This is my second time bringing my 2017 Acura MDX (for different issues) in for repairs. I worked with Mollie the first time and Lukas the second time. I cannot even think of a word that signifies how kind, personable, and knowledgeable they are. I would recommend everyone in the Seattle metro area to go to the Landing Auto Service. I ve never been respected (I m female) more when I ve needed repairs! Thank you for being the best!!

This place is the solution to your problems. I had an issue with Wrench mobile repair where they put in the wrong alternator for my car. Landing Auto Service figured this out, and had the problem fixed within a few hours. Saved me from the nightmare service provided by some schlub from Wrench. Molly was also very helpful and communicative during the process. Maybe a little pricier than other repair shops around but for me, it was worth every penny. Thank you all for getting me back on the road! Support your local businesses people!

Shop reports work to Carfax that isn't actually done.I bought a car and before buying the car I checked the Carfax to check which services were completed on it. It showed that a head gasket was replaced at this shop on 10/12/2022. So I bought it without thinking much of it. Now, after owning the vehicle and taking it to several shops and claiming that the head gasket was done by another shop, it turns out that the head gasket was not done at all. When I called the shop and asked them about that they told me they never did a head gasket and only told them that it needed to be done. They need to not report work to Carfax unless it is actually completed on the vehicle.

Excellent service. Even though I didn't have them repair my Subaru. Jeff took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with the engine and Molly was very honest with me. With the cost of a new engine and having almost 200,000 miles on it she didn't see the value in the car. So, I don't have a Subaru any more, but I found two honest people I would be proud to call friends. I'm thrilled to have found an shop I can trust.

They are very respectful establishment, had work that same day and they made sure I left in a timely manner to get to work, loved that! The service is definently 5 stars! Only complain I do have and is a reason I wont be back is the pricing. I was charged almost 200+ dollars on labor that lasted from 8am to 9am. Thought it was a little high but I would still recommend it if pricing isn't a huge problem for you. They do not have a equipment for alignments which was unfortunate but they helped me find a good place. But expect to pay a little more than other mechanic shops. Still good shop and hope they do well.

This place is absolutely awesome. Forgot to leave a review last time I came in, but Kevin, Justin and Lukas are absolutely stellar. They completely saved my car from being totaled when my clutch went out. Not only did they completely fix what was paid for, but they cleaned out the car after it had spent months and months of sitting. They made absolutely sure the car worked spectacularly before I left the lot, and its been an amazing ride since.I just got back from my second visit for an oil change and check up, and got the same amount of care. Got a very fair assessment of what needs updating and how urgently it needs fixed. Not once did they try to upsell, or push me into fixing or buying something. All very amazing people with some awesome experience in the field, who genuinely just want to help ya. They even helped check my fuze box after I did some of my own work. :) Hahaha.All in all, their service is fantastic and I'll be going here from now on. I had the 60,000 miles check up for my Toyota here. No wonder no matter where you look (Google, Yelp, etc.), this place has the highest rating and reviews. Every staffs were very friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful. They're very honest and reasonable, especially compared to dealer's price!For all my future repairs, checkups, etc., I'm definitely going to take my car here. :)

Super great experience my first time here today! Went in to check my 2012 Subaru Forester engine, as it seemed to be using excessive oil. Molly and Bill took the time to give me specifics about why that's likely happening, print me materials related to this common problem with vehicles like mine, and give me advice about how I should address this with the Subaru service center. Not only that--I wasn't charged anything for the service or advice--only for the cost of the oil they added to my car! I will definitely be returning with my other car in the very near future!

I've used Landing Auto Service for years now. It's hard to find good service these days, but the technicians and front desk have continued to serve me very well. I appreciate their explanation of the work to be done and their work is done in a timely manner. If you're looking for a good mechanic- give Landing Auto a try.

100% happy with the way I was treated and with the way my car was serviced. The service was every bit as good as what I've had at the dealership, but the price was way better. I didn't feel pressured into getting service I didn't need and feel that I could totally trust the staff (RARE in the automotive industry). I think I've found the people I'd like to deal with from here on out. Also, they guarantee their service for a looong time.

I've taken my vehicle here several times in the past year and every time has been a great experience. Kevin is helpful, knowledgeable, and very trustworthy. He and Molly do their best to squeeze you in as early as possible. I'm so happy to have found a great mechanic in the Renton area. I will continue doing business here and highly recommend them to others.

My experience was less than ideal. A conversation and question lead to frustration and it required me to tow my vehicle to another shop mid-repair. While I am happy to apologize and own being frustrated with the parts prices, I found it unfortunate that a decision was made to stop all work after It seemed apologies were made over the phone and we agreed to complete the job. I didn t receive a call after this decision was made but found out when my wife called to see if the vehicle was finished much later. I had to make arrangements with another shop and tow the vehicle at my expense since it wasn t safe to drive.We exchanged apologies in person for it going sideways and I paid $1500 for work completed which was fine - but this is my first experience with an auto shop refusing to complete service because of a phone call gone wrong.

I live a few miles from here and this is the only place I take my cars to. Trustworthy, honest, dependable, and caring people work here. Been coming here for around 2 years and have always had a timely appointment, issue was fixed, and the price is very affordable. We have Toyota Prius's and they specialize in Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Mollie and Kevin are so friendly and I enjoy coming here when I have car troubles. I've even called when I had a problem with European brand car, and they gave me great advice.Also Kevin gave me a fist pump on my way out today. xD so great!

