Joe knows what he is doing. Over 50 years of experience, he is meticulous and professional. So far, I've called him twice and each time he got me on the road at a very reasonable price. I trust his work, I trust his judgement. He has replaced my serpentine belt, radiator and given me an entire new front brake system and even added fresh grease to the front joints! Best mechanic I've worked with. Every other mechanic in fed, kent, and tacoma took a look at my car and told me it would cost anywhere between $3400-$17000 to fix, and he did it for a tenth of that. I will never call another mechanic ever again. Thank you so much Joe!!

Joe is amazing! Before you consider calling anyone else, call Joe first. I'm so happy that I did. I texted him and he quickly responded and fit me in next day. My 2000 jeep wrangler sport was sitting for two years because I thought it needed more work than it did. He told me over the phone he thought it was the battery but I wanted him to come look anyways. He checked it out and it did in fact need a new battery. He drove me to the auto parts shop, gave me advice on a battery and then drove me back and installed it. He also let me know it needed an oil change. After he left I called him back 10 minutes later to see if he would change the oil. He told me to go pick up oil and a filter and he'd come back that afternoon and he did. He's quick, he knows what he's doing, and he's affordable. I appreciate that he was showing me what he was doing and he was TEACHING me what to look for. He's super easy going, honest, fun to talk to, and overall enjoyable company. He was also great with my 3 kiddos as well. He gained a forever customer with me. I will always call him before I call anyone else, and I will be recommending him to everyone I know that needs help with their cars. Thank you so much, Joe. If I could give Joe 10 stars I would!! He saved us THOUSANDS of dollars by preventing us from buying a "lemon" vehicle! He was super responsive and a great communicator. He did a comprehensive inspection on a potential one ton truck purchase. Fantastic service. Highly recommend!

Joe is fantastic. He came out to service my Class C RV since not many shops will work on them. He was straightforward, honest, punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and even took the time to show me around my new vehicle so I would be better prepared to service it myself next time. I had a great time "helping" him out, and would never consider calling another mobile mechanic in the Seattle area. All around great guy. Had a great experience with JoJoe. On very short notice, he came out to help me with my electrical issues on our Honda Pilot. Had to replace the alternator AND the battery since after his check, they were both dead. He even gave me a ride to the closes auto shop to buy a new battery. He was very professional and also very helpful in getting us up and running within a few hours. I'll continue to use Jo if we ever need to car repairs. Thanks JoJoe!Service: Electrical repair

Joe was amazing! He has a PhD In auto repair. Should call him Dr Joe based on his professionalism and work he did to help me fix my car. My car wasn't starting and after testing the battery with no success I gave him a call and he showed an hour later. He thoroughly tested several different options as well as walking me through what he was doing. He eventually found the issue and all we needed to do was replace a part. Unfortunately we weren't able to get the part that day. Instead of selling his services again to have him come out and fix it when I got the part he actually showed me how to replace the part. He was concerned about making sure I not only saved money but had the confidence to work on my own car. Throughout the day he followed up several times to make sure everything was going well. I was able to replace the part and get my car working again. Not only did Joe help me get my car working again he left me with the confidence to take on any issues that may come up again. Joe is great have been using his services for years ! trust worthy and has done different work on my last 3 cars. Joe is an exceptional mechanic, he came by my house as soon as he could to help with swapping out an alternator on a 2000 Lexus LS400. Had the part ready and battery charged. Joe was able to get the part out and get it swapped quickly and professionally. The work looks great and car is back in shape. I highly recommend this mechanic, he does excellent work for a fair price!

I called Joe the day after Christmas to fix my car. He was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Even though he had to travel a pretty far distance to get to my car, he still did it and was prompt and very friendly. He got the job done quickly and before we knew it the car was running again. He is very reasonably priced and I recommend using his services throughout the whole greater Seattle area.

