If I could rate them higher, I would. Bruce will be the only person to work on my 5th wheel from now on. Bruce replaced few furnace parts for me and did it quickly, efficiently, and inexpensively. He goes above and beyond and the two of them there couldn't be friendlier.

I have an 80's StarCraft tent trailer. The furnace died on me and I learned that parts were no longer available through Bruce. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I ended up not replacing the furnace but have been spreading the word around town. I'm glad to have a local RV expert so close.

Bruce is very qualified Tech. I had an issue with the wiring for the electric brakes on my 32ft fifth wheel. He fixed it and now my wife and I can be on our way for our anniversary trip. I'm a very happy customer and would recommend High times RV to friends and family.

We were traveling from Pennsylvania and broke an awning. We called Annette at Hightimes RV and they had us drive over right away. Bruce fixed our awning, they answered a myriad of questions we had about our Airstream, and they even gave us some custom-smoked cheese! Wow, High Times is great. Very good communication, fast friendly service and they also taught me a few things I didn't know. My AC and fridge died on a trip, got home and in less than 12 hours of having my trailer, they had the issue fixes. I'm DONE working with Tacoma RV, I will be using the local business and High Times has a new customer for life. Thank you Bruce and Annette!

Bruce and Annette were both incredibly friendly and professional. Turn around time was really quick and they stayed and took their time to answer my questions and give me tips on how to maintain my camper. I will no doubt do business with them again.

Bruce and his wife are awesome!!! We brought our 2018 Jayco 5th wheel to them because we had a problem with our slide. Not only did Bruce find the problem but fixed it in one day!!! Annnddd the cost was A LOT less than we thought it would ever be!! We will definitely be back to High Times for all our 5th maintenance or needs. Not only did he fix our issue but also gave us a few great tips on ways to maintain our 5th! I would definitely recommend High Times to anyone needing repairs or routine maintenance for their RV!Service: Body & Trim

Annette listened to my problem on the phone, consulted her propane refrigerator expert, Bruce, then called me back and relayed his solution perfectly and gave me my next step if the proper burp technique doesn't work. Excellent interaction. I trust both.

Both very knowledgeable and experienced with all levels of RV care. Will take the time out to explain the proper steps you should take to properly maintain your RV and answer any questions you have in reference to RV care. I've been to other RV repair centers that failed to provide the overall professional experience and courtesy along with the competitive rates. I finally felt I got what I paid for. I wish I would have known about him sooner. But all my future RV maintenance and care will be done through them.

I called to get some help with an RV that wouldn't start. He told me that he doesn't do anything under the hood anymore but suggested someone else who can help. Over the course of the conversation, he asked about the problems I was having and was very willing to listen. He gave some suggestions that ended up working! Very nice and I would not hesitate to use his services.

Bruce at High Times flat saved our camping plans! Called them, told them out problem, was told "bring it here!" so I did. Less than an hour later I was on the road with everything dialed in as it oughta be! Out-effing-standing people and service!

Great people, very helpful with refrigerator problem. Thought I was going to have to buy a hole new fridge turn out to be a $5.00 part instead of a $1500 fridge. Will definitely recommend or take my travel trailer to them for repair whenever needed.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I had a problem with my propane tank and although they were unable to fix it they helped me immensely by suggesting another business, Black Bear Outpost who were able to solve my valve problem. I was extremely grateful for there assistance.
