I ve been going to Autobahn for about 2.5 years now and couldn t be any happier with their service. Steve (the owner) is amazing- always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, super fair with pricing, and consistently takes great and expedient care of my older 2012 Audi. I couldn t recommend him and his team any more highly!!

Great crew here. They got my older Audi A3 in next day morning for a brake fault diagnosis and multi-point inspection, which was done by midday. Then the owner Steve and I had a honest discussion about the needed fixes and their price vs. worth that left me feeling informed to make a decision, rather than pressured to spend money.

Great customer service and explained what was happening to our car in a way that made sense vs a bunch of car terms that are confusing. We received an honest opinion about potentially not getting the car fixed because it could cost more than it was worth. We are very thankful for the caring customer service and direct knowledge so we could make our own decision. I am telling anyone I know w/a VW or Audi to get their cars serviced here!

Honest. Hardworking. High quality work. Extremely competitive pricing.These guys worked on my RS5 and did an excellent job. Quoted me for an OEM brake job that blew everyone out of the water. Stealership wanted 2.3x the price. Brakes were installed well and perform better than factory. Requested an oil change also with the job (these guys use Liquimoly, which is what I demand in all my cars). Quoted me an unreal price for it. After checking the oil level in my vehicle after the oil change, it was at the maximum level. They could've skimped behind my back there--but didn't. Small details like this say a lot more than words can. The cherry on top was they got it done fast.Guess where I'm taking my future R8?

Brought my 2019 VW Alltrack in yesterday for an oil change and an APR stage 1 ecu tune. What a great experience! I had done a good amount of research before deciding to go with Autobahn Autowerkz as my new shop since I just recently moved to Seattle from CA. A great & honest mechanic is worth its weight in gold. I was not disappointed. A++ service from Steve and his team. Professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took care of my requests same day and even made time to service the Haldex AWD system.Thanks again Steve! What a shop! Awesome dudes, helped me transfer an apr tune license and reflash, also picked up some fresh ignition coils they had in stock. Crazy fast got me in same day and had it done in under an hour for half what the other apr dealers charged. Plus they stock tons of liquimoly products! If i didnt live 70 miles away this would be my go to place for everything on my golf R! And if i ever need a big job done that i dont have time to do myself i will definitely return!

Steve was absolutely fantastic, and I have no doubt the rest of the employees share the same values and provide the same results. All of the requested work was completed in less than the estimated time with no error to be found and absolute care taken throughout the process. My car was clearly treated as if it was their own and I couldn't ask for better service. Thanks to everyone at Autobahn Autowerkz for their hard work and dedication!

Definitely the best VW Audi shop around. I ve taken a few of my cars to them and have been happy with their work every time. I brought these guys my '05 Touareg for a check engine light, which they were able to diagnose and fix not only quickly, but cheaply as well. They have a labor rate that's close to rock bottom for the industry, and when you couple that with decades of combined Volkswagen/Audi experience, this makes some of the best money I've spent in years. I am new to the area and needed to find a place for my Volkswagen Passat. I tried calling a few places and ended up deciding to go with Steve because of the amazing reviews. Let me just say that the reviews are true! I came in because I had an EPC light coming on intermittently. The reasons this light could come on were scary (thank you google). After a throughout inspection, Steve let me know it was the level of oil. He told me what to watch out for in the future to make sure that doesn t happen again. His prices are fair and he is honest, which is rare to find! Also, support your local mom/pop shops! If you have a Volkswagen or Audi this is THE PLACE TO GO! Don t wait, make an appointment now! Not only were they the most inexpensive around, Steve is awesome to talk to. They all are really helpful and knowledgeable. I got my timing chain assembly done on my 17 passat and they had it done within a day and had me in a week and a half from when I called. I m sure that I won t be using any other shop for my car just because of how good the experience is.Services: Engine repair, Auto maintenance

These folks are honest and do great work with a high level of integrity. They gave me a very fair deal for the work they did, much lower than the dealership quoted me. And they were very respectful in communicating the specifics of their work to me, something that, unfortunately, not all service departments do with women. Steve is one heck of a stand up mechanic. He knows his stuff really well and is always easy to talk to and informative. I have only had amazing experiences with Steve and his team. I highly recommend this shop if you have an Audi you will get the most professional and proper service for your car and personally 10/10.