I have a 1973 Ford F-250 and it started smoking on me with a wire. Joe came out super fast, fixed it, but also explained what/how he was fixing it. Joe really knows his stuff. Fantastic service!!! My family and I were broke down in Seattle coming back from Disneyland. Joe was willing to meet us late Friday evening when our flight arrived to diagnose the problem. When he found out we were stranded and needed to get home, he rearranged his busy schedule to get us fixed and on the road the next day.Joe took the time to explain the process which was important to me because I don't trust anyone with my cars. Immediately he put my mind at ease and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. Price was fair and work was done right. I would definitely recommend. Thanks again Joe!!!

Joe is like the auto mechanic uncle I ve never had! He is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. I felt like I could ask him anything and he knew the answers and even talked me through it all. I got to help out a little while He answered questions about portions of my engine and gave me advice. He kept telling me that he doesn t need me to fix my issue I just need HELP! And he was coming to HELP me! He even showed up way earlier because he was able to finish his other jobs a lot sooner, which was great for me! He s a more than reasonable price. Joe came over to change the fuel pump in a 2003 Volvo, not an easy task but he did an excellent job and had the car up and running in a couple hours and at a reasonable cost.I found Joe to be an excellent mechanic, very personable, on time and hard working.I'd highly recommend Joe for your auto repair needs.

Joe is a true legend and saving grace when it comes to mobile mechanics! I replaced my clutch on my Ram 2500 and was having difficulty putting the transmission back on. Before I decided to call a tow truck to come get my dismembered truck, I called Joe and he came that weekend. While talking to Joe on the phone, I was a little nervous since he mentioned he hadn't worked on diesels much, but I was in need of any kind of help at this point. After a little bit of struggling we got the transmission back in, and he helped with the transfer case as an added bonus. At this point in time I would not question Joe's capabilities and he is reasonably priced. If you need help at home this is the person you need.

I had a work van that had a dead battery parked in front of my house. Because it has an electronic shifting mechanism, I couldn't even put in into neutral so I could move it. I called around to several places and wasn't happy with one thing or another with my phone conversations with the mobile mechanics- many of them didn't answer the phone. I needed the van up and running immediately, so I kept going down the list in Google.Finally, I stumbled upon Home Care Auto Repair and Joe. I was pleasantly surprised at his professional manner and the fact that he could come by right away to help me out- so I hired him.He came by at the time he said he would be here, checked the battery, pulled it and ran it over to O'reilly's for me to charge it.Fast forward a few hours later, battery still had no charge. They wouldn't take a credit card over the phone, so Joe offered to come pick me up and take me to O'reillys so that I could pay for the battery. Hell of a nice thing to do and certainly above and beyond.We got back, Joe installed the new battery in no time and charged me a very reasonable amount.I'll be using Joe and Home Auto Repair exclusively in the future for my work vehicles and I'm telling everyone I know about him. This kind of service is almost a thing of the past- so it's nice to know there are people that still believe in providing excellent service.

JoJoe took great care of me. My alternator went out, he came out and inspected it and fixed it the following day. Took me to run my morning errands prior to him working on my car cause I had no way of getting around, what great customer service!Definitely will be referring him to anyone that may need their car worked on!!

Jojo is a great mechanic. He has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable. He checked everything very thoroughly. He had my car running again in no time. His prices are very far. He's all about the customer service. I will definitely use his services again. And will recommend him to all my friends.

This is has been the best experience I have ever had with getting my car fixed. Jojoe is the best! My car overheated and I needed a diagnosis as to why. I called and jojoe came right over, not only did he do a thorough diagnosis but when he explained everything to me it was very easy to understand. He broke everything down so by the time he left I had a good understanding as to what was going on with my car. A couple of days later he came back to do the repair on my car. That also seemed to work out effortlessly. He came to my apartment and completely changed my radiator in around 2hrs. Once again he was so nice and willing to explain everything that he we doing to my car. My whole experience with him has been perfect, I am definitely going to call Jojoe again if anything is ever wrong with my car in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars I could!!

Joe was probably the best kind of person I could have hoped for when my serpentine belt broke for my 2015 mazda 3. Very patient when I had dumb questions, and had all the right tools for the job. Went above and beyond to make sure my car was working before I left. Thank you Joe, and screw mazda for making the serpentine replacement process so convoluted.
