Subaru certified, exceptional company! I m embarrassed to say I ve had to bring my car in 4 times in the last 6 years (from various incidents), but I am so happy and grateful every time I get to see Julie and the team. They are on top of their game, have wonderful communication and are incredibly personable. I have felt very taken care of and a part of the process each time. We have worked together to get insurance matters resolved and moving forward. I appreciate their diligence, forward thinking, transparency and integrity. My car looks brand new inside and out every time I get it back. Because I am a frequent customer they even let me bring it in one time to get some new clips that popped off the bumper over the tires, from catching on a parking curb. Love this crew and the way they serve.

Had my rear bumper replaced after an accident and they did a spectacular job on the repair looks brand new. They also did a complete interior and exterior cleaning. Couldn t recommend them higher will definitely being using them again if I have the unfortunate circumstances of another accident.

Poor communication.I was assured multiple times that my car would be ready a week and a half our from the messages. Then, I get a call that it's done and needs to be picked up the next day. I had already put $70 of gas in the rental because they told me I had a week and a half of driving it around.When I called to ask if they could do anything about their poor communication, they said no. No gift card or anything to even attempt to make it right. Whoever is in charge of communication there needs to do a better job, or find a different one.

Awesome shop! Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were great at communicating, and have tons of certifications/awards. I am SO thankful to have found them- they squeezed me in after my car got hit (one month before selling it and moving across the country!). They made a very stressful time more manageable with their professionalism. I've never actually written a review before but I am so grateful to the staff at Renton Collision Center that I decided to try it out! I just want to say they were extremely helpful in explaining the process of working with different insurance companies after I had been rear-ended. They did a great job on my car and really went above and beyond with detailing my car. My car was very dirty y'all, and I was so not expecting to also get my car back with a completely clean the interior, on top of the body work they did on my car. Back in June my car was hit by a delivery truck and I asked the local dealership what body shop they recommended, and they recommended Renton. I went with them no questions asked. Unfortunately it took a very, very long time to get scheduled (this was due to a back-log of clients and the supply chain), and then when my schedule came around, my parts weren't available. Most of this is of course not in their control but I think it's worth mentioning as part of the overall experience. The team at Renton was always helpful and courteous, and did the best they could with the circumstances. The final repairs were perfect and the car literally looks brand new and I'm very satisfied. My one room for improvement would be communications. Even though I preferred email communications, the business still operates on a phone and paper method, which is obviously more sluggish in 2022.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Honda certified. Did an awesome job on the repairs of the bumper on my Accord, along with some other things like cleaning the vehicle. The repair work was great and painted to match the rest of the color of the vehicle was done well.Staff that I had worked with from appraisal to pick-up were all nice and helpful with any questions I had.Thank you.

Julie and team raise the bar! The quality of service on the work and support provided far exceeded my expectations. They kept in touch with me all of the way and provided status updates. The team always looked out for my best interest. The quality of workmanship at this location gave me the feeling of driving my car off of the Dealership lot again. Chris worked with me from the start and listened to all of my concerns. Julie worked with me throughout the entire process as well; even contacting the rental company to make sure someone was there to pick me up when I arrived to drop the car off. This shop and it's crew provide excellence. Thank you again to the team at Renton Collision Center!

I brought my car here after a vandalism incident. They did a great job, I am very happy with the result. Everyone I worked with was super nice and professional. The front desk gal was super helpful. Well I was hired on here at renton collision center then I was trained to build files and help get the money for the repair shop. Bird who was amazing and hopefully was being authentic with me stuck it out for a week and half. Everything was great until the following Monday of the last 3 days I was there.She Julie changed pretty much every process I was taught. She literally nit picked at everything I did. If I wrote the invoice number on the left side of the check it still wasn't right I had to write it above on the actual part of the check instead of on the lower left corner like she said. But if she did something wrong or made a mistake it didn't matter. But if I stood up for myself she didn't like it. She was fake nice to my face and she didn't think I noticed she posted the job on that particular monday on Craigslist before she let me go.Did I mention she waited until I was sick and my birthday to let me go. I asked her what I did wrong and she said I didn't do anything wrong I just wasnt a good fit. But I worked everyday on time everyday , I gave it 110% everyday , so basically she didn't like I stood up for myself when I was right.Not to mention it was very uncomfortable when her and her husband would argue in front of me about any number of things. So to the next receptionist that gets hired good luck but be careful she's nice to your face but will Stab you in the back. Good thing I was one step ahead at all times

