Alan is a fantastic individual and strives to ensure that your business experience with Vision Auto Repair is care-free. Before moving out of state last year, I routinely brought my Toyota Tacoma here for its regular servicing. The automotive work was always top-notch, the prices were fair, and Alan would always communicate any deficiencies found during an inpsection. He would also give you his honest opinion about whether you should address an automotive issue at that moment, or wait and see how it progresses. Before I moved, Alan ordered and installed new aftermarket lights for my truck at the last minute, and also did a complimentary inspection to make sure I wouldn't have any issues during my travels. These actions speak to his high level of customer service, and the quality of work performed at Vision Auto Repair. Thank you Alan and Vision Auto Repair!

Alan is without question the nicest and most capable mechanic I ve ever met. You can count on Alan to be fair, honest and tell you what your car needs and what it doesn t. I recently had the pleasure of working with Alan on a repair job for my car, and I must say that he provided outstanding service. From the moment I brought my car to him, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the issues I was experiencing. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly examined my vehicle to determine the root cause of the problem.Alan provided me with a detailed explanation of what needed to be fixed, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. My truck started making high pitch whining sound on the freeway and I tried to get it scheduled with Toyota dealer for repair. They told me they would charge me $150 for diagnostic plus any necessary repair. And they were booked for about a month out. I was like forget it and reached out to Allen just one of the local repair shop Honestly this wasn t just one of the local repair shop they were truely honest and only tell you what ever is necessary yo repair. Allen was able to get my truck in and diagnose the problem right away without charging me for diagnoses and got it fixed super super affordable and honest repair shop.. I decided to bring my wife BMW X5M for repair also next day. I already have it scheduled with BMW and they quoted me for minimum of $1500 for airbag malfunction diagnose. Allen took care of it in matter of 2 minutes with only fraction fraction fraction of the cost. Perhaps not even fraction maybe pocket of change.. these are the people who really cares about you and the neighbors Service: General repairs & maintenance

Alan was SO helpful! I needed my headlight fixed and he was very generous with helping me figure out what was wrong with it and what my options were to get it fixed. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any car help. He was very flexible and easy to work with and talk to. Alan and his mechanics are great at what they do. The owner Alan is honest and straight forward with you on what repairs are needed on your car. And he doesn't try and sell you parts that you don't need. Like I said he's very honest. If you're having a problem with your vehicle I highly recommend you come here. He even checks in with you after the repairs are done to see how things are going.

Alan and his team are very knowledgeable and in detail. They did fix oil leak issue as well as transmission service on my 2009 toyota Corolla. I did have good experience with another local workshop, but recently I started working with Alan. As of now, I am very satisfied and impressed by their work. I couldn t believe I wasted my time going to other mechanics who didn t fix my car when I was referred to Alan, he knew right away what needed to be taken care of right away and he even suggested to wait for the other part later on, usually other shops don t that. He and his team are very professional and give a great advice. I recommend him, even if you want to talk to him first before moving forward he is very patient and one thing that I love is that he listens.Now I am his new customer forever. Alan and the team at Vision Auto Repair are trustworthy, upfront and ALWAYS honest about what repairs are needed and which ones aren t. I take all of my cars here because they can do it all! Don t waste your time at other shops and just come here. You won t be disappointed! Thanks again Alan for having a shop with integrity unlike these other guys!

I had to have my engine replaced and Alan went above and beyond to find me the best deal and he and his crew were very easy to work with. They did a great job and my car is running better than before! Even though it's not nearby for me, I will definitely make the trip down for any future car repairs.

Alan at Vision Auto could not have been more genuinely amazing! He had his team look over my car and quickly was able to determine the problem and didn't just tell me "it's gonna cost X amount" he broke it all down for me and gave me a few options! Honesty and transparency are worth their weight in gold to me when it comes to mechanics and I will definitely be using them again!