I called the place on 11/26/19, 45 min before closing and spoke with Kevin in regards to changing all 4 of my signal lights that I been having trouble with off and on for awhile. Typically an appointment is needed for this service but he advised me to come in anyways. Long story short Kevin was very honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had very great service here and although I couldn t get my issue fixed due to it being an electrical problem which I figured he took his time trying anyways and didn t BS me trying to make money. I highly recommend this place and will continue to use their services.

They are the worst. You will get your car damaged and with more problems than it had.I have a Toyota sedan 2005, i was the second owner ever. Always have taken it to the dealership but this time because of COVID they said it will take so much longer than usual, so i looked around and went to thoes guys.I don t know how they are still in business!All i asked was oil change and ended up with a bill of $180! How is that possible, after asking for break down of the charges they said it s ok, will give you a $50 discount. Still the price of $130 is still way more than the dealership. (they charge $80)On my way home I noticed the car wasn t acting normal and I noticed that my car was heating.Because they forgot to actually put any oil in the car!!!! Now i might need a new engine!Please don t risk it, go somewhere else.

These guys are fabulous! Here I witnessed the honesty, true customer service along with a genuine expert opinion. Although i went without a prior appointment but these guys entertained me with a positive approach with an unforgettable experience. Their quick inspection and transparent recommendation gave me peace of mind and saved my $300+ which was suggested by a groupon oriented oil service shop on my Toyota Camry front brakes. I was so happy to know that the brakes are good for another 5000 miles.. hurray!! Thanks to the experienced and honest service personnel.. it's really hard to find someone like this in today's world of misleading and quick money making! I became your lifetime customer! You guys deserve 5 stars sincerely!!

Popped in a random weekday midday, with an odd issue with my battery terminal connection. 15 minutes later, a great conversation, a washer for the connection and some old fashioned elbow grease, I was on my way. The total charge? ZERO.. Kevin (the owner) said it was part of the comp service.Hard to find trustworthy auto repair shop, I might have just lucked into finding one. Thanks Kevin, I'll be bringing all my cars in for service since I work a few miles away.

Called and scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic after stating my car was having acceleration issues- and agreed with the woman on the phone it was more than likely a transmission issue.Dropped my car off today. They charged me $140 for a code read. A CODE READ. They then tell me on the phone that they don t do any sort of transmission work. That I could take their notes somewhere else but they doubt any other shop would take their diagnostic as they don t take other shops diagnostics.So even though they knew it sounded like transmission issue, something they don t work on, they still booked me and charged me for the service.The man at the desk had the audacity and arrogance to tell me I was leaving with more knowledge and that they had helped me out.Run from this place. Not an ounce of integrity in the building.

My car felt like it was going to fall apart... because it was. I was contemplating getting rid of it but didn't want to sign up for another car payment. LAS was amazing. They were knowledgeable, didn't pressure, affordable, super helpful, honest, fast, and the car drives so smoothly now. Within 24 hours, I had my car back. Saved me a ton of money down the road. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have been with they since last year and the service is phenomenal. Very informative, trustworthy, professional and courteous. Once, I had a major electrical problem, which part of my main harness was burned causing my car not to start. Bellevue Lexus was reluctant to fix it due to cost versus the car value, others turned me down because it was complicated and/or cause too much time to fix but Kevin managed to fix my car 2 days with very reasonable price (much time required to troubleshoot). Other occasion, I was having an oil leakage to my power steering and since my car was is a costumed fit with Supra Engine, Bellevue Lexus said that it will cost me around 2 thousand for a retro fit tubing and etc . I sent my car to Kevin and he told me that the diagnose by Bellevue Lexus was incorrect and it was not a major fix. He fixed it the next day. I am very happy for their service and appreciate very much for their attention to details. Landing Auto Service is definitely the place you can trust to fix your car.

Great service from Kevin & Molly. They provide straight feedback regarding the job needing to be done, charge a fair price, and do good work. Kevin is highly knowledgeable, particularly regarding Lexus vehicles. Highly recommended!

Landing Auto Services was referred to me by a friend. Best place I have ever taken my car. The staff is very friendly and everything that was to be done to my truck was explained to me. The work was done right and it now drives like a champ.I have taken my truck back to them to have a little more work done. They fit me right in. I will not take my truck anywhere else.

The Landing Auto Service has raised the bar with their superior service and excellent customer service!!The Landing Auto Service outfit is honest, dependable, and trustworthy. Trust is not always synonymous with auto mechanics. The Landing Auto Service is 100% honest and has restored my faith in humanity when it comes to auto repair.With many other service centers I have had the unfortunate luck of being told a lot more was wrong then what actually needed to happen. This is NOT THE CASE with the Landing Auto Service.I will take my business to The Landing Auto Service and nowhere else. Kevin and Mollie run a top class shop. They are both upstanding and very knowledgeable with a range of cars they support. Thanks to them for giving me hope in the automotive industry.

I hate to be taken, be very careful with the Landing auto service.I went through 2 Distributors on a 2002 Honda accord. The first one was replace with a $130 charge for labor, beside the $500 I spent the first time.. Now the 2nd one went out within 6 months the company will not honor anything. I am looking into bringing them to small claims and report there business practice to the BBB.They have the answers down like it is standard practice, The car doesn't have more then 134,000 miles fairly good condition. This kind of warranty is horrible. I have a business for over 24 years, I could not treat my customers this way. I would not have a company if I treated customers with these types of lies.Be careful, what they say is not the truth,

I stopped going to the dealership and only go here. They really take the time to explain all options w/out feeling forced like dealerships make me feel. It's family owned and operated and sometimes their 2 friendly Aussies are there to pet!
