When you need to sell your car (not even necessarily a Mitsubishi), this may well be the best place. Our experience went well, we received a fair offer, and because we had the title in hand, we were able to get a check for it without waiting weeks and weeks. The employees were upbeat, helpful, and completely true to their word. Refreshing! To help others if they decide to go this route, we learned a few things to share: if your car still has a loan on it, expect your check in 4 to 8 weeks as they go through the process with your loan outfit and have to wait for the car title. Once they have it, you get the money from selling your car. If you have the title in hand, it is a much quicker process and you can be out of there in a couple hours. However, be sure to ask if someone will be around to sign the check, because sometimes you'll need to come back for it.Otherwise, great experience, and much safer than meeting some scammer in a parking lot, risking having them jack your car or threaten your life. Younkers Dealership is there, like others who participate in this program, to save you time and trouble. Thank you, folks!

Friendly staff, efficient service, quality work. Also I was handed a brown bear coupon at the end of my service by a young man named Gene and he perfectly explained how the coupon works and where the nearest brown bear car wash is.

I got an appointment on short notice on my part to have my car serviced (oil change and transmission fluid replaced) I was given an accurate estimate of the time necessary to complete the work, and price. As an added courtesy, they also washed my car and cleaned the interior. This was the kind of customer service that was typical at dealerships iin the past, but less common in today's world. It is this type of consideration that makes doing business with this dealership a satisfying experience