Took my older Audi here and had a couple repairs done at a fair price. Steve also suggested it was not worth looking into another potential issue after a DIY job I did, which as he though turned out to be a complete non-issue. Plenty of other shops would be happy to spend your money diagnosing something but Steve is fair and reasonable.

Steve was absolutely amazing! I had a lot of engine and timing chain work that needed to be done on my 2010 VW GTI and called around to a A LOT of different shops. Steve was hands down the most knowledgeable and professional person I spoke with. I live about an hour away in Olympia but after seeing his work and attention to detail he is worth the drive and there's no other place I'd trust with my cars. He does amazing work for a very good price and in a timely manner. The thing I liked most of all was that you can really tell he loves what he does and has a real passion for VWs and Audis. I'm a big car enthusiast and love my cars. It's nice to see someone else who treats them with respect as if it was their own. I'm 100% taking all my VWs and Audis to him from now on. Keep in mind he is in high demand because of how awesome he is so there's a little bit of a wait but take it from me he is absolutely worth it!Service: Engine repair

I've taken my B5 S4 to Autobahn Autowerkz three times now for major services and can 100% recommend their work. Steve is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He answers calls and emails quickly, and pricing is very fair! He explains the work to be done in detail (before and after he does the work), and answers any questions I have. They work with your schedule to make it convenient, offering after hours drop off and pick up. I completely trust him with my car and he always does a thorough job!

Steve is exactly the kind of person I enjoy dealing with. He is straight up, honest and up front about what your car needs and what is nice to have. That is what I look for from someone working on my car. He was detailed in what my car needed and he came thru on time and performed high quality work. Steve and Joey are amazing. Their quality of work is exceptional and second to none. I ve taken my RS5 for new exhaust, wheel and tire work, and just lately did lowering springs. Steve always gets the job done about a day earlier than expected. They are professional and also informative. Thank you both for your great work!

Can't speak highly enough about Steven and this shop. Took in my Q5 at short notice and they rectified multiple severe engine light errors. What stood this shop apart was that only the necessary work was completed, where Audi have overcharged for precautionary work in the past. The price for the work was by far the lowest quote I got and all with OEM parts, really glad I found this place. If you're an Audi owner don't hesitate, they know the brand inside out!

Steve is the most thorough and knowledgeable mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of going to. He helped diagnose and fix a few issues on my S4 and made sure I was informed every step of the way. He is also a dealer for a lot of aftermarket companies and as such has great recommendations for higher quality parts to replace OEM.

Steve at Autobahn is very professional and takes time to thoroughly answer customer questions. I had a problem with my car failing to start and turn off, and he was able to order a replacement part and find time to get my car fixed within a few days of my calling for help. This guy! IS AWESOME! I have a 2001 Audi S4 with two hundred and sixty-seven thousand miles on it and it is still a blast to drive thanks to Steve. He runs a small shop, only two bays with lifts, and doesn t have a lot of employees on his payroll (maybe some part time help). This keeps his overhead low. His prices are good and he is honest, fair and competent. Because of this he is usually booked a month in advance but well worth the wait. If you are looking for someone to help maintain your out of warranty Audi or want to upgrade your brand new Bavarian blaster this is your guy.

Amazing! I had my clutch and flywheel assembly replaced. Steve was so genuinely nice, and trustworthy; just a really great experience all around. Edit: I should add that he when I couldn't make it in to get my car on Friday, he called me up on Saturday even though they're normally closed just to let me know that he was going to be around and give me another option to get my car. I really appreciated it.

Honest mechanics! Steve is a tenacious, skilled and honest mechanic. I have a problem car that I've been chasing a gremlin in for years that Steve managed to corner. I have been charged far more by dealerships and other independent mechanics that did not manage to fix the problem. Fantastic experience with my 2001 Audi allroad. Steve is the owner and mechanic. He is extremely knowledgable and detail oriented. He knows how to work with enthusiasts. I was extremely pleased with my service today and he will be doing all future work for me and I will be referring my friends. Really nice guy too and shop is super clean.