Update: Been coming to them for everything car related for some time now, and they just keep being fantastic. Everything below remains true.These guys checked every box in a wish list for mechanics. We needed emergency repairs but our usual (and quite good) mechanic was swamped, he recommended Vision. We showed up after closing and while writing out a keydrop slip we were brought in by the friendly staff working late. We didn't even ask about getting it back quickly, but they realized we were in a jam and busted out our repairs in record time, and well under the prices I looked up. Alan took pictures of both entire projects, side by side pictures of the new and old parts, and the parts installed. He talked us through it in simple terms, and even helped us out on the cost. Oh, and I expect weeks for repairs not a day(s) but they did it because they knew we relied on the vehicle. Really top notch, I honestly didn't think mechanics of this calibre existed. Can you tell I was impressed!? I was! We had a great mechanic, but frankly their recommendation was too good! Integrity, skill, and empathy are all in huge supply. Can't recommend them enough. Though I am conflicted in sharing such a gem.

Alan and his crew are amazing! Always helpful, honest, and fair priced! It can be hard to find somewhere that will work on Fords that doesn't cost and arm and a leg and Alan has helped me with big and small repairs and the work has been great.

My family has been going Vision Auto Repair for years. On Tuesday, Alan and his team fixed my truck that wouldn't start. Bad sensor was the problem.There customer service is Excellent and prices are reasonable.Keep up the good work!Thank you,Willy

Alan (owner) is a rare honest find in this profession. Vision has worked on many of our cars including our RV. He is knowledgeable and skilled at his profession. I have recommended several of my friends to Vision and will continue to do so. Prices are reasonable and the quality of work is excellent. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Techs will help resolve issues using out-of-box thinking to resolve complex issues/problems to save me money and time. Definitely recommend doing 5 - Stars.

I have been doing business with Vision Auto since it opened and worked with Alan before he bought the business from the original owner and changed the name to Vision Auto Repair. He is one of the truly honest people in the auto repair business and will always do what is in the best interest of his customers. These negative reviews must be from someone with a personal grudge since I can say without a doubt that Alan would never charge for work he and his team hasn't done. As a matter of fact, half the time I bring my car in he doesn't even charge me for all the work he HAS done.All you have to do is chat with any of his mechanics to see that Alan has instilled his "Vision" of honesty and customer service across the entire team. They clearly tell you what is going on with your car and will never push you to fix something unless it really needs to be fixed right now. If it's something that can wait, they will explain the situation to you and let you decide when you want to take care of it.I give Vision Auto Repair my highest rating for competence, fair pricing, customer service and honesty.

My 2004 Honda is very pleased and so am I. Alan and his team are very thorough. Alan took time to explain everything that needed to be done and options and cost for each. His quote was very reasonable and the car was finished on time. I would recommend VISION AUTO REPAIR if you need to have work on your car.

This place is outstanding, when I came in, I didn t know this area very well. Went to an auto part store and the lady there told me if you need any help with your car, go to Vision Auto repairs ask for Alan. Met him, great guy, down to earth and his mechanics. Top notch/WOW customer service and knowledgeable and experienced. Don t look any further, hit them up.

I started taking my 2007 Subaru to this place over two years ago when it was still Evol Automotive. It got great reviews then and in my opinion it still does (true I'm the first to review here...but they do already have three 5 star reviews on Yelp under their new name!) Alan the previous manager bought the shop and renamed it Vision Auto Repair. I can honestly say that I always feel that Alan (owner) and Mike (the main Mechanic) are always upfront and honest with me in regards to what needs done and what does not. On top of that their prices are fair and when repairs are needed they are completed in a timely manner. You can't go wrong with oil changes at approximately $30 and knowledge that they will keep an eye on your car without scaring you into extra work. Furthermore, when I was in an accident May 2015 and my car was totalled, Alan answered EVERY question I had in regards to reliable used all wheel drive vehicles. You really can't beat the kind of service you will get at Vision Auto Repair.

I've been going to this shop for years. Every time they go above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. Now whenever my friends or family need work done I send them here. Recently my brother was given a quote for over 1000 dollars from a well known national chain shop, I brought his car here to Vision and he didn't need any of that work done yet! Instead they addressed the real problem and saved my brother 500. Even when I lived in Olympia I brought my car here. You can't put a price on trust and quality.