I had a great experience with everyone at Renton Collision Center. They were ready to give me all the details and also ready to break down the conversation as simple as I needed it. They worked everything out with my insurance to make sure I was covered, and sent me on my way with a good rental, then let me know my car was ready sooner than expected! Car looks good as new.

Renton Collision Center was recommended by a friend as her family has used them for years and I see why! They are kind, honest, and my vehicle looks amazing. Its a family owned business which is a lot nicer than a corporate chain. I don't usually leave reviews but they deserve one so I taking the time to leave one. Don't bother going anywhere else if you want to be treated right and have your car fixed right. They rock :)Service: Body & Trim

I came here after being rear ended recently. A dealership recommended them, and I am lucky that they did. Super professional and friendly. Ultimately needed my bumper replaced which was on insurance s dime, but they also took the time to quote an unrelated service for me and transparently explained pricing for it. The bumper looks perfect, and they even tidied my decidedly messy car and vacuumed while they had it! These folks are seriously above and beyond. I brought my car in for the repair of a dent to the left front quarter panel. I did not have the greatest of expectations because my car is a 2013 model and although it is an older car, I have maintained it rather well. I figured the color match wouldn't be perfect because the paint on a 6 year old car for sure has an expected amount of fading. The car also had some pin striping that I didn't think they could duplicate. Who does pin striping anymore??After only a week, the car was ready and I was totally amazed at the results. Not only did they perfectly match the color, they also matched the old pin striping! I was shocked. Chris, the service manager also totally detailed the inside of my car! My only expectations were to get the dent out and match the paint as closely as possible. They far exceeded my expectations. Jessica made the whole insurance payment process quick and effortless. Her professionalism and friendly disposition is a shining example of true customer service. Thank you guys!!

Took my car here after a collision and couldn't be happier with my experience and car. Ken was knowledgable, honest and extremely easy to work with. He and his entire team did a fantastic job. My car looks brand new.I called Renton Collision Center around 7 am on the morning I was in a collision. I was downtown Renton and they didn't open until 8 am. The friendly voice on the phone, Julie, told me to come up the hill and they would give my car a look before they opened. From the second I walked in Julie went above and beyond to be helpful. She helped me navigate the initial insurance process by making calls and helped me get set up with a rental car since the repairs to my car would take a few weeks. She also kept me updated throughout my repair process. Without a doubt, Julie made this entire process easy and stress free. When my car was hit and ran, I didn't know were to turn - especially as someone who knows next to nothing about cars. Renton Collisions staff helped me feel SO taken care of. Front desk and mechanic were so helpful and clear in helping me understand the process and making sure my needs were met. Within a week, my car was back to normal with no further input needed from me. I went to Renton Collusion because it was one of the preferred shop by my insurance company. From the beginning, scheduling an appointment, dropping my car off, to picking up my car, it was all #1 service provided. The staff are friendly, the work was professional, and the timing to complete the work was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business to everyone!

I had an accident with my Subaru, and called Renton Collision Center to schedule an estimate appointment. The receptionist was very responsive, but warned me that my insurance (AllState) tends to be slow in responding to them since they're not an AllState's preferred repair shop. Apparently, due to the stringent requirements for repairing Subaru cars, and due to Renton Collision being a certified Subaru repair shop, they usually need to do a lot more work than the insurance initially estimates. All such additional repairs need to be reviewed and approved by insurance, and it can take a long time with AllState. They asked me if my policy covers a rental car, and when I said no, recommended checking out the AllState's "partner shops", so I get my car back sooner. So: props to Renton Collision for transparency, and boo to AllState for dragging their heels. I will be happy to take my business to Renton Collision Center when the insurance responsiveness is not a concern.

