front mats, they were forgotten, drenched also as the man put them back into my car and if I hadn t mentioned it I supposed those would ve been gone. The rest of my car, sporting just an empty trunk and a gorilla mat liner wasn t even vacuumed or for that matter, or removed for a pressure wash. They dusted but I even asked about wiping down some stains, and the guy there says well maybe if you re lucky they ll get it. I should've left when I heard that but I was too hopeful. This is not worth $60 maybe a thirty $30 job at most and probably done better by a teenager.Update: 10/25I had the opportunity of communicating with Kevin, he was interested in my experience and requested more details on why I was so unsatisfied. To be honest that alone has been enough to allow me to consider giving them a second shot. He was concerned and really focused on what could be done moving forward so that customers are satisfied. That shows me that they actually care about the business. I won t say anything against good solid integrity. I promised to give him back a star for communication which I have done. I will honestly consider giving Jim s detail another shot sometime in the future.This alone left a huge impression. Thank you.

Follow up:After I gave them adequate time to respond I posted the negative review the leased car had been returned and then they called to try to make amends too little too late.I took my Nissan Leaf to Jims Detail in preparation for my lease return inspection. They charged me about $60.00 more than the dealer would have but they were in a convenient location and they had the time to do it. When we went to pick it up, after they had closed, the interior of the car was very wet and the backup camera did not work. When I dropped off the car the camera worked great.I went back twice and was told both times the boss would call me back. I left several voice mail messages for the boss and none were returned. Apparently their policy is if you break the customer s car ignore them long enough and they will go away. I can t think of a reason anybody would ever want the take their car to Jims Detail.But at least my broken car was clean.

Just about a year ago I brought a car that I'd just purchased in for a full inside and out detail. I called ahead and made an appointment to ensure a proper experience. After dropping off my car on a Tuesday AM and being told it would be ready in the PM, I let them know I work late and was in no rush and that Wednesday would be fine.Wednesday came, and I received no call from Jim's Detail Shop. I called on Thursday to inquire about the status and was told the car could be done by the PM. I reminded them I work late and that I could be by on Friday. They said they would call, however I heard nothing on Friday.I called on Saturday morning to ask about my car and was told it was being finished up and that they would call me when it was done. As closing time approached I called again and was told the car was ready and to come on down. When I arrived the manager asked "Do you have a garage or carport because the car needs to dry and we don't want it to mold?". I don't have either available. They offered to keep the car until Monday (they are closed on Sunday) so that the carpets could dry. I was happy to allow for this, but the fact that this detail took an entire week after I made an appointment seems ridiculous.The manager offered me 10% off and a 10% coupon for a future service. A nice gesture I guess, but nah, I wont be back.Oh, and after this "Complete Detail" I found a 2" french fry, a ice scraper and a pen under the two front seats. Not very impressive.