I've used their repair services before and never had an issue until today.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUDE ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!I spoke with Julie today who was extremely rude and advised us that we cannot get our car fixed there because they do not accept certain insurance, without being told which one we were calling about. When I asked well which ones do you accept, she couldn't name any common insurance agencies such as Statefarm or Geico. She avoided my question and proceeded to name different repair shops we should go to for a quote, shops I didn't recognize. Even after her behavior I explained that I prefer to come to this establishment as I've been there before. She advised that she will have to call the insurance company to get the requirements for a quote (because she didn't know what they were) and admitted it would be her responsibility to call, which she didn't want to do. I offered to call on their behalf and she refused. When I asked to speak with someone else she told me she's the owner ( Not true according to their own website) of the establishment and no one else is available and hung up the phone.I've always had such a good experience at this repair shop, it upsetting that they employ someone who is turning business away, especially during a pandemic.Please be aware

We have been using the services of Renton Collision exclusively for over 20yrs. Awesome service. During a recent repair the floor manager found a pre-existing issue and repaired it at no cost even after I had been unfairly stern with him previously because I assumed he wasn't hearing me when he kept reassuring me he would conduct a thorough inspection after all repairs are complete. A hearty thank you to the floor manager whose name I am ashamed I don't remember. I didn't get a change to shake your hand when I picked up the car.

I ve brought a few of my vehicles to Renton Collision Center over the years and they have continued to provide the same hands-on, professional and top quality service that exceeds anywhere else I have taken my cars. (I can be quite picky when it comes to who handles my baby!!) We had a great experience with Renton Collision Center. From the estimate, dealing with the insurance and making sure OEM parts were used their staff took care of us. Should we ever need their services again, we will definitely call upon them. Highly recommend them.

I got t-boned just before Christmas. Point of impact was my front quarter panel and wheel/axel. I knew it was a total loss because I work in auto claims. I also knew insurance adjusters try to steer people into their crummy "preferred shops" that do shoddy work with junk yard parts.Luckily I found this place when I was researching Google/Yelp reviews, so I felt the need to pay it forward and spread the word:The mechanics here are hip to the insurance adjuster's tricks and pitfalls. They kept me in the loop about everything that happened. And they fought back when the adjuster tried to say the vehicle was repairable. (<---happens all the time)I witness "preferred shops" do their customers dirty every day at my job. Do yourself a favor and research the shop you go to. If the shop is in a contract w/the insurance company, don't walk away, RUN!You can't trust the insurance adjuster, so the best thing you can do to is find a shop that is ready and willing to fight them with/for you. That's exactly what they do here, and it's one of two place I refer my clients to.

Based on a friend's recommendation, brought impreza hatchback to renton collision center for some rear end repairs. Due to insurance company delays and getting payments approved, it took some time to get the project accomplished. Ken and his associates team did a magnificent job. Truly appreciate the detailed work the collision center did on my vehicle. Would highly recommend this place for any subaru collision work.

My brothers car was repaired here. He drove out the shop and immediately all the dash lights were on and power steering was out. The shop told him he needs a battery and it s good to go. However he s not stupid so he did buy a battery and immediately brought it back and said if it s simple here s a battery fix it. They told him the car needs a computer replacement after some of their genius diagnoses. After that issue was resolved his fender liner flew off and is currently all mangled. I decided to take a look at the car since I am a collision tech myself and found the job subpar. There seemed to be dry spots in the clear and orange peel as if it s rhe new style of painting. I wasn t sure if my brother wanted to go back and deal with these professionals so I offered to repaint it for him. All in all it was a decent job for a rookie. But for a professional shop it is a an repair.would not recommend this shop at all

This place is awesome! They worked with me around a drop off date during the holidays to make sure my car was in the shop everyday. They also quoted me at 3 weeks minimum timeframe but we re done at only 2.5! Would recommend 100%Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
